CASE OF ARSON

1. Case FIR No 2/12 dated 2.2.12 U/S 435 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Shiv Ram S/o Sh.Sangat Ram R/o Kathanda Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu stated that on 2.2.12 his wife Smt. Sumita informed him telephonically that Molu Ram R/o Kathanda burnt the grass and apple plants to cause loss. Case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Singh I/O PS Nirmand.

CASE OF THEFT

2. Case FIR No 15/12 Dt. 03.02.12 U/S 379, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Bhuntar on the statement of Sh. Manohar Lal S/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Pounta Tehsil & PS Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi stated that he is salesman in gas agency Bhunter. Today at about 11.45 am he along with Prakash Sood were busy in sales/purchase of cylinders in front of gas agency, and they had kept empty cylinders near truck in the same time Dinesh shouted that two persons are running with cylinder, after that they catch both persons namely (1) Rajeev Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Chamunda Nagar P.O. Dhalpur Distt. Kullu and (2) Kunjam S/O Sh. Nor Angmo R/O Shishamati Bihal P.O. Dhalpur Distt. Kullu. The case is being investigated by PSI Yog Raj I/O PS Bhunter.

CRIME REPORT 2 FEB

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1.          Case FIR No 11/2012 dated 1.2.2012 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the rukka of SHO PS Anni against Santosh Kumar that on 01.02.2012 at about 9.30 pm one vehicle Tata ACR A/f  drive by Santosh Kuamr  was  going toward Chowai from Anni and met with accident near Balional, as a result, driver Santosh Kumar sustained  injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving of above driver. Case is being investigated by SHO PS Anni.

CASE OF NEGLIGENCE WITH RESPECT TO PETS

2.          Case FIR No.  9/12  dated 02.02.12  u/s 289 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Jhabe Ram S/o Sh Narayan Dass village Pokhari PO Palach Tehsil Banjar District Kullu stated that on 31.01.12 at about 4.30 pm when his son namely Door Singh coming back from school, on the way the pet dog of Moti Ram r/o village Pokhari PO Palach Tehsil Banjar distt Kullu bite his son and he was admitted in CH Banjar. Case is being investigated by  HC Sesh Raj I/o PS Banjar.

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASES

3.          Tek Chand S/o Sh. Kashev Ram R/o Shiwari PO Dhaber Sub- Tehsil Balichowki PS Aut District Mandi age about 28 years has been arrested in previous case FIR No. 17/12 dated 30.01.12 U/S 364 IPC on 01.02.2012 at PS Kullu. One person namely Devinder Singh S/o Sh. Narender singh VPO Nagar Tehsiland PS Manali District Kullu has been arrested in previous case FIR No. 329/11 dated 03.08.11 U/S 409 IPC & 13(2) P of Corruption Act in PS Manali on 02.02.2012.

CASE OF SEIZURE OF FOREST PRODUCE

1.    Case FIR No 13/2012 dated 1.2.2012 U/S 379, 120B IPC and 41, 42 of IF Act has been registered in PS Bhuntar on the rukka of complaint of HC Rajender Kumar No 57 I/O alleged that today on 1.2.2012 at about 4.30 AM while he along with the police and forest party at Nakabandi near Ruaaru one car came from Garsa and stopped at the Bajaura Bridge. After some time one Tipper also came from Garsa side and also stopped on the Bajaura Bridge near the car. Thereafter both the vehicles went towards hot mixing plant. On doubt police and forest party rushed to the spot and found that the Tipper went away after unloading the timber. Car was on spot which is identified as bearing registration No HP-34C-1365. One person namely Paras Ram alias Duhamel S/O Late Sh. Dile Ram R/O village Jhuni PO Garsa Tehsil and Distt Kullu was found on the spot who was carrying the timbers to the shed nearby. Paras Ram disclosed that the material was brought from Najan Nala and one Nepali person was driving the Tipper who has fled away from the spot along with Tipper. The 80 slippers Devdar of different sizes were found on the spot have been taken in possession. Case is being investigated HC Rajender Kumar I/O PS Bhuntar.

