CRIME DATED 31/05/11 UP TO 4 PM

1.Case FIR No 114/11 dated 30.5.2011 U/S 379 IPC has been registered
in PS Kullu on the complaint of one Sh. Shalinder Sood S/o Sh. Shayam
Prasad Sood R/o Akhara bazaar Kullu alleging that on 07.5.2011 he
parked his Motor cycle No HP-34-5490 out side his house and next day
he saw that his motor cycle has been stolen away by unknown culprits.
Case is being investigated by HC Jai Chand I/O PP A.B. Kullu.
2.Case FIR No115/11 dated 30.5.2011 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has
been registered in PS Kullu on the report of Bir Singh S/o Krishan
Budha R/o Nepal at present tenant of Hem Raj R/o barshani that on
29.5.2011when he was coming back from vehicle No HP01K-1196 on the way
one Tinku along with his friend restrained his way and beaten him and
also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated
by SI/Krishan Chand I/C PP Manikaran.
3.Case FIR No 83/11 dated 30.5.2011 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been
registered in PS Manali on the statement of Saurav gaba S/o Vijay
kumar Gaba R/o House No 5401Mani Mazra Chandigarh stated that he is
working at Village O-Dee-Visp-camp and 53 girls and three teacher are
participating in this camp. On 30.5.2011 at about 9.40 PM when he was
going towards Prini along with his staff from Aleu in the mean time
some person get down from the vehicle No HP-01K-2923 and they retained
his way and beaten them. Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram

4.Case FIR No 91/11 dated 30.5.2011 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506 IPC has
been registered in PS Bhunter on the report of Ram Singh S/o Sh. Dhani
ram R/o badgarihdar PO Diyar Distt Kullu alleged that on28.5.2011 when
he was in his premises one person namely Thakru entered in his
premises and beaten him and threatened him with dire consequences.

5.Case FIR No116/11 dated 30.5.2011 U/S 420, 406, 120(B) IPC has been
registered in PS Kullu on the complaint of Dharam Singh Rana S/o Sh.
Devi Singh Rana R/o Bashing PO Babeli Distt Kullu against official of
State bank Patiala as property auctioned by the bank to the Dharam
Singh Rana is not same which they have shown. Case is being

Case FIR No. 41/11 dated 29/05/11 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the rukka of Si/SHO PS Nirmand that on 29/05/11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling duty at Nirmand bazaar where one person namely Tikam Ram Sharma VPO Nirmand had obstructed the road for traffic and general public by heap of bricks on the road. Case FIR No. 42/11 dated 29/05/11 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the rukka of ASI Lok Chand PS Nirmand that on 29/05/11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling duty at Nirmand bazaar where one person namely Yogender Sharma VPO Nirmand had obstructed the road for traffic and general public by dumping of sands on the road. Kullu on the statement of Kalpna devi  W/O  Jagdish Chand R/O

grassing cow in the field ,one person namely Rajsh obstruct her way

Kullu on the statement of  Ashina Verma W/O Sanjeev Kumar  R/O  Kayani

unwn person has stolen away her jewellery and cash from her purse from

PS   Manali on the statement of   Phulesh W/O Raghuveer Singh   R/O

8.20 Pm  when she was brooming   the joint house ,in the mean time
Hiten, and Dinesh along with 5/6 other person came their and started

Preet came his quarter Gandhi nagger , On 28/05/11 at about 6 AM Ms
Preet stolen away his Rs 86000/- and two mobile phone , ATM Card and

1.     Case FIR No. 38/11 dated 27/05/11 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the rukka of HC Lal Chand No. 66 I/o PS Nirmand that on 27/05/11 he along with Police staff were on patrolling duty at Nirmand bazaar where one person namely Kapil Sharma S/o Sh. Santosh Kumar VPO Nirmand had obstructed the road for traffic and general public by dumping sand on the road. Case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand I/o PS Nirmand.

2.     A case FIR No 110 /11 dated 28.5.2011 u/s 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S Kullu on the Rukka of ASi Dheeraj Kumar I/CPP Jari against Lal Singh s/o Nar Bahadur R/o Bhawang Nepal age 21 yrs, as 300 gram charas has been recovered from his possession during patrolling about 8.05 am at Suma Chalon (Jari) and accused has been arrested.

3.  Case FIR No 39/2011 dated 28-5-2011 u/s 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S Nirmand on the  written complaint of Sh. Gulbadan Singh J.B.T.  G.P.S. Shanah that on dated 27-5-2011 when he went to school he found that one gass cyclender has been stolen by some unknown culprits  during the intervening night [.] case is being investigating by Hc. payar lal  no 47  investigation in progress .

