CASE OF RIOTING AND HURT
1. Case FIR No. 92/11 dated 12/05/11 U/s 147,149,323,427 IPC has bee
registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Mohan
Lal R/o H.No. 65 A.B Kullu stated that on 12/05/11 he along with
family members went to attend the marriage at Chhani Khor in a
vehicle . At about 8.30 pm when they reached near Jia barrier and
they got toll tax slip of Rs.20/- for returning also,but the barrier
staff asked him for another returning slip of toll tax. When he try
to learn about this matter to barrier staff, one staff member slapped
him and broken the driver side glass of his vehicle and 7/8 other
barrier staff also beaten him , as a result he sustained injuries.
Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/o PS Kullu.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING
2. Case FIR No.93/11 dated 12/05/11 U/s 363,366, 376 IPC has been
registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Kumari Reeta (fictitious name
) D/o Sh. Bhadur Singh R/o Puid Tehsil and District Kullu age 16
years stated that on 10/05/11 one person namely Mr. Tashi R/o Hanumani
bagh Kullu call in her mobile to come to his quarter as he has some
regent work . On this she reached in his quarter, where he raped
her by making false promise of marriage. Case is being investigated by
ASI Mohan Lal I./o PS Kullu.
CASE OF HURT AND RIOTING
3. Case FIR No. 32/2011 dated 13-5-2011 U/s 341,147,323,504,427 IPC
has been regd. In PS Nirmand on the statement of Sohan lal S/o Shiv
Ram VPO Arsu Tehsil . Nirmand distt. Kullu stated that he is driver
of vehicle No. HP-35B--0240 Pickup on dt. 12-5-2011 at about 8.40
p.m. when he along with Jiwa Ram & Guddu started his vehicle toward
Arsu from Nirmand and reached near bustand Nirmand Roop Singh
,Mohinder Singh , Noop Ram, Krishan lal and Bhikam Ram stopped his
vehicle and start beaten him and abuse him and damage his vehicle .
Case is being investigated by ASI Kanwar Singh I/o PS Nirmand
CASE OF ARREST OF STRANGERS
4. On 12/05/11 three persons namely Mithilesh Kumar S/o Sh. Vishnu
Yadav R/o village Kanchan pur PO Loukach District Sipal (Bihar) age
about 20 years, Raju S/o Sh. Ibrahim R/o village Takiya PO Caraia
District bahraich (UP) age about 35 year, and Bhulu S/o Sh. Banke Lal
R/o village Bahage Brua District Bahraich (UP) age about 26 year have
been arrested U/S 41 (2) 109 Crpc in PS Banjar , as they found in
suspicious condition in Banjar.
CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST
5. Today on 13/05/11 five persons namely Mehtab Khan S/o Sh. Akhil
Ahmed R/o Badpura District Gautam Budh Nagar (UP) , Parvaj Khan S/o
Sh. Mumtaj Beg R/o Muhalsargyam District Sharanpur (UP) , Naveen
Sharma S/o Sh. Narender Sharma R/o Kotmangal District Ludhiyana Pb,
Prince Thakur S/o Sh. Rajesh Thakur R/o Khala College MohaniPark
Amritsar Pb. And Summer S/o Sh. Shavir R/o Sadar Gang District
Sharanpur (UP) have been arrested U/S 107/151 Crpc in PS Manali ,
while they were fighting/abusing to each other in the presence of
Police officials at Manali.
INCONVENIENCE DUE TO BLOGGER REGRETTED
On the evening of 13.05.11 kullupolice.blogspot.com got hanged and later recovered
on 14.05.11. Inconvenience to all is deeply regretted.
