Case FIR No 11/11 dated 30.01.11 U/S 451, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Ani on the statement of Surender Gupta S/o Sh Bal Kishan R/o Village Sarali Tehsil Ani Distt Kullu stated that on dated 30.01.11at about 04.00 PM one person namely Chet Ram came to his shop and scuffle with him and threatened him.
2. Case FIR No 19/11 dated 30.01.11 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Shamsher Singh S/o Lt. Sh Fateh Chand R/o Village Baragran Tehsil Manali Distt Kullu stated that on dated 29/30.01.11 intervening night some unknown person stolen away ornaments of silver weighing 210 gram and cash from donation box from the temple of mata Singhasani.
3.Case FIR No 13/11 dated 30.01.11 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS banjar on the application of Roop Singh S/o Sh Shairu ram R/o Village Shui Tehsil Banjar Distt Kullu stated that on dated 29.01.11 intervening night some unknown person stolen away silver and gold ornamentsand caash Rs 700/-. Total value of stolen is Rs 85000/-
4. Today i.e. 31-1-11 a telephonically information given by M.O. R.H. Kullu that a person namely Kehar singh S/O Sh. Late Sh. Hot Ram R/O Palalang P.O. Bhutti P.S. & Distt Kullu age 55years has brought to R.H. For treatment and after medical checkup found dead. On this information ASI Kesar Singh I/O P.S. Kullu verified the fact and found that above person serving as a Asstt. Lineman Electricity Board Gandhi Nagar. Last night about 11-30 PM when he was coming back from his duty in drunken condition he fell down near Post Office Dhalpur Kullu and his clothes were sustained with mud and a person Suresh Kumar helped him to reach in his home. On dated 31-1-11 about 6 AM when his condition gone worse then his wife Shakuntla Devi gave him a spoon of water after that he was unconscious. His wife and relative brought him to RH Kullu and M.O. R.H. Declared him brought dead. PMR was carried out by MO RH Kullu. No doubt about his dead was found. After PMR dead body was handed over to this brother Bhup Singh.

2. Case FIR No. 18 dated 29-1-11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act registered in P.S. Manali on the rukka of ASI Gangbir Singh against Gorkha Singh S/o Swaru Ram R/o Malana as recovered 250 gram Charas from his possession during patrolling at four bridge Malana.
3. Case FIR NO. 7/11 dated 29-1-11 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the rukka of ASI Jagat Singh against Bhima Devi W/o Puran LaL R/o Brow that she has obstructed the way by installing Rehri at Brow Bazar.
4. Case FIR No. 8/11 dated 29-1-11 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Inder Dev R/o Fagla P.S. Bhunter stated that on dt. 29-1-11 when he was grazing sheep in Fagla nala at about 2:30 PM one gypsy No. HP-34-1191 came from Fagla Nala towards Sainj and rolled down from the road about 150 mtr. Case FIR No 06/11 dated 29.01.11 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the statement of Tikam Ram S/o Sh Het Ram R/o Village Bakhan Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu stated that on dated 28.01.11at about 11.00 PM while he was way back to his home Sh. Shamsher Singh and Sanju had restrained his way and beaten him.

Case FIR No 21/11 dated 28.01.11 U/S 341, 323, 324, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Balbir Singh S/o Sh Keshav Ram R/o Village Pig Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that on dated 28.01.11at about 04.00 PM while he was way back to his home along with his friend Harish Kumar went to village Kamand to saw local fair Sh. Sonu and his friend restrained his way and beaten him.

Kullu that Rajkrsihan Mahant R/O Gandhi Nagar Kullu who has admitted in RH Kullu on 28-1-11 due to fell down from stair at home has been expired . On this information PSI Mukesh Kumar I/O PS Kullu u/s 174CrPC has been conducted inquest of deceased Rajkrishan u/s 174CrPC and after PMR dead body handed over to his relative.

2. Today at Lankavekar One Nepaly Namely Jagdish R/O unknown age about 40 was found hung in his rented room. During inquest nothing suspicious has been found on the spot. Post mortem of the deceased is being conducted at RH Kullu.

