1 Case FIR No.322/11 Dt.30.8.11 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in
P.S Anni on the application of Sh. Kartar Singh s/o Late Sh. Dudhi Ram
R/o village Tandi Tehsil and P.S Anni district Kullu a/p forest B.O
Chowai that on intervening night some unknown culprits have stolen the
both tyre of left sided of impounded vehicle No HP-35-0936 from the
compound of Forest range at Chowai. Investigation is being carried out
by H.C Chaman Lal I/O P.S Anni.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No 235/11 dated 30.8.2011 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S Nirmand on the statement of Sh. Ses Ram VPO Arsu
Tehsil Nirmand that on dated 30.8.2011 he went to village Aweri to
attend the retirement party of Sh. Balak Ram. After party he along with
Lajju Ram, Coary Ram, Paras Ram, Roshan Lal and Tinder Singh were
coming to their home in a vehicle no HP-35B-0259 Bolero Camper. When
they reached Nirmand bus stand the above vehicle met with an accident
due to rash & negligent driving of driver Daulat Ram r/o Bagipul. All
above sitting persons got injured in this accident. Case is being
investigated by HC Lal chand I/O P.S Nirmand.
CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH
3. Case FIR no 481/11 dated 30.8.2011 u/s 304A IPC has been registered
in P.S Kullu on the statement of Sh. Dharam Chand s/o Roshan Lal vill
Chuku P.O Ponta Tehsil Sarkaghat distt Mandi A/.P Driver Auto No
HP-05-1538 stated that on dt 30.8.11 when he along with Sarita and her
daughter Aanchal were going to home Devdhar ,at about 8.15 AM when he
they reached at Neuli Nala at the same time a car no HP-34A-1299 was
coming towards devdhar . Suddenly her daughter aanchal fell down on
the road from Auto due to negligence of Sarita and in the mean time
the above car hit her daughter & she was declared dead by MO. Case is
being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/O P.S Kullu.

1. Case FIR No. 480/11 DATED 29/08/11 u/s 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Khushal Chand S/o Sh. Surat Ram R/o Phalan district Kullu stated that on 29/08/11 n at about 6.30.pm he was going to home from school when he reached near Lihini in the mean time Devi ram R/o Phalan obstructed his way and gave beaten to him . Case is being investigated by HC Gian chand I/o PS Kullu.

2. Case FIR No. 341/11 dated 30/08/11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Amar Chand R/o Badah PO Mohal District Kullu stated that on 30/08/11 he was coming from Kullu to Manali in HRTC bus No. HP-65-1765 it rout from Delhi to Manali. When the bus reached near Ranghri, in the mean time the door of bus suddenly open and Dharam Chand Sh. Sampuran VPO Purthi Tehsil & PS Kilar District Chamba fell down from the bus , as a result of he sustained injuries and brought to Z.H. Kullu. Where he was found dead. Case is being investigated by HC Manohar lal I/O PS Manali.

CASE OF ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 197/11 dated 28/08/11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Yousf Ali S/o Sh. Dhani Ram VPO Bajaura stated that on 28/08/11 at abour 2.30 pm he was standing near PNB bank Bajaura, in the mean time one car bearing No. HP-34A-5579 came rashly from Bajaura side and hit with a scooter No. HP-34A-3449, as a result of scooter rider sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Uttam chand I/O TTR Bhunter.

2. Case FIR No. 479/11 dated 28/08/11 U/S 279,337 IPC & 181,187 MV Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Babu Sharma S/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Ramabai PO Bekheli district Kullu stated that on 28/08/11 he was coming from Beasamor to Sarwari in scooter No. HP34-2985 when he reached near Bharti office Sarwari, in the mean time one Innova bearing No. HP01K-2711 rashly came from Dhalpur side and hit to him, as a result he sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by I/C TTR Kullu.
CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH
3. Today on 29/08/11 at about 3.50 pm one telephonic information received in PS Manali that one person fell down near Manalsu nala. On this information ASI Rajiv Kumar along with Police staff rushed to the spot. On enquiry it is found that one Nitten S/o Sh. Dayan and R/o H.No. 554 ward No. 12 Luxmi Bihar colony Barbala District Hisaar (Haryana) age about 20 years along with other persons were coming Manali as a tourist. Today they were taking photographs of Manalsu Nalla & during photography, suddenly Nitin slipped from the stone and fell down in Manalsu Nala and died on the spot. His dead body was brought to hospital for postmortem.

