1. Case FIR No. 332 dated 6/8/11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been regd in PS
Manali on the statement of Raj Kumar S/O Chhangu Ram R/O Pitu PO
Bharam Teh Jogindernaggar Distt Mandi stated that. on 5/8/11 at about
11PM when he and his son was near Monastery at Manali one Car bearing
NO. HP31-6122 came rushely from Court road and hit his son and got
injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Dhani Ram I/O PS Manali.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 186dated 6/8/11 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been regd
in PS Bhunter on the statement of Pawan Kumar S/O Purshotam Singh R/O
Fabhiyari PO Bharain Distt Kullu stated that. on 1/8/11 two persons
namely Tej Ram and Veer Nath obstructed his way and beaten him and he
got injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Nirmal Singh I/O PS

Bhunter on the statement of Smt Indera Devi W /O Lal Singh R/O
Satohal PO Sahgyana Distt Mandi stated that. on 5/8/11 when she was
going Bhunter to Sharabai on foot with her daughter . During crossing
the road a Car came from Bhunter side and hit her daughter, and got

CRIME REPORT DATED 6 Aug 2011

1.       Case FIR No 225/11 dated 05.8.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Banjar on the rukka of HC Raj Pal against  Joginder @ Bhinder S/o Late Sh. Gopi Ram R/o City Malpur PO Samalakha Tehsil & PS Bapoli Distt Panipat (HR ( , as recovered  200 Gms. Charas from his  possession during patrolling at Fagudhar. Accused has been arrested and case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal I/O PS Banjar.

2.        Case FIR No 224/11 dated 05/08/11 U/s 341,506,427,34 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Tomar Dawaj Sharma S/o Sh. Bholar Singh R/o Bhuira District Sirmour stated that on 05/08/11 he along with Sher Singh, Durga Singh nad Yashwant going to Banjar in vehicle No. HP-16-3102. They reached near Banjar, in the mean time ¾ persons obstructed his way and gave beaten to him. They damage his vehicle and also threatened with dire consequence . Case is being investigated by ASI Prabhu Ram I/O PS Banjar.

3.        Case FIR No. 185/11 dated 05/08/11 U/s 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Kushal Singh S/o Sh. Puran Chand alleged that on 05/08/11 at about 6.30.am when he along with Mahinder Singh and Murari lal were going subzi Mandi Bhunter in vehicle No. HP-34A-3076 Balero Pick up , in the mean time two  motor cycle rashly came from Bhunter side . The Balero driver suddenly stop the vehicle, as a result of which Mahinder and Murari lal injured . Case is being investigated by HC Uttam chand I/O TTR Bhunter.

4.        Case FIR No. 453/11 dated 05/08/11 U/s 380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the report of Smt. Tara Thakur W/o Sh. Sarvan Thakur R/o Bhutti Colony stated that on 05/08/11 when she was in R.H. Kullu as a attendant with  her son.  In the nigh of 05/08/11 some unknown culprits stolen away Nokia Mobile-5130, Samsung mobile and cash worth Rs. 18,000/- form the bed of her room. Total value of stolen property is worth Rs. 33,000/-. Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/o PS Kullu.

5.        Case FIR No. 454/11 dated 05/08/11 U/s 452, 147,148,149,504,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Smt. Ram Dei W/o Late Sh. Pyare lal R/o Pedai Po Jalugran alleged that on 05/08/11 5/6 ladies and 3 gents forcibly entered in her home along with sticks and attacked to her and her daughter. They also threatened with dire conquences. Case is being investigated by HC Brij Bhushan I/o PP Jari.

CASE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No.  450/11 dated 04/08/11 U/S 66, 67 I.T Act , 506 IPC has registered in PS Kullu on the report of Neesha (fictitious name ) District kullu alleged that one boy namely Navneet R/o Nagwain is known to her. He called her from different numbers and she came to know that her  obscene picture is available  on the internet and he also threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by Insp/SHO PS Kullu.

