CASE OF BURGLARY
1.Case FIR No. 95/11 dated 15/05/11 U/S 457,380 IPC has been
registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Smt Anju Devi Head Teacher
GPS Deodhar stated that on 15/05/11 Sh. Devender Singh Jamwal informed
her telephonically that the door of GPS Deodhar is open. On this
information she went to school and she saw that the lock of main door
and Almirah has been broken by some unknown person. Case is being
investigated by HC Parvinder Kumar I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2.Case FIR No.51/11 dated 15/05/11 U/s 323, 506, 34 IPC has been
registered in PS banjar on the statement of Beli Ram S/o Lesru ram
Village Deori Sub tehsil sainj that on 10/05/11 at about 1 Am during
culture programme in local fair two persons namely Guddu and Ramesh
beaten him and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being
investigated by ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Sainj.
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3.Case FIR No.96/11 dated 15/05/11 U/s 435, 323,504, 506, 34 IPC has
been registered in PS Kullu on the report of Smt. Tikki Devi W/o Mani
Ram Village Sharni PS Kullu reported that she is living separately to
her husband since 10 years before.On 15/05/11 at about 7.30 PM her
husband Mani Ram came along with another person namely Shri Ram came
in intoxication and used filthy language against her and also beaten
her and he burnt her stored grass, kept out side of her house. Case
is being investigated by ASI Ram Lal I/O PS Kullu.
