1. Case FIR No 357/11 dated 06.10.11 U/S 452, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the complaint of Anant Ram S/O Sh. Nokh Ram R/Oo Kanyal Distt Kullu alleged that on 6.10.11 at 12.30 AM when he was sleeping in his room in the mean time one unknown person entered in his room and demanded for kerosene oil on this he gave him kerosene oil and after that he demanded more kerosene oil but he refused to give kerosene oil on this he got angry and beaten him with stick. Case is being investigated by ASI daya Ram I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF ENDANGERING HUMAN LIFE
2. Case FIR No 241/11 dated 06.10.11 U/S 336 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the report of Smt. Gauri Devi W/o Sh. Jog Raj VPO Gushani Tehsil Banjar Distt Kullu at present working as a sweeper Call Valley Institute Bilaspur alleged that on 30.9.2011 her husband informed her through telephone that her daughter Miss Soma was beaten with stick by teacher Khushwant Singh at GPS Gushaini and she has sustained injury. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Banjar.

CASE OF ASSAULT ON POLICE OFFICIAL
1. Case FIR No.211/11 dated 05.10.11 U/S 353,332,506 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Head Constable Sushil Kumar No. 50 3rd IRBN Pandoh presently Dussehra Festival duty at Kullu stated that on 05.10.11 when he was on duty at Bajaura check post one Auto driver namely Hukam Ram obstructed him .He started to beat him and threatened him with dire consequence. Case is being investigated by PSI Kamal Kant I/O PS Bhunter.
ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE
2. On 05.10.11 two person namely Barun Kumar R/o ward No. 2 AB Kullu age about 19 years and Govind Thakur S/o Sh. Nokhu VPO Bhalani PS & Tehsil Kullu district Kullu age about 20 years has been arrested in previous Case FIR No. 492/11 dated 14.09.2011 U/S 302 IPC PS Kullu.

3. Four person namely Brishan Renu w/o Sh Jai r/o Ranchi Bihar age 22 yrs , Mrs Sarika w/o Ponu R/o Ranchi Bihar age 20 yrs,Mrs Reeta w/o Mukesh r/o Ranchi Bihar and Mrs Sita w/o Nathu Ram r/o Ranchi Bihar age 40 yrs have been arrested under section 107,151 Cr P.C in P.S Kullu on 5.10.11 at Dhalpur.

1. Case FIR No.512/11 dated 04.10.11 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Rishi Marwah S/o Sh. Prem singh R/o H.No. 69 ward No. 2 Arya Samaj Kullu stated that on 04.10.11 he put his Nokia mobile in his shop counter . One person namely named Narayan Dass stolen away his mobile from his shop and run away. Case is being investigated by HC Jai Singh I/O PP City Kullu.

CRIME REPORT 4 OCT
CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH
1. Case FIR No. 510/11 dated 03.10.11 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in PS Kullu that at about 5:50 AM someone telephonically informs that an accident took place near Gammon Bridge Chowk. On this information Police party headed by HC Gain Chand sent to the spot. On enquiry one M/cycle No HP 53-6432 and injured parson Mahinder Pal S/O Shyam Chand R/O Pawanpur PO Thamer Teh and PS J/nagar Distt Mandi has been found dead on the spot. It is suspicious that an unknown vehicle has hit the above person and ran away. Police brought the dead body to RH Kullu. Case is being investigated by SI Biri Singh I/C Traffic Wing Kullu.

2. Case FIR No. 511/11 dated 03/10/11 u/s 325,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu. Case registered on the statement of Khem Singh S/O Dine Ram R/O Bhrain Teh & Distt Kullu on 18/09/2011 when he & his wife Prem Lata were coming back to home from Bijli Mahadev,on the meantime when they reached near Bhrain on the way Mr Guddu, SarvDyal and Jai Chand beat him and caused injuries in his head ,arms and teeth. On 03/10/2011 M.O. RH Kullu gave his opinion grievous in nature. Investigation is being carried out SI Om Chand I/O PS Kullu.

He alleged that on 02/10/2011 at about 10.30 PM one Mohan Lal beaten him with punch and blows without any cause in which two teeth broken out. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO Prem Lal.