CRIME DATED 27/05/11 UP TO 4 PM

1. Case FIR No. 81/11 dated 26/05/11 U/s 436 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Smt. Banti Devi W/o Sh. Ram Chand R/o Dobhi Tehsil and PS Manali district Kullu stated that the intervening night on 1-2/3/11 she was alone at home at about 1.30 am one person namely Parkash Chand S/o Sh. Parma Nand R/o Shim Manali came to her house and tried to entered her room and asked glass for drinking. He repeated two and three time but she refused and she went to next room. After that Prakesh Chand entered in her room and set fire in her clothes and run away from the spot. Her house having two rooms gutted in to fire. In the morning 02/03/11 she got compromise with father of Parkash Chand on the condition he will compensate losses .She was waiting for compensation till today, but he refused. 2. Case FIR No. 109/11 dated 26/05/11 U/s 279 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. P.K. Sood S/o Lt. Sh. Daya Ram R/o H.No. 1733 sector -29 Noeda (UP) stated that on 26/05/11 he along with his family going to Manikaran in a Honda car bearing No. UP-16Q-0039 . At about 11.30 am when he reached near Bagiyanda one Tipper No. HP-66-1024 came rashly from Manikaran side and hit to his vehicle. This accident took place due to negligent driving of Tipper driver Jagdish Chand . Case is being investigated by HC Brij Bhushan I/o PP Jari.

Case FIR No36/11 dated 25.5.11 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Nirmand on the rukka of SI/SHO Gulam Akbar that when he was along with police party on patrolling at village Bal he has destroyed 300 Poppy plants in the field of Dilu Ram S/o kalmu ram R/o bal(Kuter) PO Jaon tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO Gulam Akbar.
2. Case FIR No37/11 dated 25.5.11 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Nirmand on the rukka of SI/SHO Gulam Akbar that when he was along with police party on patrolling at village Chalai nala he has destroyed 2500 Poppy plants in the field of Hari Dass S/o Gokul Chand R/o Chalai Nala PO Jaon tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO Gulam Akbar.
3. Case FIR No108/11 dated 25.5.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Praub Bhatt S/o Ani Kumar R/o ballabh Vidya Naggar Gujrat stated that on 25.5.2011 at about 5.15PM when he and his family were going towards Kullu from vaishano Devi temple in Bharti Bus No HP-66-2786 and when they reached near Gammon bridge he fell down from the bus. Case is being investigated by HC Lokender Singh TTS Kullu.

CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY

1.Case FIR No 57/11 dated 24.5.2011 U/S 452, 354 IPC has been
registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Miss. Kalpana (fictitious
name) R/o Salano PS Banjar stated that she is studying in 9th class in
GSSS Jibhi. On the half time she was sitting with her classmate in
classroom in the mean time one sh. Rameshwar Singh entered in her
classroom and tried to outrage her modesty. Case is being investigated
by HC Raj Pal I/O PS Banjar.

CASE OF THEFT

2. Case FIR No 106/11 dated 24.5.2011 U/S 379 IPC has been registered
in PS Kullu on the complaint of Sh. Hira Singh S/o Sh.Surat ram R/o
Damsehar that on 12.5.2011 he parked his bolero car in front of Monal
café and when he saw his vehicle he has found that the tyre of his
vehicle has stolen away some unknown culprits. Case is being
investigated by P.S.I. Anil Kumar. I/O Ps Kullu.

CASE OF ENDANGERING LIFE

3. Case FIR No 107/11 dated 24.5.2011 U/S 340 (A) 336 IPC has been
registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Munish Chhabra R/o New
Delhi stated that they were on rafting from Raison to Kullu after some
time riding on the raft they fell down in the river due to imbalance
of raft. One Mr. Nitin Chhabra died on the spot. Case is being
investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Kullu.

1.Case FIR No 79/11 dated 23.5.2011 U/S 452, 354, 504, 506 IPC has
been registered in PS Manali on the application of Smt. Sonia W/o
Guddu R/oGompa road Manali alleging that on 22.5.11 her husband was in
Police custody and Gopal Sharma took an opportunity and entered in her
house and tried to outrage her modesty and also threatened with dire
consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Swaroop I/O PS

2.Case FIR No 80/11 dated 23.5.2011 U/S 279, 337, & 187 MV Act has
been registered in PS Manali on the application of Rajesh Yadav S/o
Baichu Prasad Yadav (Bihar) on 23.5.2011 at about when he & his friend
Jai Krishan are going on foot towards their rented room at Bias Bridge
in the mean time one vehicle no DL-1-YB-2138 came rashly towards bus
stand and hit to Jai Krishan. Case is being investigated by ASI Ram