Const Nitish Kumar PP Manikaran against DVR Bavinder Kumar r/o Manikaran that on 25.1.2011 at about 1 PM when he and const Vijay Kumar were waiting for bus to come back to Manikaran from Barshaini after patrolling , at the same time one Alto car No HP-58-2095 came from Barshaini and the above driver was driving the Alto Car, they took lift when driver asked them and at 2.20 PM when they reached at Brahamganga due to his rash & Negligent driving the above veh fell down from road side and got injured

Sadar Kullu on the rukka of SI Krishan Chand I/C PP Manikaran against Smt Hero Devi and Dassi Devi R/o Malana and recovered 1.400 Kg Charas from their possession during patrolling at Hurludhar and both ladies have been arrested in above case
2. One person namely Joginder Singh S/O Himat Ram R/O Bakhniow PO Gaad Teh Anni dsitt kullu has been arrested on 24-1-11 u/s 114,115(2) Police Act and produced before Addl. S.P. Kullu and fined Rs. 500.
3. Case fir no 11/11 dt 24-1-11 u/s 279,337 IPC & 187 MV act has been registered on the statement of sh Ishwer vashist vill Dhanoyali P.O. Palach Teh Banjar distt kullu stated that today at 3-30 pm when he was going on foot to palach along with his friend Surender sharma then a max pick up jeep came from palach to Banjar . The driver of max pick lost control on the vehicle and vehicle fell down from the road about 150/200 feet . In which one person yog raj @ dev got injuries who was also in said vehicle but driver ran away from the spot the case is being investigated by ASI Yashwant singh I/O PS Banjar.

Bhunter age 24 Yrs stated that she had marry to Mohar Singh in the Year 2005. After some months of marriage her husband, Father in Law Mani Ram, Mother in Law Puni Devi and brother in law Heera Lal started to harass her and demanding for dowry .On 24-1-2011 they again started to harass her and demanding for dowry. 1. Case FIR No 16/11 dated 23.1.11 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B) IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Kanchan W/o Sh. Gayatyri Dass R/O V&PO Neoli stated that Sh. Dharam Dass and six other persons made an agreement with her husband who is mentally upset for sale of land for forgery. They have purchased four Bigha land and cost of this land has 5 lacs but they have not paid any money to her husband Gayatri Dass. Case is being investigated by SI Om Chand I/O PS Kullu.
2. Case FIR No 06/11 dated 24.01.2011 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been in PS Bhunter on the report of Bajinder Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Amar Nath Sharma R/o Bhutti Colony stated that on dated 23.01.11 when he along with his wife return from Hyderabad at 6.00 PM he found that the locks of 2nd storey of his house were broken by some unknown person and stolen away 70/80 silver coin, silver ring, three pair of Payal, four no of silver clips, one no of silver chain, one no of golden chain, one no of golden ring, one pair of tops. 3. Case FIR No 16/11 dated 24.1.11 U/S 332, 324 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the report of Surat Ram S/o Sh. Jhabe Ram R/O Village Bhatkarad PO Shirad stated that on dated 23.01.11 at about 09.30 Pm when he and govind were consuming alcohol in the house of the Mohar Singh in the mean time Govind Singh attacked with bottle on his head and sustained sharp injury. Case is being investigated by ASI Jai Lal I/C PP Patlikuhal.
4. On dated 24.01.11 at about 06.15 AM Sh. Netar Singh Adda Incharge bus stand Banjar informed telephonically to PS Banjar that Tek Chand S/o Man Chand VPO trambli distt Kullu at present Chowkidar Bus Stand Banjar is lying dead in booking office Banjar. Proceedings U/S 174 CrPC has been carried out by SHO PS Banjar and as per post mortem report deceased died due to heart attack.

Case FIR No 14/11 dated 22.01.11 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S Kullu on the statement of Ramesh Kumar s/o Surat Ram R/o VPO Mohal tehsil & Distt Kullu that on 22.01.11at about 6.15 PM one person namely mohinder kumar hit by an Alto car bearing PB No at Mohal near Shani Temple. The above mohinder kumar has brought by complainant Ramesh Kumar to RH Kullu for treatment.


2. Case FIR No 10/11 dated 23.1.11 u/s 504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S Banjar on the statement of Smt Bhakti Devi s/o Sher Singh ward no-II Banjar that on 22.1.2011 one person namely Teja telephonically threatened her with dire consequence and used abusive/filthy language against her.

