Case FIR No 99/11 dated 6.6.11 U/S 448, 323, 109, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the report of Sanjeev Kumar R/o Shayam Naggar PO Sadar Yamuna Naggar Haryana at present C/o Rachna Devi R/o Bhunter stated that on 6.6.11at about 9.15 PM Sanjeev Kumar and Manoj Kumar S/o Rachna Devi entered in his shop in drunken condition and forcibly through out his shop goods and pushed him and his wife out side from the shop. Case FIR No 87/11 dated 7.6.11 U/S 379, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Chhanga Ram S/o Bhuri Singh R/o VPO Jia Distt kangra that on 6.6.11 he along with other companions were camping at kalath with their sheep & goats at around 11.30 PM one vehicle was stopped near the camp and took away sheep & goats and at around 3 AM the same vehicle came again and two persons tried to pick up sheep & goats. When he and other persons woke up and they tried to apprehend them the both persons fled away from the spot out of which one person get in the vehicle and he driven away vehicle and other person was apprehended due to having a fall while he was running . Old Manali , Tehsil Manali , District Kullu H.P. that Sh. Pasang Sherpa , S/o not known , C/o Tara Auto Mobile Service Station, near Naveen Hotel , Gompa Road Manali , District Kullu HP. 1. That the complainant is resident of aforementioned address and he was shopkeeper by profession and was having shop no. 9 in the name and style of Chauhan Radios Industry in Manu Market Manali . CST number of the complainant is CST/GST KUL III 702/790 and this number is only vaild for electronics goods. The complainant has not used this number
for last four years. 2. That on dated 4.5.2011, officials of Excise and Taxation Department Kullu were on patrolling duty, when a Private Volvo Bus namely “Jamindara” bearing number DL 01-PB 8861 was stopped and checked up at place Kullu. During the process of checking of the aforesaid bus , some carton boxes were recovered and checked up and the same were delivered by JMG firm from Delhi . During the process of checking three carton boxes bearing CST number of the complainant were found . These carton boxes were taken into possession by the Excise and Taxation Officials. Thereafter, Excise and Taxation Officials inquired about the CST number which was found to be of the complainant. Thareafter Excise and Taxation Officials contacted the complainant to pay the penalty amount of the recovered articles and to receive the carton boxes. 3. That the complainant shocked when he came to know about the recovery of the aforesaid carton boxes having affixed his CST number on them beside he was not using the same (CST Number) for the last four years. Thereafter , on next day i.e. 5.5.2011, the complainant went to the Excise and Taxation 4. Office Kullu and inquired about the carton boxes . After opening the carton boxes in the presense of Exise and Taxation officials , complainant surprised to know that the same were containing some “Auto Spare Parts” which were not related to the complainant . During the futher process of inquiry , some original bills of JMG amounting to Rs. 60,000/- were found inside one of the carton box hided inside Helmet Box having marka “MTP”.Thereafter the complainant disclosed the officials that the above marka stands for Manali Tara Auto Pasang which is the code of the accused person Pasang Sherpa who runs a shop at Manali in the name and style of “TARA AUTO MOBILE SERVICE STATION” near Naveen Hotel Gompa road Manali . On the aforesaid information of the complainant , raid was got conduct at the shop of accused Pasang Sherpa situated at Manali
by the officials of Excise and Taxation department and they recovered some previous bills from the shop of the accused . Thereafter , bills recovered from the shop of the accused Pasang Sherpa were got tallied with the bills so recovered by the officals of Excise and Taxtion department from the carton boxes and the same were found equal having same code number i.e. 'MTP'. 5. That after getting full assurance and after collecting all the duplicate bills so recovered by Excise and Taxtion Officials Kullu, the complainant went to the police station on 6.5.2011 Manali and reported the matter to the police and requested to lodge FIR against the accused person Pasang Sherpa, but the police officials did not pay any heed towards the request of the complainant despite the fact that the complainant has specifically mentioned the name of the accused person as the police officials are having links with the accused person and police officials tried to dump the matter on one or the other pretext. 6. That the accused has fraudulentlyand dishonestly cheated the complainant in connivance with JMG company by using his CST number for about four years behind his back for ordering Auto Spares Parts and other goods from out side of the state of HP , as a result of which the complainant has come under huge tax liability. 7.That when the accused person came to know about the incident , he started threatening the complainant with dire conequences and also threatened that. 8.in case the complainant takes any action against him he will implicate the complainant in false NDPS case. 9. That the complainant has visited the police station several times, but besides listening the request of the complainant, the police officials are showing reluctance and no satisfactory response has been shown by them. As such, the applicant has been forced to file the present application before this Hon'ble Court. Case is being investigation by ASI Daya Ram I/O P.S Manali

