CASE OF HURT AND OBSTRUCTION OF WAY
1. Case FIR No 94/11 dated 13.5.2011 U/S 341, 323,427 IPC has been
registered in P.S Kullu on the statement of Prem Chand s/o Pottam Ram
Negi r/o VPO Raison Tehsil & District Kullu that on 13.5.2011 he was
coming to home on his vehicle No HP34C-4411 Maruti 800,when he reached
at Kais one vehicle(Accent) coming from Manali in which two person
namely Parveen Kumar and other person obstructed him on road and
beaten him and also broken the glass of his vehicle M/Car and got
injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Parminder Kumar I.O P.S
Kullu.
CASE OF ARREST UNDER H P POLICE ACT
2. One person namely Vivek Sharma s/o Surinder r/o H.N 242 Gandhi
Nagar Kullu has been arrested u/s 114,115 Police Act by HC Gian
I.O/P.P A.B Kullu while he was creating nuisance in public place at
Biasa Mor Kullu.

3. Four challan under MV Act & 700/- fine and one challan under
smoking act have also been done by SHO P.S Kullu.
CASE OF ARREST UNDER H P POLICE ACT
4. One person namely Harish s/o Ambal Singh r/o Barajbau P.S raithana
Unau (UP) has been arrested u/s 114, Police Act by ASI Ram Swaroop
I.O/P.S Manali while he was creating nuisance in intoxication at
public place.