3.Case FIR No 89/11 dated 23.5.2011 U/S 452, 323, 504, 341, 506 IPC
has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sangat Ram S/o
Sh.kailu Ram R/o Parganoo Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that when he was
going from Bhunter to his home Parganoo one Mast Ram obstruct his way
and beaten him and threatened with dire consequences and after that
he went to his elder brothers house but Masat ram Along with his
nephew Vikas and three other person reached there and they beat him
again in his brothers house . Case is being investigated by Jaspal
Singh I/o PS Bhunter.
4.Case FIR No. 56/11dt.24-5-11 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in PS
Banjar on the statement of Sh. SukhDyal S/O Sh. Goutam Chand vill.
Khanyar P.O.Deutha Teh. Banjar age53 years stated that he has a veg.&
bakery shopkeeper at new bus stand Banjar yesterday evening when he
went to back home & shop covered by the Tarpal.Today morning when he
came at shop he saw that some items of bakery burning near bus
stand. Chowkidhar Bhagat Ram told him that items of bakery &Tarpal
burnt by the Podhi s/o kripa Ram . Case is being investigated by HC
Ses Ram I/O PS Banjar.
5. Today on 24.5.2011 one M.K.Sood informed telephonically to PS
Kullu that one Mr.Amit Gupta S/o Sh. Puran Chand Gupta R/o Dhalpur
near LMS Kullu age 30 years has commit suicide by means of hanging on
the fan by electric wire. In this information ASI Hari Singh along
with the staff rushed to the spot and Amit Gupta found dead.
Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC has been conducted and dead body handed over
to his brother Hari Ram after postmortem.

CRIME DATED 22/05/11 UP TO 4 PM

1.Case FIR No 88/11 dated 22.5.2011 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Bhunter on the ruka of HC Daleep Singh when he was
along with police party on patrolling at village Turang they destroyed
40,000 poppy plants in 3 bigha in the field of unknown person. Case is
being investigated by HC Daleep Singh I/O PS Bhunter.

2.Cased FIR No 35/11 dated 22.52011 U/S 457, 380- IPC has been
registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Puran Chand Thakur S/o
Sh. Hukam XChand R/o Tharwa Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu presently
Pradhan GP Deem stated that on 211.5 2011 intervening night some
unknown culprits has stolen away Monitor & CPU from the Panchayat
Bhawan. Case is beig imvestigated by ASI Lok Chand I/O PS Nirmand.


3.Case FIR No 78/11 dated 22.5.2011 U/S 279, 336, 337 IPC has been
registered in PS Manali on the statement of Sandeep S/o Balaraman R/o
H.No 106 Ram Bihar Dehradun stated that on 22.5.2011 when he and his
relatives/ family members are coming back from Rohatang in vehicle No
PB-01-6237 and when they reached near Plachan the driver of above
vehicle loose the control over the vehicle and turned over the road
and they sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam

4.Case FIR No 55/2011 dated 23/5/2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been
registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Sh. Partap Singh s/o
Shaunu Ram R/o Ghiyagi PO Jibhi Tehsil and Distt Kullu reported that
today on 23/5/11 at about 1015 hrs one Maruti car No CH- 03C-6499
rolled down about 70/75 feet from the road at Ghiyagi Nala due to this
four persons namely 1. Suresh s/o Sh Kaul Ram R/o vill Atusha PO Gad
Tehsil anni 2 Bittu s/o Sh Bikram r/o VPO Shawad Tehsil and PS Anni 3.
Bablu s/o Sh Raghubir R/o Buchair PO Jaon Tehsil anni distt kullu 4.
Name not known got injuries and admitted in CHC Banjar. Case is being

1.Case FIR No.104 dated 21.05.11 U/S 406,420,506 IPC has been regd in
PS Kullu on the statement of Shukerdeen S/O Kakru R/O Hotan Distt
Mandi stated that he Chanda S/O Goolu Ram R/o Bashing Distt Kullu
soled his vehicle to him on agreement but further he sale this vehicle
to anther person and now threatened him with dire consequence. Case

2.Case FIR No .87 dated 21.05.11 U/S 354 IPC has been regd in PS
Bhunter on the statement of Bhumi Devi W/O Jeet Ram R/O Piplage
Distt Kullu stated that on 17/05/1 when she went to electricity comlaint
room Piplage at about 7.30 Pm one Khushal chand was on duty
misbehave with her and outrage her modesty. Case is being

3.Case FIR No 26 dated 21.05.11 U/S 279,304A IPC has been regd in PS
Brow on the rukka of SHO Bhup Singh that on 21.05.11 m at about 4.45
PM one vehcle (Miller) meat with an accident near Jhakri Jhulha and
rolled down in Satluj river, and Dameshwer S/O Mohan Lal R/O Dawari PS
Nirmand died on the spot and one person namely Sanjay Kumar got

