CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.Case FIR No. 98/11 dated 17.5.2011 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has
been registered in PS Kullu on the complaint of Smt. Painu Devi W/o
Sh. Daulat ram R/oBaying PO Peej Disst Kullu alleging that on
17.5.2011at about 3.30 PM when she was coming back home after grazing
cow in the mean time one person namely Kanwar Singh obstruct her way
used filthy language and beaten her and also threatened her with dire
consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Gian Chand I/O PS
Kullu.

CASE OF RASH DRIVING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.Case FIR No.50/11 dated 17.5.2011 U/S 279, 504, 506 IPC has been
registered in PS Anni on the statement of Daleep Kumar S/o Bhogi Ram
R/o jatanu Tehsil Anni Disttt Kullu stated that on 17.5.2011 when he
was coming back from Rampur to Anni in his vehicle No HP-35-1471 along
with Vijay, Gopal and Pramod and when they reached near Barad one
vehicle no HP-35A- 0250 came rashly towards Rampur hit his car and
abused him and threatened him with dire consequences . Case is being
investigated by HC Ten Singh I/O PS Anni.

CASE OF SEIZURE OF HASHISH

3. A case FIR No 53/11
dated 18-5-11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered I PS Banjar on
the rooka of ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Sainj alleged that today at 11-30 am
during naka bandi near Larji at Bhayur one kg Charas has been
recovered from the possession of Gain Chand s/o Rattan Chand VPO Neeku
Nangal distt Ropar Punjab. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram
Lal I/C PP Sainj.

4.Case FIR No 85/11 dated 18.5.2011 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has
been registered in PS Bhunter on the report of Smt. Krishana Devi W/o
Sh. Ram Dev R/o Chhoil PS Bhunter sated that today at about 8.30 Am
when she was going to field in the mean time one Baldev Kumar
obstructed her way and beaten her and also threatened her with dire
consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Daleep Singh I/O PS
Bhunter.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTION OF WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.Case FIR No 86/11 dated 18.5.2011 U/S 341, 506, 427, 34 IPC has
been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Anil Kumar S/o
Sh. Gian Chand R/o Bhalahan PS Bhunter stated that on 17.5.2011 at
about 8AM when he along with his wife Suman and sister in law Parwati
were in the field in the mean time Dine Ram R/o Naunu came in the
field and destroyed 1200 cauliflower plants and his brother Hakam and
Tirth Raj also came in the field and they beaten him and threatened
him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI Jaspal
I/O PS Bhunter.

MISSING RUSSIAN TRACED

Dead Body of Russian national who was missing for the last few days has been found in the hills near
Kasol in mountains. The police has carried out proceedings under 174 CrPC
And the body sent to RH Kullu for Post Mortem Examination.