Case FIR NO 15/11 dated 23.1.2011 u/s 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S Kullu on the Application of smt Reshma Modgil w/o Ajay Sharma Kartik Niwas near girls GSSS Sultanpur Distt Kullu that at about 7AM when she went to their own Durga Mata Temple for worship, she saw the main gate & lock of was broken ,inside's shutter was also opened. When she checked inside the temple she found that some unknown culprits have been stolen the gold & silver ornaments approx value of 22000/- from their temple in the intervening night. 1. Case FIR No 14/11 dated 21.1.11 U/S 447, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Mr. Labhe Ram S/o Sh. Dabe ram R/O Aleo PS Manali stated that on dated 21.01.11 at about 4 PM when he was cutting wood at his home in the mean time four person of apple resort came to his land to connect the water pipe and he told them the water is leaking since long time and it is causing damage to their land. 2. Case Fir No 13/11 dated 21.01.11 U/S 279, 337 & 304(A) IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Gopal Chand S/o Sh. Shiv Nath R/o Chansari PO Bari Distt Kullu stated that on dated 21.01.11 when he was going to his home by bus when he reached near Mahuchad the bus driver Mr. Ghanshayam lost the control and bus fell down in road side and on person died at referral Hospital Kullu. 3. Case FIR No 15/11 dated 21.1.11 U/S 147, 148, 452, 506, 323, 379 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Sh.Varun pandit S/o Sh. Devender Sharma owner of hotel apple resort Manali stated that on dated 21.01.11 at about 4 PM some persons broken his water pipeline and Jhabe Ram R/o Aleo along with five/six persons abused him and stolen away Rs 28,000/- and one no of apple I phone from counter of his hotel. Crime dated 21-01-2011 up to 4PM

1.Today a telephonic information received in this P.S. That a fire broke out at jwani ropa in the shop of Mr. Pawan
Kumar . On this information PSI Anil Kumar along with staff rushed to the spot . With the help of Fire brigade and local people controlled the fire. On the inquiry it is found that fire broke out into the shop of Pawan Kumar s/o Roop Lal Shopkeeper at Jwani Ropa due to electric short circuit although inquiry in this regard is being carried out. Due to this
fire incident loss of property is about 2 lacs and no loss of life happened. There was no any doubt about this fire
incident shown by the complainant . Due to this fire incident cracks has been occurred in the house of Gautam Bhandari.

Faraaz Akhtar JTO Banlar alleged that a 50 pair cable of length approximate 1700 meters  is missing from Sharai to Targali has been stolen by unknown persons (.) 1. Case FIR No 05/11 dated 19.1.11 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the report of Smt. Nirmala devi W/o Sh. Tara Mani Sharma R/O Trehan PS Bhunter stated that on dated 19.01.11 at about 4.30 PM when she was came from her field with grass in the mean time Smt. Case Fir No 12/11 dated 19.01.11 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Nirmal kumar S/o Sh Piyare Ram R/o Talyogi PO Bari Distt Kullu on dated 19.01.11 at about 2.15 PM when he was near his shop at Ram Sheela one scooter No Pb-10-Al-7161 came rashly which was driven by one Mr. Vijay Kumar hit him and got injury.

Satangidhar PS Nirmand stated that on dated 16.01.11 at about 8.30 PM when he was coming back to his home from Nirmand two person namely Deepak & Ashwini obstructed his way and beaten him.

Case Fir No.  3/11 dated 15/1/2010 under section 341,323,34 IPC has been regd in PS  Brow  on statement  of Sh Som Pal R/O Domder  PS Brow Distt Kullu   stated that  on dt 15/1/11 at about 10.20 PM three person namely Raju, Ramesh and Durgesh obstructed his way and beaten him . Case FIR No.  5/11 dated 16/1/2010 under section 279,337,304A IPC has been regd in PS Nirmand on the statement of Sh  Jatender  R/O Khuther PS Nirmand  stated that  on 16/1/11 at about 1 AM when he along with Shashi and Yog Raj was coming in M/Car No. HP06-0385 from Luhari to Kuther at Nither car rolled down from the road and one person namely Shahi died on the spot. Case FIR NO 07/11 dated 14.01.11 U/S 20, 29 of NDPS act has been registered in PS Banjar on the Rukka of ASI Ram Lal during patrolling at Salah near Bodali Mata Temple sainj road at about 7.00 PM he has recovered 4 Kg charas from the possession of Karamvir Singh S/o Sh.Mange Ram R/o VPO Majra Dubaldhan Tehsil & PS Beri Distt Jhajar (HR) a/w Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Ved Prakash R/o VPO Majra Dubaldhan Tehsil & PS Beri Distt Jhajar (HR) , Sat Pal S/o Sh. Jagbir R/o VPO Majra Dubaldhan Tehsil & PS Beri Distt Jhajar (HR) and Narender Kumar S/o Sh. OM Prakash R/o Godhali Tehsil & PS Beri Distt Jhajar (HR). Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Lal PS Banjar.