Amit Dubey R/o SCO-110-11 Sector 34A Chandigarh representative M/S Brand Protection Association 146-C Lajpat Nagar New Delhi stated that he was come to Manali in C/W detection of duplicate production of M/S Hindustan Unilever Ltd. On 01.10.11 one owner of M/S Latest collection Mall road Manali Mr. Tarun & Arun were selling duplicate production of his company by showing the original products. On search of above shop a huge quantity of duplicate Deodorant body spray has been recovered. Arun Gupta has been arrested in this case. Case is being investigated by ASI Jagjeet Singh I/O PS Manali.

Case FIR No. 507/11 Dated 2-10-11 u/s 279,337 IPC has been regd in PS Kullu on the statement of Rajesh Kumar S/o Chetan Phunchog H.No. 120 ward No. 11 Shashtri Nagar Kullu stated that he along with his friend Janki Dass was coming back to home from Bhuntar in his Santro Car No. HP34B-1232 when they reached near Tikra Bawali one motor cycle came rashly from opposite side and collided with his car and fell down on the road. On inquiry the name of the motor cycle rider found Hanish Thakur s/o Milap Chand R/O VPO Mohal. They brought the injured to the RH Kullu for medical treatment. Case is being conducted by the SI Biri Singh I/C T.W. Kullu.
CASE OF MURDER
4. Case FIR No. 508/11 Dated 2-10-11 U/S 302 IPC has been regd in PS Kullu on the report of RPGMC Kangra. Today on 02.10.11 I/C PP Jari informed in P.S. that an unknown dead body is lying by the side of river Parvati near Jaan village . On this information SI Om Chand along with staff rushed to the spot & recovered the dead body from the Parvati river bank and brought to the RH Kullu from where M.O. RH Kullu referred the dead body for RPGMC Kangra for expert opinion. Investigation is being conducted by SI Om Chand I/o P.S. Kullu.
CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND NEGLIGANCE
5. Case FIR No. 509/11 Dtd 2-10-11 U/S 270, 504,506,34 IPC has been regd in PS Kullu on the statement of Smt Urmila Devi W/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O Upper Sultanpur Kullu, stated that one Rajender Kumar S/o Sonam Chering has fixed a sewrage pipe and outlet of the pipe was fixed on her retaining wall. This Malignant act by Rajender Kumar can be a cause of spreading infection and dangerous disease. When she asked him about this Rajender Kumar, his wife Lovely and his father Sonam Chhering threatened her with dire consequences. Investigation is being conducted by HC Jai Singh I/o PP City AB Kullu.

6. Bhawan Sood S/O Mahender Pal sood R/O A.B. Kullu has been arrested u/s 107,151 CrPC by PSI Vivek when he alongwith with police staff were on patrolling duty near Shitla Mata Temple and will be produced before SDM Kullu today.
CASE OF SUICIDE
7. Today on 2.10.2011at 9.30AM one Sh. Babu Ram informed in PS Bhunter that his adopted Son Namely Gulab Singh S/O Ram Singh R/O Village Karsal PO Ladbhrol Tehsil and Distt Mandi aged 24 years at present tenant of Sh. Nayan Prakash R/O Shurad Tehsil and Distt. Kullu has committed suicide in his room. Post mortem of the deceased conducted in R/H Kullu. Proceedings U/S 174 of Cr.P.C. has been conducted. Nothing is found suspicious in the death of the above named Gulab Singh.

1. Case FIR No. 505/11 dated 30.09.11 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Tushar Yadav S/o Sh. Dharam Chand VPO Tikkar District Mandi A/P student of OLS Kullu stated that on 30.09.11 at about 11.20. AM he was standing in front of common room of the school, in the mean time his class mate Utsab Yadav S/o Sh. P.S Rana obstructed his way and slapped him and also gave beaten to him. Case is being investigated by SI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kullu.

2. Case FIR No. 506/11 dated 30.09.11 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Mohar Singh S/o Sh. Rulad Ram R/o Banogi PO Bhekli district Kullu stated that on 29.09.11 at about 9 pm he put his mobile on his brother Dhaba for charging battery, in the mean time one person namely Abhinash S/o Sh. Ashwani Kumar R/o AB Kullu has stolen away his mobile. Total value of stolen property is worth Rs. 6,000/-. Accused has been arrested. Case is being investigated by HC Jai Singh I/O PP City.