Mr. Roderick John Andrew Mackenzie an Australian National holder of passport No E4021419 valid up to 21.9.2019 bearing Business Visa No AG887490 valid up to 14.10.2014, who was registered with this office in year 2010 on Business visa. During registration he stated that he has his Ski Business namely Himachal Helicopter Skiing Pty. Ltd company Australia in Prini (A/P Himalayan Heli Skiing Pt.comp.) Manali but he failed to prove his position in this company and submission of required papers related to his business. As per managing director Himalayan Heli Ski Adventure Pvt. Ltd. above foreigner is working as a consultant on honorary basis, though he has business visa. On verification he has been found violating the visa rules. Due to this, today on 29.8.11 “Leave India” notice issued to above Mr. Roderick Mackenzie from SP-cum-FRO Kullu within 14 days on receipt of this notice/order, failing which he shall be liable for action under foreigners Act 1946. Thus, "Leave India Notice" was given because he was working as a consultant and not doing business.

has been registered in P.S Kullu on the rukka of SI Biri Singh
Incharge Traffick wing Kullu that on 27/08/11 at about 1-15 PM one
Tractor no HP 34-2303 met with an accident at Jindour Link road and
the Driver Kamal Bohra S/o Man Bahadur village Rana thana Tulsipur
Nepal age 19 yrs and another Bamu Dev Paundel both died at the spot.
The accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of driver
Kamal Bohra. Case is being investigated by SI Biri Singh
Incharge Traffic wing Kullu.

registered in PS Brow on the statement of Sh. Chet Ram S/o Sh. Dassu
Ram R/o Poshna Tehsil Nirmand District Kullu alleging that on
8.8.11 one Sh Narender Kumar S/o Lachhi Ram R/o Attal Tehsil & Police
Station Ganour Distt Panipat (HR) has kidnapped his daughter namely
Anita (fictitious name) with intention to marry her. Case is being
investigated by SHO PS Brow.
WRITTEN EXAMINATION FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF CONSTABLES
3. Recruitment examination for the posts of constables in police department
was conducted at Government College Kullu. Out of a total of 634 called
from district Kullu 606 candidates appeared for the exam. 2 candidates of
Dist. L & S also appeared at Kullu. The exam lasted from 11 am to 12 am.

Kurmi lal R/o village Virni PO Chhaiuer district Kullu A/p JBT teacher in GPS Chhalal stated that on 26/08/11 at about 9.45 am he was going to school in a bus No. HP-66-0101, when the bus reached near Dhunkhara the driver Dhruv Kumar has lost his control over the bus and the bus fell down. Due to this the pasangers sustained injuries. The accident took place due to negligent driving. Case is being investigated by HC Brij Bhushan I/O PP jari.

Gian chand VPO Rakar District Kangra A/p shopkeeper at anni was coming from Rampur to Anni in a Maruti car bearing No. HP-OIK-0967 . At about 5.15 pm when he reached near Behna above vehicle met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving, as a result Sunil Kumar died on the spot. Case is being investigated by HC Chaman lal I/O PS Anni.

When thay reached near zero point of Pangan, the truck driver Vikrant Rana S/o Sh. Kuber Singh R/o Sultanpur Kullu has lost his control on truck and truck fell down from the road, as a result of driver Vikrant Rana and Ram Dyal died on the spot and Paras Ram died on the way when he was brought to the hospital. The accident took place due to negligent driving . Case is being investigated by SI Shiv Singh I/O PS Manali.

