CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No 574/11 dated 12.12.11 U/S 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Smt Poonam Kumari W/o Narayan Mahant VPO Manikaran Tehsil & Distt Kullu  stated that on 15.11.11  she received an obscene  SMS on her mobile No 9459830972. On this she made a call on above mobile number but above number didn’t any answer. On 2.10.11 at about 11 am one person namely Pinki make a call on her mobile number and threatened her if she will disclose about this she will kill her. Case is being investigated by SI Megh Singh I/C PP Maniakaran.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND
1. Case FIR No 380/11 dated 10/123/11 U/S 498 A , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S Manali on the statement of one Smt. Seema Rani D/O Sh Joginder Pal Vig R/O Near Patiala Bank Patli kuhal distt. kullu that she had got married with one Raju Prasad S/O Sh Nikka Ram R/O House No 88 ward No 6 Model town Manali before 9 years and she has one daughter . On 4/12/11 at around 8.30 P.M her mother in Law Kamla Devi, brother in Law Riju & sister in Law Tara Devi beaten her and thrown out her belongings. Usually they demand for money from my parents and her two other sister in Laws namely Renu and Madhu also asked her to bring money from her parents. She is being harassed /tortured mentally & physically by above all persons. Case is being investigated by LHC Pinki.   
CASE OF TRESPASS, HURT, RIOTING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No 573/11 dt 11.12.11 U/S 147,149,451,506,323 IPC has been registered in P.S Kullu on the report of Smt Maina Bati W/o Jagat Ram village Chhurla tehsil & district Kullu  that on 11.12.11 at about 6.30 PM when she along with her family were taking tea at home, in the mean time she heard some noise out side from her house, on this she came out along with her husband & son, they saw that Lal Chand, Ranjeet, Anita, Sunita, Oma Devi, Oma Devi, Ramesh, Ashok Kumar etc were throwing wood which were kept in the yard. When they asked then what they are doing. On this all above persons started to abusing & beaten them and broke her teeth also. The investigation of the case is being carried out by SI Sunil Kumar I/O P.S Kullu
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No 236/11 Dated 11.12.2011 U/S 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered  in P.S Bhunter on the statement of one Sh. Latif Mohamad S/O Sh. Liyakat Ali R/O Village Rahtar PO Schani PS Bhuntar against Sh. Israil S/O Sh. Musa and Manu alias Ramjan S/O Yasin resident of village Tharass alleging that he was beaten by the above two persons today on 11.12.2011 at 1.30 pm near Diwan Auto works Bhuthi while he was repairing his Auto . The case is being investigated by HC Nand Lal I/O of this PS Bhuntar.

1. Case FIR No 572/11 dated 09.12.11 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 184, 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Puran Chand S/o Sh. Ramu R/o Neoli Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that on 09.12.11 when his father in law was going to his home and when he reached near Gammon Bridge in the mean time a motor cycle came from Bhekhali road and hit him and run away from there. Case is being investigated by HC Shayam Lal I/O Traffic Kullu.

CASE OF HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY

1. Case FIR No 379/11 dated 08.12.11 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Surender Singh Thakur S/o Sh. Gulab Singh R/o Mansari Tehsil Manali Distt Kullu alleged that on 07.12.11 when he was going to his home in the mean time Suresh Kumar restrained his way and beaten him and threatened him with dire consequences.

CASE OF TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No 234/11 Dated 9.12.11 U/S 451, 336, 427, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Lal Chand S/O Sh Govind Ram R/O Parganu PO Khokhan Tehsil and Distt. Kullu stated that on 9.12.11 at 12.30 Am Vipin Kumar throw the stone on his house and threatened him with dire consequences.  Case is investigated by ASI Gangbir Singh I/O of PS Bhunter.

CASE OF RAPE

1. Case FIR No 233/11 dated 07.12.11 U/S 376, 506, 120B IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Miss Reena (fictitious Name) R/o Distt Kinnaur stated that Kuga Dechen S/o Dev Singh R/o Hango Tehsil Hangrang Distt Kinnaur raped her since 29.09.2011 to 02.10.2011 delusion of marriage and threatened her with dire consequences. Accused has not been arrested and case is being investigated by ASI Nirmal Singh I/O PS Bhunter.

