CASE OF SEIZURE OF HASHISH FROM ADVOCATE
9. Case FIR No 85/11 dated 02.5.2011 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of Sub. Inspector Krishan Chand I/C PP Manikaran againstSuraj Prakash S/o Krishana Nand Singh R/o Panchrukhia PS gauri Chuck Distt patna at present Advocate vasant Kunj Delhi as he has recovered 215 gram charas from his possession during patrolling at Hurlu Dhar. Case is being investigated by SI Krishan Chad I/C PP Manikaran.
CASE OF THEFT
10. Case FIR NO 84/11 dated 01.5.2011 U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the aapplication of Sh.Rohit Kumar Baka C/o Sh. Mahadev Ornaments Lower Dhalpur Kullu alleging that on 01.5.2011 at about 6.30 PM one Roop Chand @ Chandu R/o Dobhi came to his shop and he stolen his Mobile Phone from his counter and ran away from the spot. Case is being investigating byASI Kesar Singh I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
11. Case FIR No 77/11 dated 01.05.2011 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the report of Ali Husain S/o Meer Hussain VPO Bajaura stated that on 1.5.11 when he was going to his home Sitar Mohmad, Yusuf Ali, Salim Khan obstruct his way and beaten him and also threatened with dire consequences. Case is being investigating by HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Bhunter.
CASE OF ARMS ACT
12. Case FIR No 71/11 dated 01.5.2011 U/ S 25-54-59 Arms Act and 114 Police Act has been registered in PS Bhunter on the rukka of HC Parminder Kumar that on 01.5.2011 when he was along with police party at patrolling at Bus stand Bhunter they found one Foreigner National Mr. Olekshii an Ukrain National in drunken condition and he creates nuisance in public place and during search of his bag a 14 inches knife 9 (Khukari) has been found from his bag. Case is being investigating by HC Parminder Kumar I/O PS Bhnunter.
CASE OF HURT
13. Case FIR No 29/11 dated 02.5.2011 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Aggrwal Singh S/o Pala Ram R/o Shohcha PO Nither tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu stated that on 01.5.2011 at about 7 PM when he was going back after saw the local fair at village Chebari in the mean time Satya Prakash, Nokhu ram obstruct his way and beaten him. Case is being investigating by ASI hari Singh I/O PS Nirmand.
CASE OF ARREST OF ACCUSED OF NDPS
14. Today on 02.5.2011 accused Bahadur Singh S/o Shayam Sukh R/o Rumali Tehsil Anni has been arrested in case FIR No 13/11 dated 02.02.2011 U/S 29 ND&PS Act PS Anni by SI/SHO Gurbachan Singh as 4.500 Kg Charaas has been recovered in car No HP-69- 1295 during Nakabandi near Gugra in which three person Namely Bhunpender Singh, Gaurav and Vikas Sharma were sit in this car and Bahadur singh also was involved in above case.
CASE OF BURGLARY
15. Today on 02.5.2011 accused dev Raj @ Shishu Pal S/o mani ram R/o Parlidhar Tehsil Anni distt Kullu has benn arrested in case FIR No 25/11 dated 19.3.2011 U/S 457, 380 IPS by ASI Rajender Pal as he has stolen 12 bore gun from the house of Jagdayal Singh R/o Parlidhar.
