CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND

1. Case FIR No 369/11 dated 29.6.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act , 447 IPC, 32, 33 I.F. Act has been
registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of PSI Yog Raj that on 28.6.11 when he was along with Police party in
special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Yoran Thach they found cultivated illicit cannabis
plants by some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by PSI Yog Raj I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS

2. Case FIR No 370/11 dated 29.6.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Kullu on
the ruka of HC Balak Ram that on 28.6.11 when he was along with Police party in special campaign of
destruction of cannabis plants at Yoran Thach they found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 50 bighas
by some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by HC Balak Ram I/O PS Kullu.

3. Case FIR No 371/11 dated 29.6.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act , 447 IPC, 32, 33 I.F. Act has been
registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of PSI Yog Raj that on 28.6.11 when he was along with Police party in
special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Yoran Thach they found cultivated illicit cannabis
plants in 5 bighas & 12 Biswa by some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by PSI Yog Raj I/O
PS Kullu.

4. Case FIR No 184/11 dated 29.6.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Banjar on
the ruka of HC Raj Pal that on 28.6.11 when he was along with Police party in special campaign of
destruction of cannabis plants at Devkandha they found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 6-12-0 bighas
by some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal I/O Banjar.

CASE OF HURT AND TRESPASS

5. Case FIR No. 368/11 dated 29/06/11 U/S 451,323 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the
application of Smt. Shobha Kanwer W/o Sh. Jagdish Kumar R/o H.No. 115/9 Dhalpur Kullu alleged
that on 29/06/11 one Smt. Indra Devi entered in her courtyard and gave beaten to her . Case is being
investigated by L/HC Manoj Kumari I/o Women cell Kullu.

6. Case FIR No. 372/11 dated 29/06/11 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on
the statement of Sahil S/o Sh. Kamal Arora R/o A.B. Kullu stated that on 29/06/11 at about 11.30.am he
was going to Shat in vehicle No. HP-66-1113 when he reached near Shat, in the same time two persons
obstructed his way and gave beaten to him, Case is being investigated by HC Brij Bhushan I/O PP Jari.

CASE OF THEFT

7. Case FIR No. 154/11 dated 29/06/11 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS bhunter on the
report of Ankit Kumar S/o Sh. Naresh R/o Devpaul Hamirpur stated that on 29/06/11 at about 4. Pm he
went to Hurla in motor cycle bearing No. HP-22-0913 in his friend house Budhi Singh . He parked his M/
cycle near Budhi Singh house at about 9.30 pm when he went to ready back he found his M/cycle have
been stolen by unknown persons. Case is being investigated by ASI Naresh Kumar I/O PS Bhunter.

CASE OF THEFT

8. Case FIR No. 292/11 dated 29/06/11 U/S 379 IPC has been reguistered in PS Manali on the
application of Pankaj Katoch S/o Sh. Hari Chand A/P JTO BSNL Deptt. Manali alleaged that on 29/06/
11 some unknown culprits has been stolen away 300 mtrs. Telephone cable wire from Solang valley
near Solang valley Resorts. Total value of stolen property is worth Rs. 2700/p. Case is being investigated
by ASI Dharam Pal I/O PS Manali.

PS Anni againt 9 person who has encroached more then 10 bigas land in near Juhal,Bara, Tippar, and
Chulamr , case is being investigated by HC Tan Singh I/O PS Anni.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

10. Case FIR No. 70/11 dated 29/06/11 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Nirmand
on the rukka of ASI Lok Chand I/O PS Nirmand against Jai Singh S/o Sh. Mansa Ram R/o Jhyara P.O
Nishani Tehsil Nirmand District Kullu , as recovered 38 Box of Desi wine mark Angoori, 3 Box English
wing mark Green Lavel, 3 Box English wine mark Officer choice and 8 Box of Bear mark (Jingaro
10000 ) from his possession during patrolling near Jaon Sarahan in vehicle No. HP-12A-56o7.

OUTDOOR TEST OF POLICE RECRUITMENT IN DISTRICT KULLU

11. It is brought to the notice of all candidates who have submitted their application in this district
for the recruitment of 16 vacant posts of Constables (male) candidates for Battalion/IRBns. and left out

Banjar that he was on patrolling at Baruli where he found that Muli
Ram s/o Brestu Ram  r/o Baruli has cultivated 3000 illicit cannabis
plants in his land in approx 1bigha. Accused has not been arrested and
case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I.O P.S Banjar.

2. Case FIR No. 174/11 dated 28/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in P.S Banjaron the rukka of HC Raj Pal I/O P.S Banjar that
he was on patrolling at Mashiar where he found that Dola Ram s/o Man
Chand r/o Mashiar has cultivated 30,000 illicit cannabis plants in his
land in approx 4 bigha. Accused has not been arrested and case is
being investigated by HC Raj Pal I.O P.S Banjar.


CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS

3. Case FIR No. 175/11 dated 28/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in P.S Banjar on the rukka of HC Ramesh Chand I/O P.S
Banjar that he was on patrolling at Faryadi where he found that Beli
Ram s/o Jassi Ram  r/o Faryadi has cultivated 8000 illicit cannabis
plants in his land in approx 2 bigha. Accused has not been arrested
and case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I.O P.S Banjar.


CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION


4.       Case FIR No 152/11 dated 28.6.11 U/S 341.323.506.34 IPC has been
registered on the statement of Sh. Baldev Singh S/O Nagan R/O VPO Bada
Bhunter Tehsil & Distt Kullu Stated that on dt 27.6.11 he was sleeping
in  his home   and he heard a noise  out side of house at  about 11.30
PM when he wakeup he saw that one person was lying on the road and 3
other persons were beating  him .He asked them to why were beating
him and mean time he  call  to police on telephonically  when Police
came the spot and they     run away from the spot toward Hathithan in
M/cycle.. Case is being investigated ASI Naresh Chand IO PS Kullu.

5.      Case FIR No 153/11 dted 28.6.11 U/S 447,427,506,34  IPC has been
registered  on the application of smt. Santa Devi w/o chaman lal r/o
nagwain Distt Mandi  alleging  that on dt 26.5.11 at about 12 am.
Radha Krishan, Dharm Paul, Bimla Devi and Yash pal destroyed her khoka
in which 6 bags hover khad one sleeping bed etc. were kept. . We when
she reached at khoka they stared abusing her and threaten her life.
The case is being investigated by ASi Nirmal singh I/O PS Bhunter.

Banjar  on the statement of  Mohan Rakesh  s/o Sh. Bal Mukund R/O
Talada Sub Tehsil Sainj Distt Kullu stated that  he was  parked his
Indica Car N0 HP 49 A -0170 at  link road  at Talada and  said car is
stolen away by some  unknown culprits by intervening night  of
27/28.6.11. case is being investigated by HC Narayan I/O PP Sainj.

1.      Case FIR No. 75/11 dated 27/06/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Anni on the rukka of HC Tain Singh I/O PS Anni that
he was on patrolling at Khun where he found that Chain Ram S/o Sh.
Pyare Lal R/o Khun P.O Kandugarh Tehsil Anni has cultivated illicit
cannabis plants in his apple orchard in approx 4 bighas area. Case is
being investigated by HC Tain Singh I/O PS Anni.


CASE OF HURTING RELIGIOUS SENTIMENTS

2.      Case FIR No 291/11 dated 27/06/11 U/S 295,297,34 IPC has been
registered in PS Manali on the application of Gupat Ram S/o Sh. Alu
Ram R/o VPO Bashishat presently Kardar of Jogni Temple water fall
Bashishat Manali against Director/Promoters of the water miller power
company ltd. C/o Babloo Offset printer Shamshi Kullu Surinder Sood @
Shammi S/o Sh. Mohan Lal Sood , Govind Ram Thakur, Chander Shekher
Chauhan (S.C) are setting up power project by dismantling their
religious and traditional Heritage, Defiling and disturbing the narole
which is considered joggings secret and private place to take bath.
The above company has damaged/defiled the sanctity  of this  religious
place by breathing the charan padukas of Mahamai Jogini Chhor which
has hurt the sentiments of the public and villagers. Case is being
investigated by SI Shiv Singh SHP PS Manali.


CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY

3.      Case FIR No. 56/11 dated 27/06/11 U/s 341,34 IPC has been
registered in PS Nirmand on the complaint of Chaman Verma S/o Sh.
Durga Ram R/o Shauch Nirmand stated that he is a employees in GSS Arsu
on 22/06/11after leaving of school when he was going to home on the
way Kulbir and Sanjeev obstructed his way and cought him from neck.
Case is being investigated by HHC Jia Lal I/O PS Nirmand.


CASE OF ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 76/11 dated 27/6/11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in PS Anni on the statement of Karam  Singh S/o Sh. Jagat
Ram R/o Sarali PO Kamand Anni stated that on 27/06/11 at about 12.30
pm he along with Ravinder and Veer  Singh has  loaded the stone in a
truck near Batani Nala , suddenly the truck fell down from the road,
as a result of which Veer Singh sustain injuries. Case is being
investigated by HC Tain Singh I/O PS Anni.

5.      Case FIR No. 151/11 dated 27/06 11 U/s 341,323,506, 34 IPC has been
registered in PS Bhunter on the report of Purshotam S/o Sh. Tek Ram
R/o Bihali Sub Tehsil Sainj stated that on 27/06/11 at about 6.30.pm
he along with Tek Ram were going to home when they reached near Bihali
,in the mean time four persons namely Subhash, Nathu, Birbal and Beli
Ram obstructed his way and gave beating to him.  They also threatened
with dire consequence . Case is being investigated by ASI Naresh Kumar
I/O PS Bhunter.


