CASE OF ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 47/11 dated 4/5/2011 u/s 279/337 IPC and 187 M.V act has been registered on the statement of Shobha Ram s/o Sangra Vill. Faryadi p.o. Gushaini tehsil and P.S Banjar Distt. Kullu stated that on 4/5/2011 at 8.30 a.m when one person namely Prittam singh s/o chetru ram vill. faryadi p.o. Gushaini tehsil and P.S Banjar Distt. Kullu was unloading ' KILTA' from the roof of the bus No. HP49-7574 at bus stand Banjar in mean time the driver of the bus suddenly drive the bus and Prittam singh fell down from the bus and got injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Ghanshyam lal
CASE OF HURT AND OBSTRUCTION OF WAY
2. Case FIR No. 87/11 Dated 3-5-11 U/S 341,323,504,34IPC has been regd in this P.S. On the statement of Veena Devi W/O Ram Lal R/O Vill. Raison Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that on 3-5-11 when she was returning to her home on way Khilu Devi and her children stop her and abused and beaten her with stick. Case is being investigating by ASI Mohan Lal I/O P.S. Kullu.
CASE OF INQUEST
3. A telephonically information recd in PS Kullu from Pradhan gram panchayat Talogi Sh. Vipal Kumar that a dead body in lying near Tarakara in Beas river. On this information Inspr/ SHO Sher Singh alongwith staff rushed to the spot a dead body of female namely miss Sapana D/O Prem Chand R/O VPO Salgran Tehsil & P.S. Udaypur Distt L&S found. She was working in Showroom at Beasa Mour Kullu and was mentally disturbed. Postmortem is being conducted in RH Kullu today.
CASE OF INQUEST
4. A telephone call reced in PS Kullu form RH Kullu that Rita W/O Baljinder R/O VPO Kamam Tehsil & Distt Nawashehar Pb aged 30 years is admitted in RH Kullu due to headache and found dead.on this PSI Anil Kumar a/with LC Pooja verify the facts and found nothing suspicious but the parents side of victim are refusing to conduct the postmortem of deceased until her parents/in-laws reached at Kullu. Postmortem will be get conducted tomorrow.
CASE OF NARCOTICS
5. Case fir no 66/11 dt 4-5-11 u/s 18 of NDPS ACT has been registered in PS Manali on the ruka of ASI Daya Ram I/O P.S Manali that a secret information was received in p.s.manali that four persons are staying in hotel woodline annexe and are possessing the narcotic drugs . on this ASI Daya ram conducted raid in the room no -103 and four persons namely manjinder singh , Arvinder Singh , Amrik singh all s/o sher singh and Nar singh s/o Hari singh servant of Manjinder singh all R/O H. no- 44 B - Sant naggar ( PUNJAB) were found in the room . search of room and luggage was conducted and during search of the room in two bags some things like gold and silver was found .In the bag contains silver like metal one polythene packet was found containing 25 gms opium. case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram
