CASE OF TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.  Case FIR No 5/11 dated 6.1.12 U/S 447, 427, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the application of Smt. Satya Devi W/o Sh. Gian Chand Kai PO Digerah Tehsil & Anni Distt Kullu alleged that on 14.11.2011 when she was working in her field in the mean time Mr. Lal Dass, his wife Bimlu Devi & his daughter in law entered her field and destroyed her crop and they abused & threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Anni.

2.  Case FIR No 4/11 dated 6.1.12 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Sunil Kumar Principal ITI Shamshi stated that on 4/5.1.2012 intervening night some unknown culprits have stolen away three Computers from the electronic lab. Case is being investigated by PSI Sunil Kumar I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No 02/12 dated 5.1.12 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 184, 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Pradeep Singh S/o Sh. Bhim Singh R/o Grahan Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that on 5.1.12 when he and his grandfather was going to his home and when they reached near Prabhat workshop left bank Ram Shila in the mean time a Motor Cycle No HP-34B-3761 came and hit his grandfather and ran away from the spot. Case is being investigated by LHC maya I/O traffic Kullu.

2.      Case FIR No 03/12 dated 5.1.12 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Veena Thakur D/o Mahender Tahkur R/o Khine PO bazaar Sub Tehsil Sainj Distt Kullu at present tenant Praveen Kumar R/o Bala Behar stated that her sister Miss Reema is employee of Reliance company at AB Kullu and on 05.1.12 when she came back to her quarter at about 7 PM she found her quarter main door lock was broken by some unknown person and when she opened the door and she found two pair of ear ring and Rs 16000-/ were stolen away. Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Kullu.

3.      Case FIR No 04/11 dated 06-01-2012 u/s 452,354,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Dazy (Fictitious name)   D/o Sh. Ses Ram R/o Dhar (Fanouti) PO Duhad Tehsil Anni stated that on 05-01-2012 at about 4.00 PM three persons namely Padami Ram, Dola Singh R/o Fanouti Tehsil Anni and Pratap Chand R/o Jhiyara Tehsil Nirmand entered in her house and  Padami Ram and Dola Singh forcibly compeled her to marry Partap Chand and at the same time Partap Chand had a  scuffle with her and tried to outrage her modesty. Case is being investigated by HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Anni.

1. Case FIR No 03/11 dated 05-01-2012 U/S 325, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Minu Ram S/o Sh Gangu Ram R/o Rakhai Dhar  PO  Jaon Tehsil and PS Anni stated  that on 03-01-12 at about 10 pm. pm his son in law Hari Ram came his home as a guest in intoxication condition and started using filthy language and gave beating to his father with stick, as a result of his father's right arm wrist got fractured. Case is being investigated by HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Anni.

1.     Case FIR No 2/12 dated 3.1.12 U/S 61-1-14 Ex Act has been registered in PS Bhunter on the rukka of ASI Roop Lal against Devender Kumar S/o Gawalu Ram at present Dhaba bus stand Bhunter as 6 bottle of country liquor has been recovered form his possession at bus stand Bhunter during patrolling. Case is being investigated by ASI Roop Lal I/O PS Bhunter.

CASE OF HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY

1. Case FIR No 01/12 dated 2.1.12 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the report of Sanjay Kumar R/o Khadel Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu alleged that on 2.1.12 at about 4.30 PM when he was going to his home in the mean time one Rakesh Kumar restrained his way and beaten him. Case is being investigated by HC Kartar Singh I/O PS brow.

2. Case FIR No 2/12 dated 03-01-11 U/S 341, 323, 355, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the complaint of Sita Devi w/o Noya Ram R/o Bassi Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kullu alleged that on 30-12-11 her husband Noya Ram has restrained her and beaten him and he has also cut her hair with scissor and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI Tek Chand I/O PS Brow.

CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY 

1.       Case FIR No 3/2012 dated 1/1/2012 U/S 420/467/468/471 has been registered in PS Banjar on the letter of SHO PS  Palampur against Tassi Phunchog S/o Prem Singh R/o village Parganoo PO Bhunter Distt. Kullu alleged that above said person   prepared fraud documents of vehicle   original registration no. HP-37 –B-3966 as HP-49-0723 from RLA Banjar with intention to sale the vehicle to other person by means of cheating and sold the vehicle by preparing forgery for purpose of cheating. The case is being investigated by ASI Prabhdayal  I/O PS Banjar.

CASE OF HURT, FIRE AND MISCHIEF

3. Case FIR No 01/12 dated 01-01-2012 U/S 323, 435, 427 has been registered on the statement of Sh. Harnam Singh S/o late Sh. Purbu Ram R/o Hatt PO Bajaura Tehsil & Distt. Kullu alleging that on dated 1-1-2012 at about 11am he was informed by telephonically by Sh. Pyare Lal that there was a fire in his garden and he rushed to his garden and found that at about 10.30 AM one Balak Ram @ Raju S/o Thele Ram R/o Shogi (Chalon) entered in his garden and beaten his watcher and after that he set fire to the dry grass of his garden , due to this fire 160 apple plants & 70 others plants of pears, and peaches got damaged. Total loss about 2 lac. The case is being investigated by HC Jitender Kumar I/O PS Bhunter.

