CASE OF HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY

1.     Case FIR No. 483/11 dated 02.09.11 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the complaint of Sh. Hardyal S/o Sh. Guiya Ram R/o Chong PO Jari district Kullu alleged that on 02.09.11 at about 9.30 pm when he was going to his room for sleep, in the meantime his father, mother and brother obstructed his way and gave beaten to him. They also used filthy language for him or his wife. Case is being investigated by ASI Dhiraj Kumar I/C PP Jari.

CASE OF BURGLARY

2.     Case FIR No. 484/11 dated 02.09.11 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the complaint of Naresh Kumar A/p waiter of Municipal Committee canteen Kullu stated that he is a tenant of Babla AB Kullu and Sher Singh along with three other persons are also tenant of  said house. On 02.09.11 at about 3. Pm one person namely Abhinash Kumar @ Abhi R/o AB Kullu age about 19 years has stolen away six mobile and currency note Rs. 8,ooo/- from all rooms. Accused  has been arrested .  Case is being investigated by HC Nater Singh I/O PP AB Kullu.

CASE OF ARREST UNDER HP POLICE ACT

3.     On 02.09.11 three  person namely :-

Dharam Pal S/o Sh. Ganga Ram Bodh R/o Bhunter district Kullu,

Suresh Kumar S/o Ravi Kumar VPO Pokhara Anchal Rabti Nepal age about 36 years.

Santosh Kumar Yadav S/o Sh. Baleshwar Dass R/o village Vavenager Tehsil Banipur Distt. Dharbhanga Bihar age about 21 years. Have been arrested under section 114,115 Police Act in PS Kullu, as they found in drunken condition at Sarwari Bazar Kullu .

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST OF STRANGERS

4.     On 02.09.11 one person namely Krishna S/o Sh. Kavi raj R/o village Agra PO Sikarkot distt. Makanpur Nepal has been arrested under section 41(2) 109 Crpc in PS Manali, as he was found in suspicious condition.  

CRIME REPORT 2nd SEP

1.                 Case FIR No. 342/11 dated 01/09/11 U/s 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the report of Tara Chand S/o Sh. Roop Lal  R/O Pangna Teh. & P.S. Karsog Distt. Mandi stated that on 01/09/11 he was on his way from Bajoura to Manali by Truck No HP 33C -1333. When he reached at 15 mile, one vehicle HP 66-2691 Tata 407 was coming from Manali side to Kullu in rash and negligent manner & collided with his above truck. The persons sitting in the Tata 407 sustained injuries. This incident took place due to rash and negligent driving of the driver of above Tata 407 .Case is being investigated by HC Vivek Kumar I/O P.P. Patlikuhal.

2. Case FIR No. 234 dated 2-9-11 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered on the statement of Smt. Maya Devi W/o Dhiyan Singh R/o Kotla PS & Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu stated that today on 2.9.11 she was going to Narega work at about 8 am one Pawan S/o Uttam R/O Kotla obstructed her way and pushed her on the way & also abused her. Case is being investigated by HC Krishan Lal I.O PS Banjar Regards SHO PS Banjar

3. Case FIR No 198/11 dated 2.9.11 u/s 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S Bhunter on the statement of Smt. Ved Banti r/o Rohad P.O Bajahara distt kullu that today she was going with her cows,at about 3 PM one Puran chand s/o Phaglu Ram r/o Patal obstructed her way and slapped. He threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by I/O P.S Bhunter.

CASE OF HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY

1.                 Case FIR No. 236/11 dated 31/08/11 U/s 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the report of Dhain Singh S/o Sh. Amer Chand R/o Gharoli PO Nither District Kullu stated that on 31/08/11 at about 10.30.am he went to Nither by his vehicle No. HP-35-0652. On the way Dimpu & Anil Kumar obstructed his way and beaten him up. Case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Singh I/O PS Nirmand.

