CASE OF ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No.  525/11 dated 14-10-2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC  has been registered in PS Kullu  on statement of Sh. Mahinder Kumar S/o Sh. Jagat ram R/o Inner Akhara Bazar kullu stated that on 11.10.11 at about 6.00 pm he along with his mother was coming from hospital , in the mean time one Maruti Van bearing No. HP-01K-3055 came rashly from college road and hit his mother, as a result his mother sustained injured. Case is being investigated by HC Shyam Lal I/O TW Kullu.

CASE OF ARREST UNDER HP POLICE ACT

2. Two person namely Jai singh S/o Sh. Tulsi Ram R/o village Bhaipher PO panihar Tehsil Banjar district Kullu age about 19 years and Nok Singh S/o Sh. Tej Ram R/o village Bhaipher PO Panihar Tehsil Banjar district Kullu age about 28 years has been arrested by SHO PS Sadar under section 114,115 Police Act on 14.10.11 at Dhalpur  Kullu.

CRIME REPORT 14 OCT

CASE OF ASSAULT ON POLICE

1.Case FIR No. 523/11 dated 13.10.11U/S 352,332 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Chander Shekher S/o Sh. Ram Swaroop R/o village Rajpur Tehsil Ponta Sahib District Sirmour A/p Sub Inspector PS Shimla temporary Dussehra duty at Kullu stated that his duty shift from 8.00 PM to 2.00 AM in Gunda cell. At about 11.00 PM when he was along with staff reached near ICICI Bank near Kalakendra , in the mean time one person namely Nila Ram S/o Sh. Geru Ram R/o village Tandi Tehsil Banjar district Kullu came and started abusing Police personal . He asked him about abusing to Police. On this he suddenly torn his uniform and gave beating and run away from the spot. Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND

2.Case FIR No. 524/11 dated 13.10.11 U/S 447, IPC & 33 Indian Forest Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of R. O. Range Forest Jari stated that one person namely Dile Ram S/o Sh. Retu R/o Shari Bihar Jari district Kullu has encroached Forest land more than 10 bighas at Harkandi Forest . Case is being investigated by HC Gian Chand I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.Case FIR No. 331/11 dated 13.10.11 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Smt. Urmila Devi W/o Sh. Gurdiyal Singh VPO Dohad Tehsil Anni district Kullu stated that on 13.10.11 at about 8.15 PM when she was going to her quarter after closing Dhaba , on the way Sunder Singh and his wife Kanta Devi obstructed her way and gave beaten and use filthy language to her. They also threatened to her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Tain Singh I/O PS Anni.

CASE OF MISAPPROPRIATION

4.Case FIR No. 215/11 dated 13.10.11 U/S 409 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Bharat Bhushan S/o Sh. Mohinder Kumar R/o H.No. 11/2 Ward No. -1 Jawahar Nagar Mandi A/P SDO IPH Shamshi district Kullu stated that one Mohit Kumar clerk of his office has made misappropriation of Govt. money amount Rs. 10,05,085/- during the period from November 2008 to June 2010. Case is being investigated by ASI Naresh Kumar I/O PS Bhunter.

CRIME REPORT 13 OCT

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No.  213/11 dated 12-10-2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC  has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Surender Kumar S/o Late. Sh. Tara Chand VPO  Garsa  Tehsil & District Kullu , stated that on 12.10.2011 he along with his relatives were going to Kullu Dussehra festival in his Santro car bearing No. HP-34D -8000. At about 5.30 pm when he reached at Garsa Bajaura road  bridge near  Ruwaru, in the main time one Mahindra Pick-up jeep No. HP-34A-0548 came rashly  from opposite side and hit to his car &  Jeep fell down on the road , as a result of   10-12 people were sitting in jeep  got injured. This incident occurred due to the negligent driving of Jeep driver.  Case is being investigated by HC Jitender Kumar  I/O TTS Bhunter.

2. Case FIR No.  214/11 dated 12-10-2011 U/s 279, 337 IPC  has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Jagar Nath S/o Sh. Pune Ram VPO  Sainj Sub-Tehsil Sainj Distt. Kullu, stated that on 12-10-2011 he was going back on foot to home after closing of Dussehra along with other people of  Bhagbati Mata Gohi , at about 5 pm when he  reached near  Chuti Bihali in the main time one Maruti car bearing No. HP-34A -6514 came rashly from back side and hit to  Kamal Kishore S/o Kishan Chand R/o  vill. Gohi PO Bhalan  distt kullu, as a result of Kamal Kishor got  injured .    Case is being investigated by HC Uttam Chand I/O TTS Bhunter.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1.        Case FIR No. 521/11 Dt.11/10/11 U/S 279, 337 & 184 /187MV Act has been registered in   P.S Kullu on the statement of Sh. Durga Singh S/o Arjun Singh R/o Banon P.O  Baloh Distt Mandi age-73 years, that on 11.10.11 he was coming from Manali at 5.00 am with his cattles  .When he reached near Jia , at the same time one M/Cycle  came  from Kullu side  and hit his  one buffalo and his servant Ravinder Singh, who is also got  injured in  this accident. Investigation of case is being carried out by ASI Hari Singh I.O P.S Kullu.2.        Case FIR No 358/11 dated 11.10.11 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S Manali on the statement of Sh Rajinder Singh S/o Sh Amar Chand R/o Madgran P.O &The Udaipur Distt L& S that on 10.10.11 he along with his friend Ramesh were coming from Kullu to Manali by his M/Cycle No HP-34A-2602 and a car was before their M/Cycle .when they reached near Aleo suddenly the car driver turned his car and collided with his motor bike and both of they fell down on the road and sustained injuries .This incident took place due to negligent driving of Driver.Case is being investigated by SI Mathru Ram I/O P.S Kullu CASE OF NARCOTICS

2. Case FIR No. 522/11 Dt. 11/10/11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S Kullu against Satvinder @Ajay S/o Sh Gurmukh R/o Shimla Gali Bara Muhalla Gali No 4 Ludhiana (Pb) as 95 gram charas was recovered from his possession during patrolling near Bhoot Nath bridge. Accused arrested and Investigation of case is being carried out by SI Om Chand I/O P.S Kullu.