CANNABIS DESTRUCTION CAMPAIGN IN BISHNU THACH AND AVGAL THACH
Bishnu Thach and Avgal Thach are areas located South west of Malana village at a distance of three hours on foot. the area is affected with illegal cultivation of cannabis. More than 200 bighas of land in this area is affected by illegal cultivation of cannabis. A 20 member team of police under the leadership of ASI Ramlal is undertaking the operation of destroying this cannabis cultivation. the operation is on for the last 5 days. A total of more than 150 bighas has been destroyed by police during this period.

registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Bharat Singh S/o Sh. Raj Singh R/
o Ossan PO Diyar District Kullu stated that on 21/08/11 at about 10.15 pm he along
with Prem Singh, Fathe Singh and Tarjan were going on foot from Subzi Mandi
Bhunter to home. When they reached near Manikaran chowk Bhunter , in the mean
time one vehicle Pick up bearing No.PB-07AB-1092 came rashly from Manikaran
side and hit Prem Singh, as a result of which Prem Singh sustained injuries. The
vehicle run away from the spot. Case is being investigated by HC Uttam Chand I/O
TTR Bhunter. The vehicle was later caught by Police.

that on 20/08/11 when he along with Police party were on patrolling to
destruction of special cannabis campaign, as found 100 bighas illicit
cannabis cultivation by some unknown persons in Bishanu Thach. Case

in PS Kullu on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh chand Rana S/o Jhonphi Ram

Recruitment agency Lajpat Naggar –II New Delhi -24, assured the
complainant in year 2007 that he can provide Job to his son Mr. Rovin
Rana in abroad but for this he has to be deposited money/sum of Rs
207500/- The complainant had gave him Rs 47500/- cash and
1,60,000/-was deposited by online account no 0647002100026884 in
National bank Kullu, but neither he provide job to his son nor he

HE STATED THAT ON DATED 12.8.11 AT 8.30 AM HE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL THAT A DEAD BODY OF A PERSON FOUND THE SIDE OF NH AT SARABAI. WHEN HE REACHED THE SPOT HE FOUND THAT A DEAD BODY WAS OF KEHAR SINGH S/O LATE SH TEJ RAM VILL. MASHGAN PO BAJAURA DISTT KULLU HP . AND THERE WERE INJURY ON THE BACK SIDE OF HEAD OF DEAD BODY. FROM THE CONDITION IT APPEARED THAT A UNKNOWN PERSON KILLED THE KEHAR SINGH. CASE IS BEING INVESTIGATED BY ASI NARESH CHAND I/O OF PS BHUNTER.
2. Case FIR No. 189/11 dated 11-8-11 U/S 324 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Amrik Singh S/O Sh Chanan Singh R/O Muhalla Kamalpur Hoshiyarpur Punjab A/P C/O Mintu R/O Parla Bhunter near old bridge Teh & Distt. Kullu stated that on dated 11.08.11 at about 10 PM he was gong to fill water from tap, in the same time one person namely Atul R/O unknown hit a knite on his hand and injured him. Case is being investigated by ASI Nirmal Singh I/O PS Bhunter.
3. Case FIR No .320/11dt.11-8-U/S 323, 341, 379, 427, 452, 506, 34 IPC has been registered on the application 156(3) filed by Sita Ram S/O Sh. Budh Ram R/O Shamshar in PS Anni that his son and brother in law has beaten him many time and his son and wife entered his room and stolen the silver and gold ornaments from his wooden box and also plucked the entire apple crop from his plants and sold somewhere. His wife threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO I/O PS Anni.
4. Case FIR No 458/11 dated 11.08.11 U/S 379,34IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Sunny Kumar S/O Late Sh. Tej Ram R/O Upper Sultanpur Teh. & Distt. Kullu stated that he has vegetable shop at Sarwari. He has for cows. Among those on has small café last month when he was at Sarwari then his wife called him and asked about the stealing of his cow and his wife told him that Sanjeev Kumar told her telephonically that some one loading her cow on the vehicle No HP-66-2696 on that he reached at spot and asked from those there people were loading her cow they told name as Ram Lal,Padam Singh,Ranvir Singh and driver Prem Chand . Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Kullu.
5. Today on 12.8.2011one person namely Khimi Ram S/o Rolu R/o Huran P.O. Jari Distt Jari has convicted and sentenced for two years and fined Rs 20,000/- by Ld. District & Sessions Judge kullu by Baldev Singh in previous case FIR No 39/09 dated 06.2.09 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act PS Bhunter as 500gram chars was recovered from his possession during traffic checking at Bajaura check Post.