4.case FIR No. 105/11 u/s 457,380 on dated 22-5-2011 has been
registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Mr, Vivek Mahajan s/o late
sh, Raj Kumar Mahajan a/p tenant at Chhater singh Thakur's house
lower Badah .complaintaint told that he is Director in SIRI in
new Delhi The owner of house told him that somebody has entered in
his house on the night of 20-21 may 2011,.on this he told them to
lock his house and said that he is coming to Kullu.when he came to
his quarter then he found stolen some gold, silver ornaments worth
rupees 95,000 . HC Gian chand is conducting the investigation .

1.Case FIR No 101/11 dated 20.5.11 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of ASI Balak Ram that when he was along with police party were on patrolling near village Larang they destroyed 15000 poppy plants in one bigha in the field of unknown person. Case is being investigated by ASI Balak Ram I/O PS Kullu.

Case FIR No 102/11 dated 20.5.11 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of ASI Balak Ram that when he was along with police party were on patrolling near village Larang they destroyed 2500 poppy plants in 4 biswa in the field of unknown person. Case is being investigated by ASI Balak Ram I/O PS Kullu.

3. Case FIR No 103/11 dated 20.5.2011 u/S 279, 337, 201 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Talbir Singh S/o Sh. Bhagat Ram r/o Lot PO Kharihar Distt Kullu stated that when he was to Seobag in his Auto No HP-61-0068 at about 9.30 PM and when he reached at Seobag near PNB one maruti car No HP-66-1436 came towards Kullu and hit his Auto and fell down on the road. Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Kullu.

4. Case FIR No 76/11 dated 21.5.2011 U/S 324 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Sh. Des Raj S/o Sh. Nek ram R/o Ropra PO Drubal Distt Mandi at present owner of dhaba near Holiday Inn Prini stated that on today at about 12.30 PM Gaurav Pandey New Delhi called him to came out and asked him to pay money but he refused to pay money and Gaurav suddenly picked up a knife from his Dhaba and attacked on him and he sustained injuries on his left hand. Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Pal I/O PS Nirmand.

Case FIR No 77/11 dated 21.5.2011 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Manali on the ruka of ASI Daya Ram against Guddu Ram S/o Sri Ram R/o Gauripur PO& PS Akbar Disst Kanpur (UP) at present Tenant Budhi ram R/o Gompa road Manali as he has recovered 46 gram charas from his possession during the search of rented house. Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/O PS Manali.

1. Case FIR No 54/11 dated 19.5.11 U/S 307, 313, 498(A), 34 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Smt. Maya Devi W/o Jawahar Singh R/o Darudhar tehsil Banjar stated that on 27.4.2011 at 10 AM her husband Jawahar lal and her mother in law Smt. Laja Devi poured the kerosene oil on me and tried to kill me by burning for demanding dowry due to this four month pregnancy aborted. Both accused have been arrested and case is being investigated by ASI Yashwant Singh I/O PS Banjar.

Case FIR No 34/11 dated 19.5.2011 U/S 451,147, 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the complaint of Naiku Devi D/o Chain ram R/o Deem Tehsil Nirmand distt Kullu alleged that on 18.5.2011at 8 PM Sohan lal, Daya Ram, Pinka Devi, Mahider Singh, Roshan Lal and Chinta Devi entered in her house with stone and sticks and beaten her and threatened her with dire consequences.
3. One Mr Tashi Chhering S/o Norbu Chhering R/o Peukar (Keylong) has been arrested on 19.5.11 at Hanumani Bag in c/w case FIR No93/11 dated 12.5.11 U/S 363, 366 (A) and 376 IPC PS Kullu. Police remand of above accused has been taken for three days up to 22.5.2011.