CASE OF THEFT OF TRUCK

2.                 Case FIR No. 482/11 dated 31/08/11 U/s 379 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the complaint of Shiv Ram S/o Sh. Shaddi Lal R/o H. No. 55 Ward No. 3 Akhara Bazar Kullu stated that he has a truck bearing No. HP-34A-2071. On 29/08/11 he loaded apple in above truck and sent to Delhi through driver Puran Chand S/o Sh. Pinku Ram R/o Magrehard Tehsil Joginder Nagar District Mandi. On 30/08/11 one unknown person informed him telephonically that the driver Puran Chand shifted the loaded truck at  Kiratpur. He called the driver but driver did not attend his call. The  cost of truck is worth Rs. 2,50,000/-, advance Rs. 30,000/- and fare Rs. 22000/-. Total value of stolen property is worth Rs. 3,20,000/- Case is being investigated by SI Het Ram I/C PP City Kullu.

CASE OF THEFT

1 Case FIR No.322/11 Dt.30.8.11 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in
P.S Anni on the application of Sh. Kartar Singh s/o Late Sh. Dudhi Ram
R/o village Tandi Tehsil and P.S Anni district Kullu a/p forest B.O
Chowai that on intervening night some unknown culprits have stolen the
both tyre of left sided of impounded vehicle No HP-35-0936 from the
compound of Forest range at Chowai. Investigation is being carried out
by H.C Chaman Lal I/O P.S Anni.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No 235/11 dated 30.8.2011 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S Nirmand on the statement of Sh. Ses Ram VPO Arsu
Tehsil Nirmand that on dated 30.8.2011 he went to village Aweri to
attend the retirement party of Sh. Balak Ram. After party he along with
Lajju Ram, Coary Ram, Paras Ram, Roshan Lal and Tinder Singh were
coming to their home in a vehicle no HP-35B-0259 Bolero Camper. When
they reached Nirmand bus stand the above vehicle met with an accident
due to rash & negligent driving of driver Daulat Ram r/o Bagipul. All
above sitting persons got injured in this accident. Case is being
investigated by HC Lal chand I/O P.S Nirmand.

CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH

3. Case FIR no 481/11 dated 30.8.2011 u/s 304A IPC has been registered
in P.S Kullu on the statement of Sh. Dharam Chand s/o Roshan Lal vill
Chuku P.O Ponta Tehsil Sarkaghat distt Mandi A/.P Driver Auto No
HP-05-1538 stated that on dt 30.8.11 when he along with Sarita and her
daughter Aanchal were going to home Devdhar ,at about 8.15 AM when he
they reached at Neuli Nala at the same time a car no HP-34A-1299 was
coming towards devdhar . Suddenly her daughter aanchal fell down on
the road from Auto due to negligence of Sarita and in the mean time
the above car hit her daughter & she was declared dead by MO. Case is
being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/O P.S Kullu.

1. Case FIR No. 480/11 DATED 29/08/11 u/s 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Khushal Chand S/o Sh. Surat Ram R/o Phalan district Kullu stated that on 29/08/11 n at about 6.30.pm he was going to home from school when he reached near Lihini in the mean time Devi ram R/o Phalan obstructed his way and gave beaten to him . Case is being investigated by HC Gian chand I/o PS Kullu.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 341/11 dated 30/08/11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Amar Chand R/o Badah PO Mohal District Kullu stated that on 30/08/11 he was coming from Kullu to Manali in HRTC bus No. HP-65-1765 it rout from Delhi to Manali. When the bus reached near Ranghri, in the mean time the door of bus suddenly open and Dharam Chand Sh. Sampuran VPO Purthi Tehsil & PS Kilar District Chamba fell down from the bus , as a result of he sustained injuries and brought to Z.H. Kullu. Where he was found dead. Case is being investigated by HC Manohar lal I/O PS Manali.

