CASE OF HURT
1. Case FIR No. 86/11 Dated 3-5-11 U/S 324,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Kullu on the statement of Ashok Kumar s/o late Sh. SuKh Dass R/O vill . Hathithan Tehsil & Distt. Kullu at present residing in Kasol. He is a painter and working in the house of Yashpal BDC member in Village Kasol. On 2-5-11 at about 11-45 he came out for urinating outside his quarter and three boys out of which one is Girish said to him that who you and start are beating him with Khukhari and Sticks. He receives injuries on his body by the beatings of these boys. Case is being Investigation by the HC Jamal Deen I/O PP Mkn.
CASE UNDER H P POLICE ACT
2. On dated 2-5-2011 when SI/SHO Sadar Kullu along with police staff was on patrolling reached near D.C. Office Kullu I saw some people sitting beneath shamiyana in the ground in front of D.C. Office. When they were inquired about the reason of sitting there they told that they were on hunger strike and demanding to restart the construction of road from Dhamir to jauri. When they were asked about the permission and prior information regarding the strike they were unable to produce any document and Diwan chand, Rajkumar, Sagar sigh Khem Chand, Jhabe Ram, Shesh ram, Bhim Sen, all of Village Jauri and RamSingh, Ved Ram and Shesh Ram all of village Jarbala of tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu were arrested u/s 109,115 of HP Police Act 2007 and were released on personal bond for Rs. 5000/5000 each.
CASE OF INQUEST
3. Today on 03.5.2011 M.O. CHC Nirmand informed telephonically to PS Nirmand that one person admitted in CHC Nirmand in poison case. ASI Hari Singh carry out the enquiry and found that deceased Devki Nand S/o Neju Ram R/o Juni Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu age 42 years has consumed poison on 2.5.2011 after dinner and brought him to CHC Nirmand and MO CHC Nirmand declare him brought dead. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC has been conducted.
ONE WAY TRAFFIC NOTIFICATION IN DHALPUR
4. Deputy Commissioner Kullu has issued notification regarding regulation of traffic by one way traffic from Dhalpur Chowk to College Chowk during summer/ tourist season and also issued the direction to ply one way traffic in Dhalpur, cattle ground and exhibition ground from 9AM to 8PM with immediate effect till further order in public interest.
