CRIME DATED 12.1.2011 UP TO 5 PM

1 Case FIR No 7/11 dated 11.1.2011 u/s 504,506 IPC has been registered in Ps Anni on the statement of Sh Abhimanu Thakur S/o Sh. Jeevan Thakur village Ketowa PO Kamand Tehsil and Ps Anni that one person namely Dharam Pal S/O Sh. Dhani Ram village Jamed PO Kamand called him from his Mobile No. 98821- 40940 on dated 7-1-11 at about 8 pm and used filthy language and intimidated.

Crime Report on 11.1.2011 up to 5 P.M.

1. A Case F.I.R. No. 9/11 Dt. 10-1-11 U/S 20,29 ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Kullu against two persons namely Jeet Ram S/O Lot Ram R/O Thati Dhar P.O. Hurla Distt. Kullu and his Second wife Smt. Bhima Kali during Naka at Sarsadi at about 8.25 PM, when both were coming from Sarsadi side on their motor cycle No. HP34B-2448.The Police party stopped them and during checking 2.200 Kgs Charas has been recovered from the possession of above Jeet Ram and the same time his wife ran away from the spot.


2. Two cases U/S 283 IPC has been registered on 10-1-11 in P.S. Manali against two persons namely Mazoor Hussan S/O Abdul Latif R/O Jatehar Bihali P.O. Katrain and Bhim Chand S/O Uttam Chand VPO Katrain Distt. Kullu, when they were obstruction the public path and NH-21 with their rehari and Fari at Patlikuhal.

CRIME DATED 10.1.2011 UP TO 5 PM

1 Case FIR No 6/11 dated 9.11.2011 u/s 452,354 IPC has been registered on the statement of Smt. Chandra Devi W/o Sh. Moti Ram village Shatyogi Plach Tehsil Banjar that, when she was alone in her room in the mean time one Shri. Sansari Lal entered her room in intoxication and tried to outraged her modesty and also beaten her.

2. Case FIR No 7/11 & 8/11 Dated 9.11.2011 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Manali against two person namely Sh. Manjeet Singh S/o Sh. Balwan Singh R/o VPO Samba J&K at present C/o Vandna Devi R/o Patlikuhal & Sh. Bhajan Lal S/o Sh. Gauri Shankar R/o VPO Patlikuhal when they were obstructing the NH-21 at Patli Kuhal Bazar by selling cigarette groundnut & Spices etc on their rehris.

Crime dated 9.01.11 till 5pm

Case FIR no 6 dt 8 jan u s 341,504,506,34 IPC rgd in PS Anni on the statement of Surender singh r o Nagot stated that three persons namely Narayan dass s/o Bhagwan Dass r o Jamed obstructed his way and beaten him.

CRIME DATED 8.1.2011 UP TO 5 PM

1.  A Case FIR No 2/11  dated 7.1.2011 under section 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S Nirmand  district Kullu on  the statement of Daulat Ram R/Shalar  that on 6/01/11 at about 6 PM two persons namely Nari Ram and Niju Ram R/O Shilar obstructed his way and beaten him  and abused him. 

2. Case FIR No 2/11 Dated 7.11.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been regd in PS  Bhunter on the application of Chaman Lal R/O Shamshi alleged that on 19/06/2010 when he was in the shop of Jatender at Kalehali in the mean time   one M/C No HP 34A -6931 came from Bajaura toward Bhunter and hit him. In this incident he got injured and admitted in SR hospital. Case is being investigated by ASI Dhani Ram.

3. Case FIR No 4/11 Dated 7.11.2011 U/S 13 of Gambling Act has been regd in PS  Anni on the Rukka of SI/SHO against ten persons namely Ramesh Chand, Diwan Chand, Om Prakash ,Jagmohan, Harish, Dev Kishan, Desh Raj, Vinod Kumar, Shyam Lal and Ram Singh and recovered  Rs 8400/- behind Vinod Dhaba Dalash.

CRIME DATED 7.1.2011 UP TO 5 PM

1.  A Case FIR No 3/11  dated 6.1.2011 under section 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S Anni district kullu that on intervening night some unknown culprits stolen away gold & silver ornaments from the house of Sh. Jitender Kumar Sharma s/o Roshan Lal r/o village Riwari P.O Dalash Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu. The total value of stolen property is Rs.4, 09,200/-. 

2. Case FIR No 6/11 dated 6.1.2011 u/s 457,380 IPC has been registered in Police Station Sadar Kullu on the application of Smt kaushalya Devi w/o Sh Roshan Lal r/o Guru Behar Dhalpur  Kullu that on 6.1.2011 Aangan wari worker  telephonically informed to her that some unknown person  have stolen away 4 gas cylinder and 4 double bed blankets from her house.

3. Three cases have been registered in Police station Manali against the three person Mr. Krishan s/o Hans Raj,Kuldeep s/o Balli Ram & Gudu s/o Ram under section 283 IPC when they were obstructing the public path /road with their Rehri /Fari.

4. A case FIR No 2/11 dated 6.11.2010 u/s 341,323,504,34 IPC has been  registered in police station Anni on the statement of Pawan Kumar s/o Bhagat Ram and Pradeep Kumar  r/o phanouti against two persons namely Mr. Ugam Ram and Prakash Kumar when they  obstructed  their way ,and beaten them with leg and punches also used filthy language to  complainants without any reason.

5.Two cases have been registered in Police Station Kullu under Excise act against two  women Smt Phanch Angmo w/o Sonam r/o Biasa Mour and  Smt Sonam Lamo w/o Lt.Tenzin r/o Bias Mour and recovered 5/5 Ltrs.each Illicit Liqour from their possession during patrolling at Biasa mour.

6. A Case FIR No 8/11 Dated 6.11.2011  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been regd in PS Kullu on the statement of  DharamChand S/O Thakur Dass R?OSeuBag Thaton 6/01/11 when he was going tohis home Maruti van No HP- 34- 2019 with his friend Rakesh Kumar  at about 6.45 PM at when he was reached  gammon bridge  at the same time one M/ C No.  HP 34A-7421 came from Manali side and hit the van .In this accident both Drivers of vehicles got injuries. This accident accuared due to rushaly and negligenent driving of Moter Cycle rider

7. Today on 7/01/2011  one Mini truck No HP 356-1851 rolled down near Nagan PS Anni from the road and  Two person namely Mohar Singh and Dharam Pal died on the spot  .In this regard a Case U/S 279, 337,304A have been regd against driver Keshav Ram in PS Anni .