CASE OF SEIZURE OF FOREST PRODUCE AND NEGLIGENT DRIVING

2.    Case FIR No 14/2012 dated 1.2.2012 U/S 279 IPC and 41, 42 of IF Act has been registered on the statement of Sh. Chet Ram Block Officer Forest Block Bhuin alleging that during the intervening night of 31.1.2012/1.2.2012 while he along with the forest party were at Nakabandi near Hathithan at about 2.30 AM one Jeep bearing No HP-34B-1863 came from Manikaran Side. He tried to stop the Jeep but the Jeep did not stop. He along with forest party rushed behind the Jeep and the Jeep was found in accidental condition near Ruaaru village. No person was found near the Jeep. 16 timbers Devdar of different sizes were found in the Jeep. Case is being investigated by ASI Niraml Singh I/O PS Bhuntar.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1.     Case FIR No. 17/12 dated 30.01.12 U/S 364 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Ami Chand S/o Sh. Bhagi Ram R/o village Chalah PO Shalang Tehsil & District Kullu stated that on 12.01.12 his father informed him that his younger brother Prem Chand left to Balichowki for purchasing of apple garden and he took 3 lacs rupees but till date he did not return home. On 15.01.12 a missing report has been lodged in PS Kullu. He suspected that Tek Chand R/o Shuwadi Balichowki has kidnapped his brother. Case is being investigated by SI Sunil Kumar I/o PS Kullu.

CASE OF IMPERSONATION IN EXAM

2.     Case  FIR No. 18/12 dated  31-1-12 u/s 7 of   Himachal Pradesh Prevention of Malpractices  at University, Board or other specified Examination Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Smt. Dhaneshwari Sharma Principal GDC Kullu stated that Mr. Jyoti Prakash S/o Sh. Dev Raj of Village Chamunda Devi P.O. Dadh, Tehsil and District Kangra HP  student of 5^th semester of Vinyaka College of Pharmacy, Garsa (Kullu) Roll No. 6792 had appeared in the examination of B. Pharmacy 3^rd semester examination in Govt. College, Kullu examination centre on 27^th December 2011 in the morning session in place of Mr. Kishore Singh S/O Sh. Uttam Singh, Roll No. 6795 of Vinayaka College of Pharmacy Garsa, Kullu. Case is being investigated by PSI Ashok Kumar I/o PS Kullu.

CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No 3/12 dated 28.1.2012 u/s 504, 506, 34  IPC  has been registered in P.S Manali on the application of SH.Ram Singh S/o Kalu Ram R/o Galchhet Phati Mandalgarh Kullu that on 27.1.12 at around 8 AM he was going for plantation of plum plant, in the mean time Amar Chand, Smt Kanta Devi & Ramesh came and started pelting stone on him. Due to this he sustained injuries and all above persons threatened him with dire consequences in future. Case is being investigated by HC Manohar Lal  No 20 I/O PP PatliKuhal.

CASE OF RIOTING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 4/12 dated 28-1-12 U/S 147, 149, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S Manali on the statement of Sh. Beer Chand S/O Sh. Nup Ram Caste Rajput R/O Bhat Karal PO Shirad Tehsil & Distt. Kullu that on 27-1-12, he was called by the police in connection with inquiry of his application against Pradhan Man Chand GP Dev Garh. At around 12 Noon he and Ram Singh member of Swayam Sahayata Smuh arrived at Parbhi . Pradhan Man Chand, his wife Isri Devi , Son Dharam Chand and other relatives were already present at the spot. He and Ram Singh had just reached at the spot then Isri Devi W/O Sh. Man Chand grabbed him from chest and abused him and threatened to kill him. After that all the gathered relatives of Pradhan also threatened him and his group members to do away with their lives in future. Case is investigated by HC Manohal lal No. 20 I/O PP Patlikuhal.

PREVENTIVE ARRESTS

3. On 28.1.12 four persons namely Bhag singh S/o Chuni Ram R/o village Plalang P.O Bhutti Kullu age 46 yrs (ii) Sher Singh s/o Chune Ram R/o Plalang age 34 yrs (iii) Mangli Devi D/o Shm Bhoop Singh r/o Jouli P.O Shamshi age 40 yrs and (iv) Savitra Devi w/o Lt Sh Dharam Chand R/o vill Baridhar age 35 yrs have been arrested u/s 107,151 Cr.P.C by I/O P.S Sadar.