1. Case FIR No 100/11 dated 18.5.11 U/S 3(1) (X) SC/ST Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Smt. Oma Devi W/o Sh.Nathu Ram R/o Tipri PS Kullu alleging that on 18.5.2011 when she was working with her husband at Shat bridge one person namely Satinder Kumar came there and started fighting with her and called her dagi. Case is being investigated by SHO PS Kullu.
2. Case FIR No74/11 dated 18.5.11 U/S 498 (A) IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Smt. Chetna Kumari D/o Sh. Gopi Chand VPO Jia Tehsil Manali alleging that she has got marriage with Naresh Kumar S/o Puran Chand R/o Jhalot Tehsil & Distt Mandion 12.4.2010. After six month her husband started harassing for dowry and torched her. On 17.4.2011 she asked her husband that their marriage has not registered in local panchayat. On this her husband got angry and beaten her. Case is being investigated by ASI daya Ram I/O PS Manali.
3.Case FIR No75/11 dated 18.5.11 U/S 498 (A) 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Smt Heena W/o Sh Mehar Deen R/o baragran tehsil Manali alleging that she has got marriage with Mehar Deen R/o Bamta Near ITI Bilaaspur in November 2010. As per the local custom up to 15 to 20 days her husband remained cordial and after that her husband starting maltreating and torching her for money and dowry. On 1.5.2011 her husband has given merciless beating to her and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI Jai Lal I/C PP Patlikuhal.
4. case FIR No 99/11 dated 18.5.2011 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the complaint of Pawan Kumar R/o Chong PO Jalugran Tehsil & Distt Kullu alleging that on 17.5.2011 night at about 2.30 PM when he was present in temple for Jagrata in the mean time two boys namely Raj Kumar and Sansar Singh came there and beaten him and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by I/C PP Jari.

Case FIR No 25/11 dated 19.5.11 U/S 452, 323, 504, 34 IPC HA been registered in PS Brow on the complaint of jagdish S/o Chet ram R/O Bakhan that on 18.5.2011 at about 6 PM when he was in his home one Shrikant & Salig Ram came to his courtyard and beaten him. Case is being investigated by Si/SHO PS Brow.

Case FIR No 33/11 dated 19.5.2011 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Sohan Singh R/o Deem stated that when he was came back to his home along with his son Mahinder in the mean time Prabhudayal & Manu R/o Deem obstruct their way and beaten him meanwhile Niaku Devi & Jai Singh R/o Dawah also came there and beaten him and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI Lok Chand I/O PS Nirmand.
7. Mr.Kesternov vladisliov a Russian National who was missing from Kasol on 12.5.2011. During search on 18.5.2011 the dead body found in a George between Chhalal and Rasol. Dead body of deceased was brought to ZH Kullu for postmortem. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC has been carried out by SI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kullu.

was coming back from Rampur to Anni in his vehicle No HP-35-1471 along
with Vijay, Gopal and Pramod and when they reached near Barad one

dated 18-5-11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered I PS Banjar on
the rooka of ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Sainj alleged that today at 11-30 am

recovered from the possession of Gain Chand s/o Rattan Chand VPO Neeku

5.Case FIR No 86/11 dated 18.5.2011 U/S 341, 506, 427, 34 IPC has
been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Anil Kumar S/o
Sh. Gian Chand R/o Bhalahan PS Bhunter stated that on 17.5.2011 at
about 8AM when he along with his wife Suman and sister in law Parwati
were in the field in the mean time Dine Ram R/o Naunu came in the
field and destroyed 1200 cauliflower plants and his brother Hakam and
Tirth Raj also came in the field and they beaten him and threatened

MISSING RUSSIAN TRACED

Dead Body of Russian national who was missing for the last few days has been found in the hills near
Kasol in mountains. The police has carried out proceedings under 174 CrPC
And the body sent to RH Kullu for Post Mortem Examination.

been registered in P.S Manali on the statement of Shri Bhale Ram S/o
Ram Singh R/o Gojra Manali that on 16.5.2011 he was coming to home in
his own vehicle no HP-58-3291 along with his brother in law Gokul
Chand and other family members, when they reached at shuru he stopped
his vehicle and he & his brother in law get down from vehicle.In the
mean time one m/cycle no HP58-3478  came rashly  from Prini side and
hit to Mr. Gokul chand & also collided with his car.Due to this Mr.
Gokul sustained injurie.Case is being investigated by  Asi Ramesh
Kumar  I.C Traffic Manali.


CASE OF INQUEST

2.      Today on 17.5.2011 One Ward member from Vashisht  informed
telephonically in P.S Manali that one male dead body is lying in
Samahan Jungle.On this information ASI Daya Ram along with staff
rushed to the spot and found a  male dead body. During inquiry it is
found that the above deceased is from Nepal and was living alone in
Samahan since long time as ailing condition. The dead body of above
deceased sent to CHC for post mortem and proceedings U/S 174 Cr.P.C is
being carried out by ASI Daya Ram

3.      Case FIR No 16/11 dated 16.5.2011 U/S 451,509,506,34IPC has been
registered in P.S Anni on the application of Reema Kashayap D/o Sunder
Singh R/o Behari allaged that on 15.5.2011 at about 1.30 P.M she was
at home one person manely Lalit Bharti a/w another person came to her
house and started using filthy language & threatened to her with dire

