CRIME DATED 10/05/11 UP TO 4 PM

CASE OF ACCIDENT

1.Case FIR No. 89/11 dated 09/05/11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Smt. Krishna Devi W/O Sh.
Shiv Prased R/o Padei Tehsil and District Kullu that on 09/05/11 at
about 2 pm when she along with Neel Chand was going to home in has car
when they reached near Talogi driver Neel Chand lost the control from
vehicle and vehicle hit with rock side of the road, as a result she
got injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Lokender Singh I/O
Traffice Wing Kullu.

CASE OF THEFT

2. Case FIR No. 90/11 dated -9/05/11 U/S 454,380 IPC has been
registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh.
Mohat Ram R/o Saliyani PO Bhaderbad Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi
A/P Telephone Exchange Kullu that on 09/05/11 he was on duty . After
duty he came bace his room he found that some unknown persons entered
in his roon and stolen away currency note and ornaments silver and
others.

CASE OF GRIEVOUS HURT

3.Case FIR No. 50/11 dated 09/05/11 U/S 325,323 IPC has been
registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Smt. Belu Devi W/o Sh. Gia
Lal R/o village Dawala ward No II Banjar stated that on 09/05/11 at
about 2.30 am her husband beaten her, as a result she got grievous
injuries . Case is being investigated by HC Krishan lal I/O PS Banjar.

ARREST UNDER H P POLICE ACT

4. On 09/05/11 two persons namely Dharam Chand S/o Sh. Tirth Ram VPO
Old Manali District Kullu age about 28 years and Ramesh Bhandari S/o
Sh. Astha Bhandari R/o Ada No. 7 Anchal Beri Nepal have been arrested
U/S 114,115 Police Act in PS Manali , as they found in intoxications
condition in Manali .

CHALLANS UNDER M V ACT

5.On 09/05/11 Total =23 Challan and Fine Rs= 6000/- were made under
M.V Act in PS Kullu. /-.

CASE OF GAMBLING

6.Case FIR no 47/11 dated 10-5-2011 u/s 3,4 of Gambling Act has been
registered in PS Anni on the ruka of ASI Rattan Chand that when he was
on patrolling A/W Police official near Brar Anni at about 12.30 AM
some person was playing gambling in the building of Dayal Fouji at
Brar their name is as 1.Shamsher Singh s/o Ram Krishan R/o Sihani
2. Harish kumar s/o Hari Ram R/o Kashmad 3. Deepak kumar s/o Mehar
Dass R/o Dhair 4. Manjeet Kumar s/o Rattan Dass R/o Bharedi ,5. Sant
Ram s/o Karam Dass R/o Chuhabag 6.Jaswant Singh R/o Devi Dayal R/O
Theli Chapti PS Rampur . 7 Bihari Lal s/oDevki Nand and Rs 24500/-
recovered from playing ground. Case is being investigated by ASI
Rattan Chand I/O PS Anni .