CASE OF BURGLARY

1. Case FIR No  212/11 dated 9.10.2011 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter against the unknown persons on the statement of one Sh. Anshuman Chatarjee S/O Sh. Shivkali R/o 3/5 Udai shankar vithi city center durga pur -16 distt. Bardhman West bengal aged 35 years alleged that on dated 8.10.2011 he along with his family came from Durga pur and stay in room no 402 of hotel new horizone parla bhuntar. On 9.10.2011 he checked his luggage and found that digital camera and other garments were found stolen . The theft were also made in another room i.e. room in the hotel where Sh. Parimal Bhatarjee were staying. Case is being investigated by ASI Nirmal Singh  I/O PS  Bhunter.

2. Case FIR No. 515/11dt. 09/10/11 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in PS kullu on the statement of Kishan singh S/o Nanku Ram R/O charihara PO Gutkar teh & distt Mandi . at present bustand kulllu. that on dt 09/10/11 at about 12.15 am he saw that fire in moter shed bashing brush then he informed to police and fire extinguisher control the fire. Investigation of case is being investigating HC Jai Singh I/O PP city Kullu.

3. Case FIR No. 516/11 dt. 09/10/11 u/s 451,504,427,506 IPC has been registered in PS kullu on the report of khyala Devi w/o Sh. Nirat Ram S/o Baryagi Ram vill Chhotineri PO Bhuti teh & distt kulllu alleged that on dated  09/10/11 at  a bout 9.00 am Mr. khub Ram S/o Kuslu Ram R/o Rujak came in her court yard. After that he abusing and threaten her with dire consquences and broken her lenter with hammer. Case is being carried out by HC Jawala singh I/O PS Kullu.

Case FIR 517/11 dt. 09/10/11 U/S 279,337 &184 MV Act has been registered in PS kullu  on the statement of Jalekha W/o Najeer Husain R/o Sondoa PO.Katoula teh Sader Mandi distt Mandi alleged that on dated 09/10/11 at about 6.00 pm she was going river to bring the water at the same time one truck no. HP- 31 -c -0807 coming from Kullu side and collided with her and she fell down on the road. Investigation of case is being investigated by HC Shayam lal TTR Kullu.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No 242/11 u/s 279, 337 IPC dated 08/10/11 has been registered un PS Banjar on the statement of Sh. Charan Dass s/o Sh Jasi Ram R/o village Juhar PO Dughra Tehsil anni Distt Kullu stated that on 07/10/2011 he along with his brother Ram Lal, tempo conductor and driver Churamani loaded the tempo No. HP 65-0698 at banjar and left to juhar (anni) at 10 pm 3 km a head Shojha above tempo rolled down the road due to this accident he sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Banjar.

2. One person Namely Sakir S/O Sh. Moh. Hanif R/O Akbra Bad Mohala Sunihari Maszid   PS Kotwali Dehat Distt. Bijnor U.P age 27 years has been arrested in case FIR NO. 326/11 Dt. 30-7-11 U/S 504,506 IPC on dated 8-10-11 at 1200 Noon  in P.S Manali by ASI Daya Ram I/O P.S Manali.

1. Case FIR No. 513/11 dated 8-10-11 U/S 279,337IPC has been regd in this P.S. Kullu on the report of Milap Chand Sharma s/o Sh. Vir Singh R/o Vill Nerwa Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla a/p Manager Rafting Counter No. 16 Babeli Distt Kullu stated that on 07.10.11 after seeing cultural programme of Dussehra festival in Kalakendra Dhalpur he along with  his friend Rajesh Kumar going back to Babeli on foot , when he  reach near Vaishnoo Mata temple, in the mean time  one motor cycle No. HP34A-3211 came rashly from opposite  side and hit to him. As a result of which he sustained injuries . Case  is being investigation by Lady HC Maya I/o T.W. Kullu.

CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH

2. Case FIR No. 514/11 Dated 8-10-11 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been regd. in PS Kullu on the statement of Brahma Nand S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Bagiyanda PO Jari Teshil P.S and Distt Kullu stated that on 08.10.11 at about 5.30 AM  one  tipper No. HP33-6676 has fell down near Bagiynda (Jari) , as a result of tipper driver namely  Yashwant Singh S/o Sher Singh  r/o Shikavari Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi has  died on the spot . This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving of tipper driver. Case is being investigated  by ASI Dhiraj Singh I/C PP Jari.

3. One person Namely Sakir S/O Sh. Moh. Hanif R/O Akabra Bad Mohala Sunihari Maszid   P.S kotwali Dehat Distt. Bijnor (U.P) age 27 years has been arrested in previous Case FIR NO. 326/11 Dt. 30-7-11 U/S 504,506 IPC in P.S Manali on dated 8-10-11 at 1200 Noon  by ASI Daya Ram I/O P.S Manali .