and District Chamba and introduced him with BSNL officer and told that
they want installing telephone tower at Bhallan ,if any body willing
to install such tower in his land they deposit money to him . On this
he gave Rs. 70,000/- along with documents of land to Desh Raj and Des
Raj above also collect Rs 6,62000 from villagers. After collection
money above Desh Raj has absconded. Case is being investigated by PSI

1. Case FIR No 120/11 dated 2.6.11 U/S 302, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Ramesh Kumar S/o Lt. Sh.Ses Ram VPO Naggar Distt Kullu stated that on 24.5.2011 his relatives told him telephonically that his brother Roshan Lal has gone out side from his house Akhara Bazar Kullu for 3& 4 days. On 25.5.11 his wife Smt Sunita Devi lodged missing report in PS Kullu, but Ramesh Kumar has doubt that Sunita Devi and her brother Raj Kumar & Dharam Dutt has killed his brother. Prem Lal VPO Kalath District Kullu stated that on 02/06/11 at about 2.30.pm he was crossing the road near Hotel Grand , in the main time one car rashly came from Manali and hit to him, as a result of which he sustained injuries. 1. Case FIR No 51/11 dated 31.5.11 U/S 365, 366, 376 IPC has been
registered in PS Anni on the statement of Kalpana (fictious name) R/o
Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu stated that on 26.5.11 when she was going to
her field for grass in the mean time
one person namely Dhayan Singh S/o Yad Singh R/o Chehni tehsil Banjar
Distt Kullu kidnapped her in vehicle no HP-01k-2691 towards Mandi and
raped with her without her consent. Case is being investigated by
Si/SHO Gurbachan Singh PS Anni. The accused person has been arrested.

2. Case FIR No 92/11 dated 31.5.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act, 32, 33
I.F.Act, 379 IPC and 3 &4 HP Specific corruption Act has been
registered in PS Bhunter on the ruka of Si/SHO PS Bhunter that on
31.5.11 when he along with police party were on patrolling in village
Sees and found 300 old & new trees mundhas in about 50 bighas and 10,000
cannabis plants has been found in 4 biswas in village Puin grown by
some unknown person on encroached forest land. Case is being

30.5.2011 intervening night some unknown culprits has stolen 5 no
chair, pressure cooker from the school. Case is being investigated by
HC Brij Bh ushan I/O PP Jari.

Teacher GPS Gandhi Naggar alleging that on 31.5.2011 intervening night
some unknown culprits has stolen gas cylinder, Pressure Cooker, Bucket
etc from the school. Case is being investigated by HC Parminder Singh
I/O Ps Kullu.
CASE OF ARREST UNDER SECTION 114 of HP POLICE ACT
7. Accused HHC Amar Singh s/o Devi Dass r/o Jagatsukh PS Manali age 50
has been arrested u/s 114 of HP Police Act on 31/05/11 at Bus Stand Sarwari
when he was found drunk and riotious. Amar Singh was posted at Police Assistance
Room at Bus Stand.
NARCOTICS AWARENESS CAMPAIGN
Narcotics awareness camp was organized in GP Jeshtha on 31.05.11 and around
50 people were made aware of harmful affects of narcotics on society.
Police including SP, SHO Bhuntar, ASI Nirmal, C Laxman along with
Local villagers destroyed 2 bighas of naturally grown cannabis.
The police party later surveyed the area and detected the two cases
Of illegal cultivation of cannabis in forest area and also detected illegal
Felling of trees and two cases were registered.