Act has been registered in PS Brow on the Rukka of ASI Tek Chand alleging therein that on 10-08-11 at around 5.20 pm during patrolling at Brow he recovered 12 bottles country wine from the possession of Prakasha Nand s/o Chetan Ram R/O Brow Tehsil Nirmand District kullu(.)Case is being investigated by ASI Tek Chand I/O PS Brow.
2. Case FIR No. 230/11 dated 10-8-11 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 Mv Act has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Sh. Devi Ram S/O Sh Daya Ram R/O Nihya PO Manglaur Teh & PS Banjar Distt. Kullu A/P shopkeeper nursing jeweler main Bazar Banjar stated that at 12.45 PM when he was sitting in his shop one mazada no. HP 49 A-0580 came from old bus stand Banjar rashly and hit the scooter no. HP-49-0098, Mahendra pickup no. HP- 49a-0382 Maruti car HP 49-0462 and another scooter no. HP-33A-2147 due to this accident scooter driver Raghubir Singh, Mohar Singh, & two persons sitting in Mahindra jeep sustained injuries (.) Case is being investigated by HC Krishan Lal I/O PS Banjar.

1. Case FIR No 455/11 dated 08.8.11 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Subhash Sharma S/O Sh. Mohan Lal Sharma R/O Dhalpur Kullu stated that he is owner of Aaditiya Hotel. When he was out of his home from 06.08.11 to 7.08.11. Some body has stolen away LCD and Bed sheet from room no 232 in the intervening night of 5.8.11 and 6.8.11. Case is being investigated by SI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kullu.
2. Case FIR No 188/11 dated 8.8.11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on statement of Mohar Singh S/O Sh. Prakaram Singh R/O Sieund PO Chaunhar PS Bhunter Distt. Kullu stated that he is serving as a driver in Rama steel industry vehicle Jeep No HP 34 B-2619 since 2-3 months and he parked his vehicle in front of his house after his duty off. On dated 8.8.11 at about 7.30 AM he was standing in courtyard of his house in the same time one Jeep bearing HP 66-1282 came from Manikarn side with rashly and one vehicle Jeep No HP No 34A-7685 was standing along the side of the road was going to pass a Truck on the road firstly the above Jeep HP-66-1282 crashed with the Jeep No HP-34A-7685 and then ran straight and crashed into the front of the Truck and his Jeep HP 34A-7685. In this incident one passenger of vehicle No HP -66-1282 got injured was taken to Kullu for treatment. Case is being investigated by ASI Dhani Ram I/OTraffic wing Bhunter.
3. Case FIR No 318/11 dated 8.8.11 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Sh. Krishan Kumar S/O Sh. Jodu Ram R/O Ban Bihar PO Diyogra Teh. & PS Palampur Distt. Kangra A/P driver HRTC Depot Rampur Distt. Shimla stated that he was going on route with HRTC Bus No HP 06A-1093 from Anni to Thonag via Luhari. At about 10.30 AM when he reached at old hospital Anni road was congested. A Car No HP 01K-0967 was coming from front side of Bus. Sunil Kumar was driving the car and bus driver told him to back his car but Sunil Kumar came out from his car and stopped to bus driver and caught him from neck. Khayale Ram R/O Shamshar Teh. & PS Anni Distt Kullu stated that when he was coming back to his home from Kandugad streem after collecting the Fire wood at about 5.30 PM on the road side he sit for rest. One car No HP 06-4105 came from Kandugad side rushly and hit to Cher Ram right leg . Case is being investigated by HC Ten Singh I/O PS Anni.

Case FIR No 229/11 dated 07.8.11 U/S 376, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the report of Radha (Fictitious Name) Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla age 27 years alleged that on 04.8.11one Pratap Chand R/o JhiyaraTehsil Nirmand distt Kullu called her on Mobile phone to met with at Rampur and after he brought her in pvt bus to village Deem and he raped with her with out her consent and beaten her. Accused has not arrested and case is being investigating by ASI Mohan Singh I/O PS Niramnd.