CASE OF INQUEST

4. On 29.1.12 at about 9.40 AM Smt. Ritu Kumari w/o Mr. Bianchi Eros VPO Kasol informed telephonic at Police post Manikaran that one Mr. Alessandro Marco Tesi an Italian National was found dead in "Bianchi Home stay". On this information SI Megh Singh Incharge PP Manikaran a/w staff visited to the spot. During enquiry it is revealed that the above foreigner Mr. Alessandro PP No E142826 dated 6.6.2005valid 5.6.2015 bearing "T" visa no AP2412705 dated 13.1.12 valid up to 13.7.2012 came to her guest house yesterday on 28.1.2012 at 9AM along with another Italian national Mr. Oliva Mario PP no AA5101951 valid up to 15.1.2020. They were staying in room no 2 of her "Bianchi Home stay Kasol '(Manikaran). Today morning Smt. Ritu found Mr. Alessandro dead in a hall near Tandoor and another was sleeping in room no 2. Street Tevere 51100 Pistoia city Italy. The dead body of deceased brought to RH Kullu for postmortem. Proceedings under section 174 Cr.P.C are being carried out by Incharge Police Post Manikaran district Kullu. The Cause of death could not be ascertained yet.  

CASE OF INQUEST

5. Today on 29.1.12 when Incharge PP Manikaran was busy in the Inquest of Italian national, he got information by Pradhan Tahel Singh that one unidentified Baba (stranger) is also lying dead in old Kasol. On this information he went to the spot, where he found a dead body in the house of Sh. Harikishan s/o Moti lal R/o old Kasol . During enquiry, Mr. Harikishan told him that last night the deceased person was in a drunken condition and shivering with cold. He brought him inside his house and laid him on bed. Today morning he found him dead then he informed the Pradhan. During enquiry it has come to notice that the deceased person had been seen in a drunken condition since 5/6 days at kasol. Description:- age above 60 yrs, having beard & moustache, grey white hair, tattoo (Scorpio) on left wrist and (Trishool )on left  side of chest. The dead body of deceased is being brought to RH Kullu for postmortem. Proceedings under section 174 Cr.P.C are being carried out by Incharge Police Post Manikaran district Kullu.

CRIME REPORT 28 JAN

1.     CASE OF BURGLARY

Case FIR No. 14/12 dated 27.01.12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the complaint of Lot Ram S/o Sh. Ram Singh R/o Ram Dhar PO Pipal age Tehsil and District Kullu A/p Z Plus Computer Centre near RH Kullu alleged that on the intervening night 25/26-01-12 some unknown culprits stolen 5 CPU, one LCD and three Lap Top from his computer center near RH Kullu . Total value of stolen property is worth Rs. 90,000/-. Case is being investigated by PSI Sumit Kumar I/O PS Kullu.

2.     CASE OF ACCIDENT

Case FIR No. 15/12 dated 27.01.12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Smt. Sarla Devi W/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/o Chong PO Jalugran Tehsil & District Kullu stated that on 27.01.12 when she was going to home from Khokan in a Maruti Car No. HP-34A- 8186 at about 5.15 pm she reached near Chati Nala where driver Rajesh Kumar lost the control and vehicle suddenly fell down from the road, as a result of she sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to negligent driving of vehicle driver. Case is being investigated by SI Om Chand I/O PS Kullu.

3.     CASE OF TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

Case FIR No.16/12 dt. 28-1-12 U/S 451, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been regd. In PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Jhabe Ram S/O Belu Ram R/O Vill. Lari Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that on 27-1-12 he went to graze his cattle when he returned back to home he saw that Dhani Ram S/O Rupu Ram, Mahender, Dine Ram, Surender Singh were abusing to my family member and also started abusing me. Dhani Ram started to beaten his brother by wooden stick and he sustained injuries. They also threatened him and his family with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Jawala Singh I/O PS Kullu.

4.     CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

One person namely Sanju Ram S/o Sh. Noopa Ram R/o Ropa Tehsil Padhar District Mandi A/p Laborer Naveen Sood R/o Jarad has been arrested under section 107/151 CrPC in PS Bhunter on 27.01.2012.

Abdul Ali R/o H.No. 73 Pichla Dakghar Tehsil Kunsang District Faizabad (UP) age about 27 years has been arrested U/S 41( 2) 109 Cr.pc and one person namely Vajay Shah S/o Sh. Nathuni Shah R/o Bariyarpur PS Chattan District Purvi Bihar age about 31 years has been arrested under section 114,115 Police Act in PS Manali today on 28.01.2012 by HC Dhani Ram I/O PS Manali.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 13/12 dated 25.01.12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of ASI Biri Singh I/O TW Kullu that on 25.01.2012 at about 5.20 pm one motor cycle bearing No. HP-34A-3312 came rash and negligent manner from Manali side and suddenly fell down on  the road at Bhridi Mour near kais, as a result of motor cycle rider sustained injured. This accident accrued due to rash and negligent riding of motor cycle rider. Case is being investigated by ASI Biri Singh I/O TW Kullu.

