CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No 1/12 dated 10.1.12 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Khimu Ram S/o Sh. Shukru Ram R/o Jalra PO Ghatu Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu stated that on 10.1.12 when President & Members of Gram Panchayat Gahtu went back from his house Kesi Ram, Ramesh Kumar and Man Chand came there and entered his courtyard, abused and beaten him and his wife Savita Devi. Case is being investigated by ASI Narender Kumar I/O PS Nirmand.
CASE OF MISCHIEF
2. Case FIR No 5/12 dated 10.1.12 U/S 429 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the complaint of Chander Singh R/o Village Tiun Tehsil & Distt Kullu alleged that 1.1.12 he had left his seven mules in his orchard at Salatri. At about 9.30 AM when he came back from his village he found his one mule lying dead in the orchard of Man Singh village Kalincha who had a trap in his field. Case is being investigated by ASI Balak Ram I/O PS Kullu.