CASE  OF ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 197/11 dated 28/08/11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Yousf Ali S/o Sh. Dhani Ram VPO Bajaura stated that on 28/08/11 at abour 2.30 pm he was standing near PNB bank Bajaura, in the mean time one car bearing No. HP-34A-5579 came rashly from Bajaura side and hit with a scooter No. HP-34A-3449, as a result of scooter rider sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Uttam chand I/O TTR Bhunter.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 479/11 dated 28/08/11 U/S 279,337 IPC & 181,187 MV Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Babu Sharma S/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Ramabai PO Bekheli district Kullu stated that on 28/08/11 he was coming from Beasamor to Sarwari in scooter No. HP34-2985 when he reached near Bharti office Sarwari, in the mean time one Innova bearing No. HP01K-2711 rashly came from Dhalpur side and hit to him, as a result he sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by I/C TTR Kullu.

CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH

3. Today on 29/08/11 at about 3.50 pm one telephonic information received in PS Manali that one person fell down near Manalsu nala. On this information ASI Rajiv Kumar along with Police staff rushed to the spot. On enquiry it is found that one Nitten S/o Sh. Dayan and R/o H.No. 554 ward No. 12 Luxmi Bihar colony Barbala District Hisaar (Haryana) age about 20 years along with other persons were coming Manali as a tourist. Today they were taking photographs of Manalsu Nalla & during photography, suddenly Nitin slipped from the stone and fell down in Manalsu Nala and died on the spot. His dead body was brought to hospital for postmortem.

FOREIGNER SERVED LEAVE INDIA NOTICE

4. Mr. Roderick John Andrew Mackenzie an Australian National holder of passport No E4021419 valid up to 21.9.2019 bearing Business Visa No AG887490 valid up to 14.10.2014, who was registered with this office in year 2010 on Business visa. During registration he stated that he has his Ski Business namely Himachal Helicopter Skiing Pty. Ltd company Australia in Prini (A/P Himalayan Heli Skiing Pt.comp.) Manali but he failed to prove his position in this company and submission of required papers related to his business. As per managing director Himalayan Heli Ski Adventure Pvt. Ltd. above foreigner is working as a consultant on honorary basis, though he has business visa. On verification he has been found violating the visa rules. Due to this, today on 29.8.11 “Leave India” notice issued to above Mr. Roderick Mackenzie from SP-cum-FRO Kullu within 14 days on receipt of this notice/order, failing which he shall be liable for action under foreigners Act 1946. Thus, "Leave India Notice" was given because he was working as a consultant and not doing business.

CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH


1.      Case  FIR No.478/11 Dt.27/08/11 U/S 279,304 A IPC 184 MV ACT
has been registered in P.S Kullu  on the rukka of SI Biri Singh
Incharge Traffick wing Kullu that on 27/08/11 at about 1-15 PM one
Tractor no HP 34-2303 met with an accident at Jindour Link road and
the Driver Kamal Bohra S/o Man Bahadur village Rana thana Tulsipur
Nepal age 19 yrs and another Bamu Dev Paundel both died at the spot.
The accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of driver
Kamal Bohra. Case is being investigated by SI Biri Singh
Incharge Traffic wing Kullu.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING FOR MARRIAGE


2.       Case FIR NO 86/2011 Dt. 27-8-2011 U/S 363,366 IPC has been
registered in PS Brow on the statement of Sh. Chet Ram S/o Sh. Dassu
Ram R/o Poshna Tehsil Nirmand District Kullu alleging that on
8.8.11 one Sh Narender Kumar S/o Lachhi Ram R/o Attal Tehsil & Police
Station Ganour Distt Panipat (HR) has kidnapped his daughter namely
Anita (fictitious name) with intention to marry her. Case is being
investigated by SHO PS Brow.


WRITTEN EXAMINATION FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF CONSTABLES 


3.   Recruitment examination for the posts of constables in police department
was conducted at Government College Kullu. Out of a total of 634 called 
from district Kullu 606 candidates appeared for the exam. 2 candidates of
Dist. L & S also appeared at Kullu. The exam lasted from 11 am to 12 am.