ARREST IN SOSS CASE

2. One person namely Nikhil Nanda Pushpalk S/o Sh. Kalu Charan Pashpalk R/o Ram Krishan Nagar 3rd Lane Lucha Pura road Brahampur Distt. Gunjam (Orissa) age about 33 years has been arrested in previous case FIR No. 504/11 PS Kullu on 25.01.2012.

ARREST OF STRANGERS

3. Two persons namely Prem Chand S/o Sh. Phunchung Dorje R/o Kais Tehsil and District Kullu and Avinash S/o Sh. Ashwani Kumar R/o H.No. 105 Prem Gali Akhara Bazar Kullu has been arrested U/S 41(2) 109 Cr.pc in PS Manali on 25.01.2012.

4. 11 Challan and fine Rs. 1700/- under MV Act and 2 Challan and fine Rs. 400/-Under Smoking Act has been done by SHO PS Nirmand on 25.01.2012.

CASE OF TRESPASS AND THEFT

Case FIR No. 11/12 dated 24.01.2012 U/S 379, 447, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Ram Mahant S/o Sh. Gokh Ram Mahant VPO Neuli Tehsil & District Kullu stated that on 13.10.2011 he went to his field, where he found that Vinit Kumar and his wife Sushma illegally entered his land and stolen away some fruit and also cut one tree from his land. Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF BURGLARY

Case FIR No. 12/12 dated 24.01.12 U/S 454, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Tek Chand Bhatia S/o Sh. Thakur Dass Bhatia R/o Shishamati  Kullu district Kullu stated that he is running a General store at Dhalpur Kullu. On 24.01.12 morning he came to shop at Dhalpur at about 12.30 pm his wife also came in his shop. At about 6 .30 pm after closing the shop he along with his wife went to home and they saw the lock of door was found broken. They checked the room and found that jewelry (2,84000/-) and cash Rs. 1,80,700/-  found stolen by some unknown culprits persons. Total value of stolen property is worth Rs. 4,64,700/-. Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Kullu. 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

Case FIR No. 12/12 dated 24.01.12 U/S 364, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Yusaf S/o Sh. Nurdeen R/o Jairu PO Hurla Tehsil and district Kullu stated that on 07.01.2012 his son namely Binnu age about 30 years has been kidnapped by two persons namely Abdulla R/o Luhri and another name not known from Bajaura bridge. Case is being investigated by ASI Naresh Chand I/O PS Bhunter.

CASE OF BURGLARY

Case FIR No. 9/12 dated 25-01-2012 u/s 457, 380 IPC  has been registered in PS Anni on the application of Sh Thakur Dass VPO Peog Tehsil and PS Anni that on  9-01-2012 he went to his second house at Samdal for staying. On 22.01.2012 his nephew Harish told him that his house lock was found broken. On 24-1-12 he checked his house and found that some unknown culprit stolen away his SBML Gun from his room. Case is being investigated by SHO PS Anni.

1. CASE OF OVERSTAY OF FOREIGNER: Case FIR No. 02/12 dated 23.01.2012 U/S 14 of Foreigners Act has been registered in PS Manali on the rukka of ASI Dharam Pal I/O PS Manali against one Mr. Simon  Lofgren a Sweden national who was found with out travel documents (Passport/Visa ) for last two years. Accused has been arrested in this case . Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Pal I/O PS Manali.
2. CASE UNDER PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES ON SC/ST: Case FIR No. 10/12 dated 23.01.2012 U/S 3 of SC/ST Act  IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Smt. Nimu W/o Sh. Purkhu Ram cast S/C R/o Seriberh PO Khokan District Kullu stated that on 23.01.2012 at about 10.30 AM when she was alone at her home, in the same time one Noop Ram Saraji cast Rajput came in front of her house and used filthy language which falls under SC & ST Act. Case is being investigated by Sh. Ram Lal Bansal Dy.SP (HQ) Kullu. 
3. CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 11/12 dated 23.02.12 U/S 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Bijender Singh S/o Late Sh. Himender Singh VPO Mohal District Kullu stated that he had planted 5 plants of Plum in his encroached land on  22.01.2012, which were cut by Karunender Singh S/o Sh. Himender Singh , Disha Singh and their daughter Kritika in the same night. On 23.01.2012 when he went to his field and the same time Karunender Singh and his daughter Kritika came there and threated him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated  by ASI Naresh kumar I/O PS Bhunter.
4. CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH: Case FIR No. 08/12 dated 24-01-2012 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC  has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Sh Ram Swaroop s/o Sh. Mangat Ram r/o Runa PO Anni Tehsil & PS Anni district Kullu a/p Manager M.S construction company Nagan stated that on dated 24-01-2012 at about 11.00 am one person informed him from Showad road and said that one Alto car met with an accident near Dogla Nala at the same time he reached the spot and saw that one Alto car No. HP 35-1420 in accident condition, as a result of which Rajinder s/o Mohar Dass r/o Dhar and  Miss Sunder lata D/o Sh. Rattan Thakur VPO Tandi found dead on spot and Miss Anju s/o Ram Kishan r/o Dhar , Sushama S/o Rattan Thakur r/o Tandi and driver Naresh S/o Ramesh Thakur were injured. They were  brought for first aid at CHC Anni. Where MO CHC Anni referred to Miss Anju and Sushma for IGMC Shimla . After postmortem the dead body of deceased Rajinder and Miss Sunder Lata handed over to their parents. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS for Anni.

