CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH

1. Case FIR No 360/11 dated 17.10.2011 U/S 279, 304 (A) IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Rigzin Gurmed S/o Tenzin R/o Shim Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that on 16.10.21011 at about 7.30 PM when he along with  friend Dinesh Kumar was waiting for bus at Dawara bus stand, in the meantime one Motor came rashly and hit his friend Dinesh Kumar, as a result of his friend got  grievous injuries. He along with other people brought him to R.H Kullu where MO RH Kullu declared him dead. Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Patlikuhal.

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE

2. On 17.10.2011 one person namely Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Hem Raj  R/o VPO Karsai PS Badsar Distt Hamirpur  has been arrested in previous Case FIR No 78/11 dated 25.04.2011 U/S 457, 380 IPC PS Kullu.

CHALLANS UNDER MV ACT & Smoking Act.

3. Seven Challan and fine Rs 1400/- under MV Act has been done by SHO P.S Kullu on 17.10.2011. Three Challan & fined Rs 150/- under Smoking Act has been done by SHO PS Kullu on 17.10.2011 .

4.
