Case FIR no 53/2011 dated 15-6-2011 u/s 451,323,504,34 ipc has been registered on the statement of tajiswi sharma s/o murat ram vill and po nirmand distt kullu he stated that today at about 6.30 am sataya devi came his courtyard and abuse him in between his wife madhu bala came there and ask her for abusing then rameshwar and devashwar came there and beatten him and his wife with stone [.] the case is being investigated by asi lok chand [.]

CASE OF CHEATING
12. Case FIR No. 148/11 Dated 15-6-11 U/s 420 IPC has been registered in this P.S. On the statement of sh. Devender pal S/O GurdiyalSingh R/o Jabahar PO, Tehsil Banjar Distt Kullu. He alleged that in month of march 2010 he saw a advetisment regarding giving loan in the classified page of Amar Ujala he took phone No. from the new paper and contacted on the mentioned phone number about loan.Person who attend the phone said to complainant to deposit essential documents i.e. ID, Rational Card copy, Bank Account no. and Photographs and a sum of Rs. 900/-for registration. After that they demands 2% amount for security purpose about Rs. 49900/- complainant deposited same amount in their account no. 9653001500025265 after that accused demanded 50000/-and complainant also desposited the same money in their accourt. On Dated 7-5-10 accused demanded Rs. 63000/- from the complainant and he also deposited the same ammount in the account of accused. After that accused party said that with in 4/5 days 50,00,000 loan will be sanctioned and will be deposited in complainant's account.after waiting 4/5 he contacted but phone number of accused person found switched off By this way accused person has cheated complainant for total Rs. 163000/-. Case is being investgated by ASI Balak Ram I/O P.S. Kullu.

To The Police Station SHO Bhuntar ,Subject- Complaint against noise pollution in neighborer hut in the night 13/14-06-2011.Sir, I am an Austrian National Name BRUNO BITSCHNAU Resident of Kalehali Near upper side LMS School Mob. 9816619026. On dated 13/14-6.2011 at about 11.50 PM 7-8 unknown persons wandering outside of my residential house near LMS school at Kalehali . They were creating noise in the neighborer area .l woke up because the noise and go to upper balcony and to stop them to creating noise then aggressively they came near out side the gate and then they start aggressively provoke me. They said this is India and India is different we can make noise. Then I went to the gate and tried to solve the problem and asked them to stop the noise. They asked me where from you are and person called me by name. Then after that I want to call the police because they aggressively start behaving and enter in the courtyard and attack me with boxing , kicking . I quickly step back and I show them I am not aggressively behavior . Then they did not stop and called me to bring down and then they came in the courtyard and came after me . I closed the door of my house and then there was one Gui he say stop it is enough. He is my neighborer they did not stop and start throwing stones towards my house . They opened my door and rocks were inside the house. I escaped in the upper floor and out of the branda out side . I switched off the light and escaped from them . I hear they were throwing rocks towards my house . But they could not find me because i was already hiding. In this stage i did not know they were out side the house or inside the house. I just hear the noise of shuttering glass and smashing rock stones . After some time i returned back to my house and get my car key and took of with the car towards the main street because i want to go to the police station then to the any hotel. On the way from my house the police already arrived which i called before . The police were very quick on the spot .The police came with me to my house and after that i feel safe at my house because the police was there and the situation was under control . The attackers were left already from the spot. I got the damage of my house worth Rs. 3000/- Therefore , your good self is requested to take action against the culprits please. Your BRUNO BITSCHNAU . CASE OF EXTORTION
17.Case FIR No. 147/11dt. 14-6-11U/S 384,120B IPC has been registered on the application of Sh. Ram Singhi S/oChain Singh R/OBurua Teh . Manali Distt. Kullu and others that they are running dhabas ,tea stalls on Rohtang road. some people from village Palchan are forcing them to deliver money by putting them in fear of beating. On 12-6-11 one Bhagat Ram ,panchayat secy. Palchan, Roshan Lal RIO Palchan and two/three other persons has taken Rs. 1000/- per head from them by putting them fear of beating .Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Pal Singh.