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 452/11 dated 04/08/11 U/s 147,148,149,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Parveen Kumar S/o Sh. Dhiyan Singh R/o VPO Jari district Kullu stated that on 04/08/11 at 9.30 pm he was taking dinner in Planet food Restaurant at Dhalpur , in the mean time some boys namely Sahil, Parveen, Sunny  and Prasher came there along with Khunkri and bottles and attacked him. They also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by SI Mukesh Kumar I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF BURGLARY

3.      Case FIR No. 451/11 dated 04/08/11 U/s 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Hari chand R/o Talogi stated that on the intervening night  ¾- 08-11 some unknown culprits has stolen away the kitchen utensils from GPS Talogi. The total value of stolen property is approximately  Rs. 5,000/-. Case is being investigated by HC Gian Chand I/o PS Kullu.

CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CORRUPTION

4.      Case FIR No. 184/11 dated 04/08/11 U/s  420,467,468,471,120B IPC and 13(2) of PC Act has been registered in PS Bhunter on the finial enquiry report of  Dy. SP SV&ACV office Kullu that it was found that Ex- MP Sh. Maheshwer Singh had given 1,00000 rupees in the year 2001 from MPLAD funds for the construction of community building of Manglashwer Mahadev Temple at Chheyur village , but the committee president Bhag Chand, Secretary Nihal Singh, Cashier Dehar Chand and other members did not construct the building. With the help of panchayat technical Asstt. Forged spending of Rs. 1,00000 by making false  documents and BDO also accepted these false bill voucher with out any verification . Case is being investigated by SIU Kullu.  

CRIME REPORT DATED 04.08.2011 UP TO 4 PM

CASE OF ABETMENT OF SUICIDE

1.        Case fir no 317/11 dated 03.8.11 U/S 306 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Joginer Singh Dutta R/o Sundali Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla stated that her daughter Nisha was married with Bhupender Singh S/o Gian Chand Verma  R/o Tandi Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu on 20^th June 2010 and his daughter had done BDS from IGMC Shimla but Bhupender refused to do Govt Job and torched her every time. On 03.8.2011 Gian Chand verma informed to Joginder Singh Dutta that some luggage is lying near Kani nallah at the bank of Satluj river. On the same day Joginder Singh reached at Kanni Nalah and he verifies the luggage and found that the luggage is her daughter and one suicide note recovered from the spot. Case is being investigated by ASI  Hira Singh I/C PP Luhari.

CASE OF ASSAULT ON PUBLIC SERVANT

2.        Case FIR NO 331/11 Dated 03.08.11 U/S 353,332,323,382,506IPC has been registered in PS Manali  on the statement of Const. Umesh Thakur 4^th IRBN Jungleberi Distt Hamirpur that  in these days his duty is in the water miller power company in the protection guard with his officials . When they were present at their duty near about 4 PM Mr. Hari Babu project manager came and told them that there are so many people standing near Intec side where material regarding construction set up. On that HC Ashok Kumar sent him and  Const. Manish Rana to support Mr. Hari babu . When we reached near spot Mr. Chaman Lal R/O Vashist stopped Ct. Manish Rana and said that he could not go inside because he was wearing police dress therefore Ct. Manish Rana stopped. He and Hari babu went to the spot where 70/80 persons were sitting and using company construction material  for fencing . When Hari babu started to record the whole story in his video  camera, 20/25 people came suddenly and snatched video camera and started beating them. They also  snatched their mobiles. After sometime they called some ladies of village and again beaten them. They threatened to kill them. They forcibly made them to sit among ladies and took some photographs and they warned them that they will register false FIR of rape case. A person came there who told him that he is the Retd. DIG ITBP and he also  told them that it is just start now you see what will happen with you. After that they take away them to Jogni Mata Mandir where they given back video camera to Hari babu without memory card and out of three mobile only  two mobiles given back by them . They sent some ladies and gents with them to stop them  inside the company area so that they did not go from there to report this matter. Case is being investigated by SI Mathru Ram I/O PS Manali

CASE OF ACCIDENT

3.        Case FIR NO  447/11 dt 3-8-11 u/s 279,337IPC and 184 Mv Act  has been registered in PS Kullu  on the statement of Balbir Singh s/o Date Ram R/OVill Shalani PO  Khokhan Teh and Distt Kullu stated that when he was travelling in pvt bus Jagdamba HP 66 - 7746 from Kullu to Bhunter then near nursing institute Mohal at 9:45 am the bus hit the truck no HP 64 - 4121 coming from the side of Bhunter while the dvr of bus was taking pass from wrong side .case  is being investigated by HC  Shyam lal I/O Traffic wing Kullu.