Case FIR No 09/11 dated 14.01.11 U/S 20 of NDPS act has been registered in PS Ani on the ruka of ASI Gian Chand I/C PP Luhri stated that at about 5.00 PM when he was on patrolling duty at Kot Nala he has recovered 200 gram Charas from the Possession of Vinod Kumar S/o Sh.Amar Nath R/o Burayan PS Pilokhera Distt Jind (HR) and Ramesh Kumar S/o Sh. Rattan Singh R/o Burayan PS Pilokhera Distt Jind (HR ). Case is being investigated by ASI Gian Chand PP Luhari.
3. Case FIR No 08/11 dated 14.01.11 U/S 452, 366, 323, 506, 511, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Ani on the statement of Miss. Indira Devi D/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/o Village Kafti PO Jaon PS Ani that on dated 13.01.11at about 9.00 PM when she was in her house three person namely Susheel Kuamr, two unknown person entered in her room and Sushil Kumar caught her arms and compel her to marry him. Case is being investigated by Sh. Gurbachan Singh SHO PS Ani.
4. Case FIR No 03/11 dated 15.01.11 U/S 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC PS Nirmand has been registered on the complaint of Smt. Jindi Devi W/o Sh. Dhian Chand R/o Village Shah P.O. Durah PS Nirmand stated that on 14.01.11 at about 7.00 PM when she was at home one Mr. Jawala dass S/o Budh ram R/o Village Shah P.O. Durah PS Nirmand entered in her house and abused her and beaten her and she sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by Head Constable Lal Chand PS Nirmand.

1 Case FIR No 10/11 dated 13.1.2011 u/s 420 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Sh Roop Lal S/o Sh. Luharu Ram R/O Byasar Tehsil,PS & Distt Kullu that on 4/12/10 he received a call at about 8.45PM from Mobile No 0092346771843 who told him telephonically that he won the lottery of Rs 15 Lakh & also told him to deposit the sum of Rs 7700/- & Rs35600/- in the Ac.No. 33786106491 & 30719560191 on 4/12/10.he deposited total Rs43300 same day, but did not receive cash of Rs15 Lakhs of lottery till date. Above parson cheated him & investigation is going on.

2. Case FIR No11/11 dated 13.1.2011 u/s 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Smt. Indira Devi W/o Sh. Nanak Chand R/o Syal PO Manali that at about 13.01.11 8PM she was coming to home when she reached Kashmiri Shop near temple,3-4 persons restrained her husband & started beating him ,& also threw a Tasla of burned coal on him, her husband.

1 Case FIR No 7/11 dated 11.1.2011 u/s 504,506 IPC has been registered in Ps Anni on the statement of Sh Abhimanu Thakur S/o Sh. Jeevan Thakur village Ketowa PO Kamand Tehsil and Ps Anni that one person namely Dharam Pal S/O Sh. Dhani Ram village Jamed PO Kamand called him from his Mobile No. 98821- 40940 on dated 7-1-11 at about 8 pm and used filthy language and intimidated.

1. A Case F.I.R. No. 9/11 Dt. 10-1-11 U/S 20,29 ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Kullu against two persons namely Jeet Ram S/O Lot Ram R/O Thati Dhar P.O. Hurla Distt. Kullu and his Second wife Smt. Bhima Kali during Naka at Sarsadi at about 8.25 PM, when both were coming from Sarsadi side on their motor cycle No. HP34B-2448.The Police party stopped them and during checking 2.200 Kgs Charas has been recovered from the possession of above Jeet Ram and the same time his wife ran away from the spot.


2. Two cases U/S 283 IPC has been registered on 10-1-11 in P.S. Manali against two persons namely Mazoor Hussan S/O Abdul Latif R/O Jatehar Bihali P.O. Katrain and Bhim Chand S/O Uttam Chand VPO Katrain Distt. Kullu, when they were obstruction the public path and NH-21 with their rehari and Fari at Patlikuhal.

1 Case FIR No 6/11 dated 9.11.2011 u/s 452,354 IPC has been registered on the statement of Smt. Chandra Devi W/o Sh. Moti Ram village Shatyogi Plach Tehsil Banjar that, when she was alone in her room in the mean time one Shri. Sansari Lal entered her room in intoxication and tried to outraged her modesty and also beaten her.