Case FIR No.  7/12 dated 22-01-2012 U/S  457,380 IPC  has been registered in PS Anni on the  statement of Jeet Kumar S/o Sh. Payare Lal r/o Bhares PO  Showad Tehsil and PS Anni presently shopkeeper at Anni  stated  that on 14-01-2012 some unknown culprit broken the lock of his Gautam Ram  shop at Anni and stolen away mobile phone , accessory ,and readymade Garment . Case is being investigated by HC Tain Singh I/O PS Anni. Accused person has been arrested and case property recovered.

Case FIR No. 09/12/ dated 22.01.12 U/S 448, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh Hans Raj S/o Bhagat Ram R/o H.No. 108 MS -2 Domati Jirakpur District Mohali (PB) presently Manager H.R Patail  Company Barshani stated that on 21.01.12 at about 6.pm his colleague Mr.  Prince Gupta told him that three persons namely  Bhoj Raj , Jagdish and Kaushal came into company  office and locked the office cabin with their lock and also threatened him. Case is being investigated by HC Jamal Din I/o PP Manikaran.

Chander Paul Sood R/o Badah PO Mohal District Kullu stated that on 22.01.12 he was going to home in a vehicle Alto Car  No. HP-01K-2105 when he reached near Gandhi Nagar , in the mean time one vehicle No. HP-34A -9590 came rashly and  in negligent manner from Bhunter side and hit his vehicle, as a result of his vehicle has been damaged. Case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/O PS Kullu.  


CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION


Case FIR No 9/2012 dated 23.1.2012 U/S 506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of one Sh. Karunendar Singh  S/O Sh. Himender Singh R/O VPO Mohal Tehsil and Distt Kullu alleging that yesterday on dated 22.1.2012 at about 3.30 PM while he was repairing his house at the same time Mr. Brijender Singh and his son namely Tripender Singh came near his house and shouted on him to stop the repair work. Listening the noise his daughter namely Kritika Singh came out from the house  and told them why we cannot repair our house.  Mr. Brijender Singh and his Tripender Singh threatened him with dire consequence to his life and told him that they will burn him along with his family in his house. Case is being investigated by HC Om Prakash I/O of PS Bhunter.

1.Case FIR no 8/12 dated 21.1.2012 u/s 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S Kullu on the statement of Smt. Rameshwari Negi w/o K.N Negi R/o Talogi District Kullu that on 21.1.2012 at about 5.30 PM when she reached at home, she found that the lock of her door was broken. She checked inside and found that some unknown culprits have stolen away one mobile set, one Gas cylinder and 1200/- cash from her house. Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Sadar Kullu.

CASE OF HANGING

2. On dated 22.1.2012 telephonic information about hanging received from Hotel Monarch Manali On this information ASI Jagjit Singh I/O P.S Manali rushed to the spot along with staff. On the spot he found a person has hanged himself with fan point. During inquiry it was revealed that deceased was staying in room no 401 since 20.1.2012 evening, who had entered his name as Vinod Kumar from Kanpur (U.P) and according to his note his name is identified as Dr. Supas Shukla. Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C is being carried out by ASI Jagjit Kumar I/O P.S Manali.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 08/12 dated 18.01.2012 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Surjeet Singh S/o Sh. Bhiari Lal R/o Rangas Tehsil Nadaun district Hamirpur stated that on 18.01.2012 he along with Manoj Kumar was coming from Sainj  to Kullu in a vehicle No.HP-34B-7227 (Jeep ).  At about 7.35 pm when he reached near Shari Nala (Bajaura),  in the main time one Swaraj Mazda bearing No. HP-11B-0271 came in rash and negligent manner and hit his vehicle, as a result of he and Manoj Kumar sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Dhani Ram I/O PS TW Bhunter.