4. Case FIR NO 01/12 dated 1.12.12 U/S 457, 380, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Dagu Ram S/o Bhadru Ram R/o Neuli Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that on 01.12.12 at about 8 PM when he checked the lock of kali Mata temple he found that the lock of above temple was broken by some one and when he opened the door he found that the icon (Mukhota) of Kali Mata has been stolen away. In the mean time he noticed that two persons was running out side of the temple and he caught both of them near Lugar Bhatti by the help of the villagers and local Police and they enclosed their name Surjeet S/o Husan Lal R/o Bari Khad PO Bunga Hoshiarpur Pb and Ravi S/o Dharam Pal R/o H.No 99 ward No 12 Gurdaspur. Case is being investigated by HC Jawala Singh I/O PS Kullu. The accused has been arrested and property recovered.

5. One person namely Mohit S/o Hari Singh Nepali has been arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.PC by ASI Orinder Singh I/O PS Manali.

CASE OF BURGLARY

1. Case FIR No 359/11 dated 31-12-2011 u/s 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S Anni   on the statement of Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O  Ramotali P.O.Bihani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi A/P  photographer& mobile seller R/o Lagouti Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu that  on intervening night some unknown culprits have stolen away the mobile , mobile charger , digital camera , cash Rs. 1000/- pent Jeans , 2 pair shoes , etc. Case is being investigated by SI /SHO P.S. Anni. The stolen property has been recovered and accused arrested.

CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH

2. Case FIR No 01/12 dated 01-01-2012 u/s 336,304 A IPC has been registered in P.S Anni on the statement of Parveen Kumar s/o Sh Ram Singh R/o Bagi P.O Pueg Tehsil and P.S Anni that after celebrating the 31st December He, Vinod Kumar and driver Shiv Ram were going to Showad in  the vehicle no HP 35A -1005 Bolero Pik-up . On the way near Barad Parveen Kumar and driver Shiv Ram stopped the vehicle and came out side of vehicle for urine. Vinod kumar was inside the vehicle. The Driver Shiv Ram did not park the vehicle properly and  he kept it  in start condition.  In a few time vehicle moved on  front side  and fell down about 250 Metre  and Vinod kumar died at the spot. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO Anil Kumar P.S Anni.

CASE OF ASSAULT ON PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR 02/2012 dated 1-1-2011 u/s 353,332,506 IPC has been registered in P.S Anni on the application of Shayam Dass S/o Moti Ram R/o Farouti P.S Anni A/P Secratory / selsman Kothi Krishi co-operative society   that on dated 31-12-2011, he was distributing the food products such as sugar, Oil, Pulses etc. At about 3.35 pm one Sh Hans Raj s/o Ram Singh was also   purchasing the articles and he went to his home. After some time above person came back and started scuffling with Shayam Dass. He punched on his stomach and face and also threatened him. Case is being investigated by HC Tain Singh I/O P.S Anni (.) CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No 1/2012 dated 1/1/2012 u/s 341/323/506 IPC has been registered IN P.S Banjar on the report of Hukam Singh s/o Jaisi Ram Vill. Sukari  A/P Supervisor HPPWD section Sainj (division Banjar) alleged that on 29/12/2011 he was going to home along with Narain Chand , Bhumi singh ,Dharam chand and Anoop chand after performing duty. When they reached near the shop of Dorje at 5.10 p.m. at that time Bihari Lal s/o Tej Ram vill. Kartah came there and obstructed his way and said that he has broken the L. T line. When he refused to do so, on this Bihari Lal beaten him & threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by I/C PP  Sainj.

5. Case FIR no. 2/2012 dated 1/1/2012 u/s 279/337/304-A IPC  has been registered  in P.S Banjar on the statement of Rakesh Kumar s/o Dina nath VPO. Bathad tehsil Banjar distt. Kullu alleged that on 1/1/2012 at about  12.15 a.m   one vehicle  Alto car no. HP-49-A -0717 came rashly and fell down   in  Phalachan  nallah.   In this accident   8 persons died on the spot and one injured .The name of deceased is as under 1. Hira lal s/o lagan chand  vill. Gharal tehsil Banjar distt. Kullu age  19 years  4. Dile ram  s/o keshav ram vill. Nayani  p.o. gushaini      tehsil Banjar distt. Kullu age  26 years  5. Teja singh  s/o noye ram  vill. Manajhali     tehsil Banjar distt. Kullu  age 19 years  6. Khem  chand s/o  Tej ram   vill. Manajhali     tehsil Banjar distt. Kullu  age 19 years  7.   Beli ram s/o  tule vill. Manajhali     tehsil Banjar distt. Kullu  age 19 years  8. Tonu  s/o Bhag singh     vill. Manajhali     tehsil Banjar distt. Kullu  age 21 years  . The name of injured person is dola ram s/o  govind ram vill. Ghalingcha  p.o. Bathad tehsil Banjar distt. Kullu age 19 years. The case is being investigated  by  H.C  Ramesh chand No. 19  I/O P.S Banjar. The deceased after post mortem examination has been handed over to relatives.

6. Case FIR No 245/11 dated 31-12-2011 u/s 457/380 IPC has been registered is P.S.  Bhunter on the complaint of Miss Heena D/O Sh.  Govind R/O Kalehali P.O. Bajaura Tehsil & Distt. Kullu alleged that in the intervening night of 30-12-2011 some unknown culprits entered in her house and stolen away her laptop Dell company cost about 30,000 RS.  The investigation of case is being investigated by Asi Gangbir Singh I/O P.S. Bhunter. The stolen property has been recovered.
