1. Case FIR No 6/2012 dated 13/1/2012 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Mohar Singh S/o Sh.Dine Ram R/o Jia Tehsil & Distt Kullu that on 13.1.212 at about 8PM he was going to his Uncle's house at Jia, on the way one person Mr. Duni S/o Ganga Ram r/o Jia obstructed his way and beaten him without any reason. He used filthy language to him. Case is being invested ASI Mohan Lal I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No 5/12 dated 14.01.2011 U/S 279,338 IPC has been registered in P.S Bhunter on the statement of Thakur Dass S/O Sh. Kurme Ram village Kunder PO Raila Sub. Tehsil Sainj stated that on dated 4/1/12 he was going with his wife to Chilla-dhar in a Tipper no HP 66-1993 and Sh. Atma Ram R/O Village Thatibeer tehsil Banjar distt. Kullu was driving the above Tipper. Due to rash & negligent driving of Atma Ram they met with an accident and as a result of this the complainant Thakur Dass fell down from tipper and got grievous injuries. Case is investigated by SI Hira Singh I/O T/W Bhunter.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No 6/12 dated 14.01.2011 u/s 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S Bhunter on the statement of Rajesh s/o Chattu Shahani R/O Duhriya bazar PO Duhriya distt. Gorakhpur UP, stated that on dated 13.01.12 when he was going to home near Bhutti colony, in the mean time one M/cycle no HP 42-0597 came in rash and negligent manner and hit him, as a result he fell down and got injuries. The name of above M/Cycle rider was known as Rahul S/O Anand Kishor r/o Tharman PO Neuli tehsil and distt. Kullu. Case is investigated by HC Chaman Lal I/O of T/W PS Bhunter.
CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH
4. Case FIR No 7/2012 dated 14/1/2012 u/s 279, 304A IPC has been registered in P.S Banjar on the statement of Mukesh Kumar s/o Pyare Lal r/o V.P.O. Dhanag tehsil Baijnath district Kangra that on 14/1/2012 at 1.00 A.M, he was driving his miller HP-66-1951 from benching plant Salah to Salwad and when he reached near Salwad one vehicle No. HP-65-9856 which was also coming behind him hit his truck from back side. Due to this collision, one person namely Anuj tirki r/o Jharkhand state aged 27 years old, who was sitting in vehicle No. HP-65-9856 jumped out from the vehicle and came beneath the tyre and died on the spot. This incident occurred due to negligence of driver Pratap singh s/o Amar singh vill. Judo district Dehradun Uttarakhand. The case is being investigated by H.C Narain chand no. 78 I/O P.P. Sainj.