Case FIR No 571/11 dated 08.12.11 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Niranjan Singh R/o Kalyanpur Tehsil Arki Distt Solan stated that on 05.12.11 he went to Manikaran by his son in law's Nano car No HP-33T-9263 and he stayed in Hotel Krit. On 07.12.11 the worker of above hotel Mr Ramesh Kumar took his car from hotel and met with an accident near Kasol. Case is being investigated by HC Jamaldin I/O PP Manikaran

CASE OF NARCOTICS

1. Case FIR No 570/11 dated 06.12.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of SI Megh Singh against Shankar S/o Hasta Bahadur Nepali at present VPO Kasol as he has recovered 305 gram Charas from his possession during patrolling at Kasol. Case is being investigated by SI Megh Singh I/C PP Manikaran.

2. Case FIR No 260/11 dated 06.12.11 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Meharu Devi W/o SH. Bhimi Ram R/o Sapangani PO Larjee Distt Kullu stated that on 06.12.11 at 8.15 AM when she along with her cousin sister Indira was coming for larjee in vehicle No HP01K-2587 and when they reached near Bihali the driver of above vehicle has lost his control over the vehicle and rolled down from the road. Case is being investigated by HC Narayan Chand I/O PP Sainj.

CASE OF NEGLIGENCE WITH RESPECT TO ANIMALS

3. Case FIR No 350/11 dated 06.12.11 U/S 429 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Bhagwan Dass S/O Sh. Swaroop Chand R/o Marhol PO Kandagai Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu stated that on 26.11.2011 the Dog of Gulaba Ram bite his goat and cut his got belly and the above goat died on 05.12.11. Case is being investigated by ASI Rajernder Pal I/O PS Anni.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No 102/11 dated 5.11.11u/s 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S Brow on the statement of Sh. Arvind Kumar S/o Inder Pratap Tripathi VPO Hanswer Tehsil Tanda District Ambedakar Nagar (UP ) A/P civil foreman Patel Company Bayal ,stated that on 5.12.11 at about 8.15 AM, he along with Promad Paswan Auto lation Bayal Project were on the way to their duty at Bayal, when they reached at Bayal chowk at once one Tata Specio No HP-01D-3385 came in negligent manner and Hit them. The accident occurred due to negligent driving by Driver Sanjeev Kumar S/o Brij Lal R/o Tikkipur Distt Kangra . Case is being investigated by ASI Tek Chand I/C PP Brow.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No 332/11 dated 5.12.11 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Roshan Lal S/o Sh. Pritam Singh village Shilah P.O Barshaini district Kullu,stated that he along with his brother in law namely Pritam were going towards Tosh in a Maruti Van No HP-01K-0494, when they reached at Hathithan, the driver of above M/Van has lost his control over the vehicle and rolled down from the road. His brother in law Pritam Singh got injured in this accident. The driver of above Maruti van fled away from the spot. The accident took place due to negligent driving of above Driver. Case is being investigated by ASI Naresh Kumar I/O P.S Bhunter.

CASE OF BURGLARY

3. Case FIR NO 348/11 dated 05-12-2011 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S Anni on the application CHT Gopal Dass GPS Kungash that the intervening night ,some unknown culprits has broken the lock of Mid day meal kitchen shed and stolen away two LPG gas cylinder. Case is being investigated by ASI Rajindra Pal I/O P.S Anni.

CASE OF BURGLARY

4. Case FIR NO 349/11 dated 6.12.11 u/s 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S Anni on the statement of Sh. Jeet Ram S/o Uday Chand R/o Halocha P.O kamand Anni stated that on dated 3.12.11 he along with his wife were in a marriage of his relative at Dharali Jan. When he came back on next day he found the roof of his house was broken. When he checked thoroughly he found his wife's gold ornaments, cash 10,000/- and rice bag etc were stolen .Case is being investigated by SHO P.S Anni. Accused has been arrested.