4.       Case FIR No 84/11 Dated 17.5.2011 U/S 379IPC & 3 of PDPP Act has
been registered on the statement of Shri Tej Ram VPO Kotli distt Mandi
A/P T/M Ropa that today at about 6AM when he along with UP-Pradhan
Shri Beli Singh  GP Neul  were on morning walk at Neul they found that
cable wire from Ropa to Neul were missing ,at the same time they found
that two persons carrying with cable wire which they  had kept in a
boru going from there. On this above Shri Tej Ram informed to  police
about above incident  and both Mr. Raj kumar s/o Anant Ram r/o Rogna
Thela distt Kullu & Lal Chand s/o Khoru Ram r/o Dhanogi distt Kullu
has been arrested with 20.200 kg copper wire with one cutter in c/w
above theft and caused  damage to govt property. Case is being

on the statement of shri Hans Kumar r/o A.P Gandhi Nagar Kullu stated
that on 10.5.2011 he kept Rs. one lac in his laptop bag and the same
bag he had  kept in almirah. On 16.5.2011 when he opened his almirah
he did not found that money there. He has doubt on his cook Bahadur
singh & office boy kamaldeep may stolen his cash from his almirah .

vehicle  . At about 8.30 pm when they reached near Jia barrier and
they got toll tax slip of Rs.20/- for returning also,but the barrier
staff asked him for another returning slip  of  toll tax. When he try
to learn about this matter to barrier staff, one staff member slapped
him and broken the driver side glass of his vehicle and 7/8 other
barrier staff also beaten him , as a result he sustained injuries.

has been regd. In PS Nirmand on the statement of Sohan lal S/o Shiv

of vehicle No. HP-35B--0240 Pickup  on dt.  12-5-2011 at about 8.40
p.m. when he along with Jiwa Ram & Guddu started his vehicle toward
Arsu from Nirmand and reached near bustand Nirmand Roop Singh
,Mohinder Singh , Noop Ram, Krishan lal and Bhikam Ram stopped his

On the returning barrier staff said to him for another tolltax receipt ,he show the receipt but barrier staff said for another tolltax slip during this conversation one barrier staff member slapped him and broken the driver side glass of his vehicle and 7/8 barrier staff member who were also present there also beaten him. he receives injuries on his head, forehead. and read in 7th class of GSSS Kullu stated that on 10/05/11 at about
4 pm. She going to home after school . When she reached at Bari Padhar
one Motor cycle bearing No. HP33A-1784 hit to her, as result she got
injuries. This accident took place due to negligent of Motor cycle
rider . Case is being investigated by HC Shyam Lal I/o TW Kullu.

2.Case FIR NO 47/11 dated 10/05/11 u/s 3, 4 of Gambling Act has been
registered in PS Anni on the ruka of ASI Rattan Chand I/o PS Anni
that on 10/05/11 at about 12.30 pm when he A/W Police staff was on
patrolling near Brar Anni seven persons namely Shamsher Singh R/o
Sihani, Harish Kumar R/o Kashmat, Deepak Kumar R/o Dhair, Manjeet
Kumar R/o Bhardi , Sant Ram R/o Chuhabag, Jashwant Singh R/o Theli
Chapti and Bihari lal R/o Nadan were found playing gambling in the

CASE OF POISONING

3.Today on 11-5-2011 a telephonic information from RH Kullu
received in this P.S that a poisoning case has been brought in RH
Kullu on this information HC Parminder Kumar along with Const. Vishwa
Nath No. 184, HHG Jai Chand No. 7/1-13 rushed to the RH Kullu and
Doctor declared Anil Kumar dead. Postmortem of the deceased Anil Kumar
was conducted and dead body after PM Handed over to his relative.

A/P Telephone Exchange Kullu that on 09/05/11 he was on duty . After
duty he came bace his room he found that some unknown persons entered

CASE OF ENDANGERING LIFE

1.Case FIR No. 48/11 Dated 08/05/11 U/S 336,504 IPC has been regd. In
PS Banjar on the statement of Dhani Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Maru Ram R/o
Village Seri PO Jhibi District kullu stated that on 08/05/11 at about
8.30 am one person namely Man Singh used filthy language and also
thrown the stones on his house . Case is being investigated by SI/SHO
PS Banjar.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY

2.Case FIR No 49/11 dated 08/05/11 U/S 341, 504IPC has been
registerted in PS Banjar on the statement of Man Singh S/o Lt. Sh.
Dilu Ram R/o Seri PO Jhibi PS Banjar District Kullu stated that o
08/05/11 at about 8.30 am when he was coming to home on the way
Kamlesh and his wife obstructed his way and also used filthy language
. Case is being investigated by HC Krishan Lal I/O PS Banjar.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND

3.Case FIR No. 88/11 Dated 9-5-11 U/S 498A,323,504,506IPC has been
registered in PS Kulluon the report of Smt. Bholi Devi W/O Sh. Keshav
Ram R/O Chohaki Tehsil & Distt Kullu in this P.S. Stated that she was
married to Keshav Ram in the year 1996 and have three children after
some year her husband Keshav Ram start beaten her because her husband
has illicit relation with one Anju whose address she does not know. On
Dated 7-5-11 her husband came to home in intoxication and start
beating her with the iron pipe and she receives injuries on her body
and he threatened her with dire consequences and used filthy language.
Investigation is being conducted by ASI Dhiraj Kumar I/C PP Jari..