CASE OF ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No. 367/11 dated 27/06/11 U/S 279,337 IPC and 184 M.V Act
has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Rajesh Kumar S/o
Sh. Mahant Ram R/o Gadauri PO Mohal stated that on 27/06/11 at about
2.30.pm he along with his friend Vijay Kumar going from Kullu to Mohal
in M/cycle No. HP-34A4982 when they reached near Angora Farm, in the
mean time one Santro car bearing No. HP-34A-3853 came rashly from
Bhunter side and hit to his M/cycle and run away from the spot , as a
result of which he sustained injuries   Case is being investigated by
HC Shyam Lal I/O TTR Kullu.

7.      Case FIR No. 172/11 dated 28/06/11 U/s 160 IPC has been registered
in PS Banjar on the rukka of HC Raj Mal I/O PS Banjar against 4
persons namely Baljeet Rai, Kawel Kreishan,
Vivek @ Bitu and Kamal all R/o Banjar who were creating nuisance in
public places.

8.      Case FIR No 152/2011 dated 28.6.2011 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has
been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of one Sh. Baldev Singh
S/O Nagnu Ram R/O Bara Bhuin phati Shilihar Kothi Kotkandhi Tehsil and
distt Kullu aged 46 years alleged that on dated 27.6.2011 at about
11.30 pm while he was sleeping in his home at Bara Bhuin he listen the
noise on the road he saw that on the road from Bhuntar towards
Manikaran one person was restraint by three another persons and were
beating him on the road . He asked them to stop the beating then they
run away from the spot along with their Bike the registration No of
the Bike were not seen . The injured person was brought to PHC Bhunter
by the police . The name of the injured person is found Ravi S/O
Ashwani  R/O Bhuntar . The accused persons are not identified. Injured
person is referred to R/H Kullu for further treatment. The case is
being investigated by ASI Naresh Chand I/O PS Bhunter .

Nater  Singh I/O PP A.B City  that on 26.6.11 he along with Police
staff were on patrolling /special campaign to destruction of cannabis
crops at 2/3 Joan Thach near  Rasol and found 60 bighas encroached
forest land  cultivated illicit cannabis plants by  unknown person .
Case is being investigated by HC Nater Singh I/C PP A.B. City.


CASE OF THEFT

2.      Case FIR No. 290/11 Dated 26/06/11 U/S 379, 34 IPC has been
registered in PS Manali on the application of Ishwar Dass S/o Sh. Hira
lal R/o Tila P.O Drawal district  Mandi a/p Rani nala   with  his mule
 , stated that on 11/06/11 one truck bearing No. HP-66 oo16 came there
and loaded his 4 mule and took away from there. The total value of
stolen property is worth Rs. 2 lacks. Case is being investigated by
ASI Daya Ram I/O PS Manali.     During investigation today accused Mohamed
Ali S/o Sh. Shuker Din R/o VPO Larji Tehsil Banjar P.S Bhunter
district Kullu has been arrested and 4 mules also has been recovered
in  this case.

Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu H.P. has encroached upon Govt. forest land
to the extent of Approx 10 bighas in Palach -iii (Thalanu)Undemarcated
protected forest.

7.      Case FIR No. 171/11 Dated 27/06/2011 u/s 32,33 IF ACT & 447
IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the application of Sh. Hem Raj
Range Forest Officer Tirthan against  (1) Sh. Tule Ram S/O Sh.Bali Ram
(2) Sh. Ved Ram S/O Jai Dass resident of Kalwari Kothi Palach Tehsil
Banjar Distt. Kullu H.P. has encroached upon Govt. forest land to the
extent of Approx 10 bighas in Palach -iii (Thalanu) Undemarcated
protected forest.


CASE OF INQUEST

8.  Today on 27-6-11. Sh. Kamboj telephonically informed in PS Kullu
that one Nepal person was lying near Civil Supply Godown perhaps he
had dead. On this information ASI along with Police officials rushed
to the post and verify the fact and found above person dead. Blood was
coming out  from his mouth. On verification his name was found  Toke
Lama S/O Unknown R/O Nepal a/p residing at Lanka bekar Tehsil and
distt Kullu age about 60 years. Ht 5'-6'' short but stoute body. No
any injury found on his body. As per statement of one Sh. Man Bahadur
who knows him said that he is working in civil supply Godown when
deceased reached near godown deceased called him and sit on the ground
and vomiting there with vomiting blood came out . Deceased was ill
since long time, last week he was discharged from RH Kullu. Dead Body
was identified by Nepalis and his daughter as Maya who is working at
Barshanni was also informed telephonically to receive the dead body.
P/M was conducted in RH Kullu and dead body was kept in Dead House
Kullu and will be handed over to his daughter when she reached at
Kullu from Barshani. No any doubt about his death and opinion of P/M
was not given by M.O. till yet.
