CASE OF HURT AND RIOTING
1. Case FIR No. 92/11 Dated 12-5-11 u/s 147,149,323,427 IPC has been registered in this P.S. On the statement of Sh. Sanjay Kumar s/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/O H.No. 65 A.B. Kullu stated that on dated 11-5-11 he alongwith his family member went to attend the marriage at Chhani khod at 8-30 PM they reached at Jia tolltax barrier and get tolltax slip for Rs.20/- from the barrier staff and returning entery was written by the said staff on the slip. On the returning barrier staff said to him for another tolltax receipt ,he show the receipt but barrier staff said for another tolltax slip during this conversation one barrier staff member slapped him and broken the driver side glass of his vehicle and 7/8 barrier staff member who were also present there also beaten him. he receives injuries on his head, forehead. Investigating is being conducted by the ASI Hari sigh I/O P.S. Kullu
CASE OF BURGLARY
2. Case FIR No 70/11 dt 11-5-11 u/s 457,380 IPC has been registered on the application of one Sh. Lal Chand Kardar R/O Vill. Khakhnal Teh. Manali Distt. Kullu that he is the Kardar of Devta Kartik . Dring the intervening night of 10-5-11 some unknown person break into the temple and stolen away the chator of Silver weighing about 100 gms and brass. he came to know that the culprits has also committed theft in gompa also . case is being investigated by Si Shiv Singh .
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No 71/11 dt 11-5-11 u/s 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered on the application of one Smt. Devku Devi w/o Dharm Pal R/o Haripur teh Manali distt. Kullu that on 11-5-11 horses carrying sand and crushed stones were restrained by Shiv Diyal and Paramjeet . When when she asked why they are doing like this they beten her and they threatened her with die consequences and she was saved from them why her husband. case is being investigated by ASI Ramsawroop.

4. Case FIR No- 72/11 dt. 11-5-11 u/s 147,149,452,323,506 IPC has been registered on the application of one Shiv Dyal S/O Sh. Sobha Ram R/o vill. Kashoni P.O Haripur Teh. Manali Distt. kullu (H.P) That on 11-5-11 at around 1pm he and his son was inside his house in the mean time s/sh. Dharm Pal , Rajesh , Naresh , Devku and Shiv Dassi came with horses loaded with sand through his field and damaged his crop. on this he asked them to control the horses . after this they all entered in his room with conman intention to beat him and they beaten him and when his son Parmjeet tried to intervene then they beaten his son also. Due to this beating his son and he sustained injuries . case is being investigated by ASI Ram Sawroop.