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO FALL

4.To day pradhan gram panchyat khabal smt. Bimla devi informed in PS
Banjar personally that one lady fall down from hill and brought to CH
banjar for treatment. On this information self along with staff rushed
to CH Banjar . On inquiry it is found that smt kamali devi w/o bhim
sen r/o vill. Dhardi p.o. Pujali tehsil and p.s banjar distt. Kullu
aged 56 years declared dead by the MO CH Banjar . It is found that
deceased went to dhar for cutting the grass and fell down 30/35 feet
in to deep ditch . Proceeding u/s 174 crpc has been carried out and
dead body handed over to the relatives of the deceased after
postmortem .

CASE OF GAMBLING

5.Case FIR NO 46/11 dated 09-5-2011 u/s 3, 4 of Gambling Act has been
registered in PS Annion the ruka of SI/SHO Gurbachan Singh that when
he was on patrolling A/W Police official near new bus stand Anni at
about 5.30 AM some person was playing gambling in the ranted room near
new bus stand their name is as 1. Ram Singh s/o Keshav Ram r/o Nagan

CASE OF THEFT AND PREVENTING DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY

6.Case FIR No, 82/11 Dt. 9/5/11 U/S 379 IPC and 3 PDPP Act has been
registered in PS Bhunter on the application of Sh. Tej Ram S/O Lal Man
R/O VPO Kotli Distt. Mandi prasently TM in telephone exchange Ropa
that the telephone cables (20 pairs) measuring 800 mtrs approximately
value Rs. 16000/- under telephone exchange Ropa and 750 mtrs (20pairs)
cables approximately value Rs. 15000/- at Neul route were found theft
on dt. 29/4/11. The complaint under PPR 24.4 was registered on dt.
29/4/11 in this PS. On the requiry report No.16 Dt. 9/5/11 The
above case has been registered against suspecion namly Atma Ram S/O
Sebak Ram R/O Faltnala PO Bajuara Distt. Kullu. Case is being
investigated by ASI Jaspal Singh I/O PS Bhunter. Accused has not been
arrested so far.

CASE OF TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7.Case FIR No. 83/11 u/s 452,447,506,427 has been registeredin PS
Bhunte on the statement of Dima Devi W/O Duni Chand VPO Shiah Tehsil
and Distt. Kullu. Stated that on dated 6/5/2011 The sheep & goats of
a person namly Ram Singh had distroyed her apple plants on the same
day striking on the door by foot and threton with carring Darat to her
whole family. Case is being investigated by ASI Naresh Chand I/O PS
Bhunter.

Crime on 8.5.2011 upto 4 PM

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO POISONING

1. On 7.5.2011at about 7P.M one unknown person informed telephonically
at P.P Patli Kuhal that one person namely Sher Singh s/o Bhudhi Singh
VPO Tihri P.S Drang Distt Mandi age 25 year fell down and vomiting on
road at Patli Kuhal Bazar. On this information HC Mohinder I.O P.P
rushed to the spot and took him CHC Manali where he has declared as
dead by M.O CHC Manali due to consumed poison. Proceeding u/s 174
Cr.P.C is being carried out by HC Mohinder Kumar and dead body of
deceased handed over to his father the After post mortem .

CASE OF ARREST UNDER H P POLICE ACT

2. On7.5.2011 two person namely Sanju s/oPrem Singh r/o Bhadurpur
Committee Bazar Hoshiyarpur & Prashant c/o Shibu near RH kullu have
been arrested u/s 114,115 Police act by I.O P.S kullu.

3. Ten challans under MV Act AND4 challan under smoking act has also

1.      Case FIR No. 23/11 dated 06/05/11 U/S 376, 506 IPC regd. in PS Brow on the report of Km. Somlata (factitious name ) D/o Sh. Mela Ram R/o Vahan PO Sarga Tehsil and PS Nirmand distt. Kullu age about 17 years alleging that on 03/05/11 one Kumat Ram @ Bitu S/o Sh. Dinu Ram R/o Pankwa Tehsil &PS Nirmand distt. Kullu has taken her from Mohali (Sarga) to Chatuage and raped her with out her consent. Case is being investigated by HC Kartar Singh Singh I/O PS Brow.