2. Case FIR No 7/11 & 8/11 Dated 9.11.2011 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Manali against two person namely Sh. Manjeet Singh S/o Sh. Balwan Singh R/o VPO Samba J&K at present C/o Vandna Devi R/o Patlikuhal & Sh. Bhajan Lal S/o Sh. Gauri Shankar R/o VPO Patlikuhal when they were obstructing the NH-21 at Patli Kuhal Bazar by selling cigarette groundnut & Spices etc on their rehris.

Case FIR no 6 dt 8 jan u s 341,504,506,34 IPC rgd in PS Anni on the statement of Surender singh r o Nagot stated that three persons namely Narayan dass s/o Bhagwan Dass r o Jamed obstructed his way and beaten him.

1.  A Case FIR No 2/11  dated 7.1.2011 under section 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S Nirmand  district Kullu on  the statement of Daulat Ram R/Shalar  that on 6/01/11 at about 6 PM two persons namely Nari Ram and Niju Ram R/O Shilar obstructed his way and beaten him  and abused him. 

2. Case FIR No 2/11 Dated 7.11.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been regd in PS  Bhunter on the application of Chaman Lal R/O Shamshi alleged that on 19/06/2010 when he was in the shop of Jatender at Kalehali in the mean time   one M/C No HP 34A -6931 came from Bajaura toward Bhunter and hit him. In this incident he got injured and admitted in SR hospital. Case is being investigated by ASI Dhani Ram.

3. Case FIR No 4/11 Dated 7.11.2011 U/S 13 of Gambling Act has been regd in PS  Anni on the Rukka of SI/SHO against ten persons namely Ramesh Chand, Diwan Chand, Om Prakash ,Jagmohan, Harish, Dev Kishan, Desh Raj, Vinod Kumar, Shyam Lal and Ram Singh and recovered  Rs 8400/- behind Vinod Dhaba Dalash.

1.  A Case FIR No 3/11  dated 6.1.2011 under section 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S Anni district kullu that on intervening night some unknown culprits stolen away gold & silver ornaments from the house of Sh. Jitender Kumar Sharma s/o Roshan Lal r/o village Riwari P.O Dalash Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu. The total value of stolen property is Rs.4, 09,200/-. 

2. Case FIR No 6/11 dated 6.1.2011 u/s 457,380 IPC has been registered in Police Station Sadar Kullu on the application of Smt kaushalya Devi w/o Sh Roshan Lal r/o Guru Behar Dhalpur  Kullu that on 6.1.2011 Aangan wari worker  telephonically informed to her that some unknown person  have stolen away 4 gas cylinder and 4 double bed blankets from her house.

3. Three cases have been registered in Police station Manali against the three person Mr. Krishan s/o Hans Raj,Kuldeep s/o Balli Ram & Gudu s/o Ram under section 283 IPC when they were obstructing the public path /road with their Rehri /Fari.

A case FIR No 2/11 dated 6.11.2010 u/s 341,323,504,34 IPC has been  registered in police station Anni on the statement of Pawan Kumar s/o Bhagat Ram and Pradeep Kumar  r/o phanouti against two persons namely Mr. Ugam Ram and Prakash Kumar when they  obstructed  their way ,and beaten them with leg and punches also used filthy language to  complainants without any reason.

5.Two cases have been registered in Police Station Kullu under Excise act against two  women Smt Phanch Angmo w/o Sonam r/o Biasa Mour and  Smt Sonam Lamo w/o Lt.Tenzin r/o Bias Mour and recovered 5/5 Ltrs.each Illicit Liqour from their possession during patrolling at Biasa mour.

6. A Case FIR No 8/11 Dated 6.11.2011  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been regd in PS Kullu on the statement of  DharamChand S/O Thakur Dass R?OSeuBag Thaton 6/01/11 when he was going tohis home Maruti van No HP- 34- 2019 with his friend Rakesh Kumar  at about 6.45 PM at when he was reached  gammon bridge  at the same time one M/ C No.  HP 34A-7421 came from Manali side and hit the van .In this accident both Drivers of vehicles got injuries. This accident accuared due to rushaly and negligenent driving of Moter Cycle rider

7. Today on 7/01/2011  one Mini truck No HP 356-1851 rolled down near Nagan PS Anni from the road and  Two person namely Mohar Singh and Dharam Pal died on the spot  .In this regard a Case U/S 279, 337,304A have been regd against driver Keshav Ram in PS Anni .