ARREST IN SOSS CASE

2. Accused Sandeep Kumar @ Goldi S/o Sh. Brij Mohan R/o Banam Tehsil Nagangal distt. Ropar (Pb) age about 34 years has been arrested on 18.01.2012 in previous Case FIR No. 504/11 dated 29.09.2011 U/S 420,120B IPC & 5 of HP PIDF  Act 1999  by ASI Daya Ram PS Kullu.

CASE OF ENDANGERING HUMAN LIFE

1.      Case FIR No. 07/12 dated 17.01.2012 U/S 336, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the complaint of Sh. Tikkam Ram S/o Sh. Govind Ram R/o Mashgan PO Bajaura Tehsil and District Kullu A/p Lineman HPSEB Deptt. Sector Bajaura Sub division stated that on 16.01.2012 at about 2.pm when he was repairing the electricity 33 KV line at Sharabai as the direction of JE. Ranjeet Singh, in the main time unknown persons started the electricity line and he fell down from the poal, as a result of he sustained injuries and admitted in Kullu valley Hospital. Case is being investigated by HC Om Prakesh I/O PS Bhunter.

CASE OF ABATEMENT OF SUICIDE

2.      Case FIR No. 08/12 dated 17.01.2012 U/S 306, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Smt. Gouri Devi W/o Lt. Sh. Tikkam Ram VPO Chheyor PS Bhunter district Kullu stated that  on 14.01.2012 her son Nomi Ram was gone  to his father-in-law house at village Sagehara.  On 15.01.2012 Nokh Singh informed to her  that Nomi Ram committed  suicide by hanging himself with Pomegranate tree at Sagehara. She has suspected that her son Nomi Ram actuated by Nokh Singh, Chuni Devi, Geeta Devi wife and mother-in-law to committed suicide. Case is being investigated by SI Paras Ram I/C PP Sainj.

CASE OF SEIZURE OF BEAR SKIN UNDER WILD LIFE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 01/12 dated 15.01.2012 U/S 51 of Wild Life Act has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Sh. Gaurav Gupta that he is Officer Wild life & Cruelty Cell in People For Animals organization Delhi which is operated by Smt. Monika Gandhi. He has information that someone in Preet Hotel is indulged in selling and purchasing of skin of Wild Animals. If immediate action is taken huge quantity of Wild animals skins can be recovered. On this information Police party raided in hotel Preet and one black Bear Skin has been recovered from hotel Preet. Tirlok Chand S/o Sh. Sat Prakesh R/o Baun Khad PO Galod Tehsil Nadaum Distt. Hamirpur, Manager Preet hotel Rangri Manali has been arrested in this case.  Case is being investigated by SI Shiv Singh I/O PS Manali. The accused person was today produced in court and he has been sent to Judicial Custody. 

CASE OF INQUEST

1. On 15/1/2012 Sh Suresh Kumar r/o village Sangehada informed through telephonically in PP Sainj that one person hanged himself in pomegranate tree at village Sangehada near house of Nokh Singh. On this information SI Paras Ram I/C PP Sainj and SHO Banjar along with Police party rushed to the spot and found that one person namely Noumi Ram @ Guddu s/o Sh Tikme Ram caste Rajput r/o VPO Chheur  PS Bhunter distt Kullu age 26 years was in hanging condition. Proceeding u/s 174 Crpc were carried out by SI Paras Ram I/C PP Sainj. The dead body has been handed over to his brother after PMR. According to M.O the cause of death will be given after chemical analysis.

Chane Ram R/o Bather PO Haripur Tehsil Manali district Kullu stated that on 14.01.12. he along with his wife was going to home in a Maruti Car No. HP-58-8811. When he reached near Jia barrier , in the mean time one vehicle  bearing No. HP01K-5600 came rashly and hit to his car. As a result of he sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Balak Ram I/O PS Kullu.

2. Case FIR No. 06/12  dated  15-01-2012 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the application of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Sant Ram R/o Sanetha PO Dhar Tehsil and PS Anni stated  that on 14-01-2012 some unknown culprit broken his quarter lock at Anni and stolen away his laptop.