CASE OF HURT AND TRESPASS

2.      Case FIR No. 24/11 dated 06/05/11 U/s 451,323,504, 34 IPC regd. in PS Brow on the complaint of Ms. Rita Kashyap D/o Sh. Yog Ram R/o Banasha Tehsil Nirmand distt. Kullu alleging that on 05/05/11 at about 6 pm two persons namely Bitu and Nitu R/o Randal came to her courtyard and beaten her and also used filthy language against her.

Kullu stated that on 06/05/11 when he was going toward Tandi in a vehicle No. HP-35-0935 Pick- up When he reached near Kathar on the way three persons obstructed his way and abused to him .Case is being investigated by ASI Gian Chand I/o PP Luhri.

4.      Case FIR No 30/11dated 7.5.2011 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S Nirmand on the statement of Nihal Singh VPO Nirmand that on 7.5.2011 at about 3.15 AM he along with Dimesh Sharma owner/driver of vehicle No HP35B-0678 maruti coming from Rampur to Nirmand,when they reached near Dev Dank the driver has lost his control on vehicle  and  car fell down 40/50 ft from the road, and they got injuries.Case is being investigated by HC Lal chand I.O P.S NMD.

CASE OF GRIEVOUS HURT

5.      Case FIR No 31/11 dated 7.5.11 u/s 325,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S NMD on the statement of Sh. Noya Ram vill. Siunddhar tehsil Nirmand that on 4.5.2011 at about 8PM , three person namely Tikkam Ram, Bhoji Ram & Rajinder beaten him with stone and he got injuries.Case is being investigated by ASI Kunwar Singh I.O P.S NMD.

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO FALL

6.      One Jagdish Chand R/o Jhalli P.O Nither Tehsil NMD informed telephonically in PS NIRMAND that one person namely Ram Prasad s/o Ami Chand r/o Tikkerdhar age about 46 yrs fell down from dhank while he was going to his home and died on the spot. Inquest report u/s 174 Cr.P.C is being conducted by ASI Kunwar Singh I.O P.S NMD.

CASE OF ARREST UNDER H P POLICE ACT

7.      Two persons namely Jaspal S/o Sh. Khushi ram R/o H.No. 802 Deshmash Nagar Naya Gaon Chandigarh age about 38 year and Ravinder Singh S/o Sh. Bakshi ram R/o Paron PO Siyo Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi age about 32 year has been arrested in PS Kullu U/s 114 Police Act on 07/05/11 at about 12. 15 AM, as they found in suspicious condition at Kullu.

All above persons are arrested U/S 41(2)109 CrPC and being produced before Ld SDM Court today.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1.  Case FIR No. 67/11 dated 04/05/11 U/s 336,287,304A IPC regd. In PS Manali on the statement of Sh. Hari Singh S/oSh. Tot Ram R/o Sajla PO Karjan tehsil Manali district Kullu stated that on 04/05/11 at about 2.30 pm when he along with his sister lata Devi and his brother -in-law at Kulang in a vehicle No. HP-34A-5283. His sister asked to drive the car and drive. After some time vehicle No. HP-34A-5283 fell down from the road near kulang and his sister Lata devi has died on the spot. This accident took place due to negligent driving of Latta Devi. Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Pal Singh I/O PS Manali. vehicle

CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF POPPY

2. Case FIR No. 81/11 dated 04/05/11 u/s 18 of ND&PS Act regd. In PS Bhunter on the rukka of HC Parminder Singh I.O PS Bhunter when he along with Police party were in special campaign at village Kandi G. Bhallan they destroyed 2000 poppy plants in one biswa in the field of unknown persons . Case is being investigated by HC Parminder Singh I/o PSbhunter.

3. Three persons namely Deepak S/o Suresh r/o Shalwah PO Sunkhani tehsil & district Dogia Anchal Bagbati Nepal age about 28 years , Dawa Lama S/o Sh. Aash Bhadur r/o Lindi Nepal age about 32 years and Dhan Raj S/o Sh. Balbhadur r/o Surgat Nepal age about 18 years has been arrested in under section 41(2) 109 CRPC in PS Kullu, as they found in suspicious condition at Shishamati Kullu.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

4. One person namely Bhagat Bhadur S/o Sh. khana Shahi r/o Dilikot PO Pamna Tehsil and district Kilikot Anchal Karnali Nepal age about 45 years has been arrested u/s 107,151 CRPC in PS Kullu while he was trying to commute consignable offence.