CASE OF THEFT

4.         Case FIR No  448/11 dt 3-8-11  U/S  380,34 IPC has been registered in PS kullu on the repot of Bahadur Singh S/O Aachhi Ram R/O  Balohni PO Bhekhli Teh and Distt kullu stated that in the temple of Maa Bhekhli 4 CCTV camera has installed and  the  over all supervision of the CCTV camera is on Manager of the  temple . But on dated 8-7-2011 the camera installed in the inner part of temple stopped working  .when  he enquired about the whole then he came to notice that the  priest Shyam Sunder and Bhatu Rakesh Sharma found dividing money and Shyam Sunder found collecting money from the temple.case is bering investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/O PS kullu.             

CASE OF THEFT

5.        Case FIR No 449/11 dated 3-8-2011 U/S  379 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the report of Shailash sood S/o Lalit Sood vill lower Badah PO Mohal teh and distt Kullu stated that unknown person has stolen the 3 tyres with rim  of his jeep no HP-66 0782 in the intervening night of 2-8-2011. Case is being investigated by HC Mukesh kumar I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST BY PUBLIC SERVANT

6.        Case FIR No. 329/11 Dated 3-8-2011 U/S 409 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the complaint of Sh. Khimi Ram S/O Sh. Duglu Ram Vill. Batahar PO Haripur Tehsil and Distt. Kullu.He complained that Sh. Devender Singh Registration Clerk posted in the office of Tehsildar Manali has not been accounting for registration fee and service charges etc. since April/2010. The concerned account books were checked partially because the complete record pertaining to accounts is lying in the personal custody of the said official and presently he is absent from duty willfully. On the partial Checking it has came into notice that the said official has not been deposited a Sum of Rs. 26,14,034/- on account of registration fee only since 01-04-2010 till date. The said amount may be treated as tentative. The position regarding revenue collected on account of service charges is not yet clear as the concerned record is also in his personal custody. The exact amount of revenue collected on account of both registration fee and service charges etc. can be ascertained after conduction detailed inquiry. It would be pertinent to mention here that a show cause notice to clear his position on this serious issue has been served upon him on 30-7-2011 but no reply has been received from him so far. I contacted him personally also but he did not co-operate. Case is being investigated by SI Mathru Ram I/O PS Manali. The accused person has been rounded up and investigation is on.

CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY

7.        Case FIR No. 330/11 Dated 3-8-2011 U/S 354 IPC has been registerd in PS Manali on the complaint of Smt. Seema Devi (fictitious Name) that when she along with three other ladies went to Mahamai Jogni Choid Nala in Vashisht to worship then Mr. Hari Babu who is the Manager of Water Miller Company along with four police personnel came there and tried to outrage their modesty . Case is being investigated by ASI Rajeev Kumar I/O PS Manali.

(1) Case FIR No. 222 dated 2-8-11 U/S 504 ,506 IPC has been registered in PS  Banjar on the statement of Sh. Dhani Ram S/o Dole Ram R/o vill. Teel PO Bachhut Tehsil & PS Banjar  Distt. Kullu   stated that on dated 9-5-11 at 11.00 pm one unknown person abused and Threat to kill him on my mobile phone No. 94181-49864 by mobile phone no. 98165-78107 and next time the same person abused and Threat to kill him by  another No. 98578-65236 now the same person threatening him again and again.  case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal I.O PS Banjar

CASE OF TRESPASS AND THEFT

(2) Case FIR No. 223 dated 2-8-11 U/S 447,379 IPC has been registered in  PS Banjar on the application of sh sunder singh s/o late sh Ganga Ram r/o H/No. 41 housing board colony Daruhi (Salasi) Tehsil & distt. Hamirpur A/P Principal Govt. Degree College Banjar Distt. Kullu HP alleged that smt Bandna w/o Sh. Sher Singh R/O Barada has encroached the land of Govt. Degree College Banjar by making the residential building and theft stones from the boundary wall premises of college building.  case is being investigated by ASI Prabhu Ram  I.O PS Banjar

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

(3) Case FIR No. 328/11 dated 2-8-11 U/S 147,148,149,323,342,506 IPC has been registered on the application of Mr. Amar Singh S/O Mohan Lal Vill. 17 Mile PO Baran . He stated that in the time near about 4 PM when he was coming to his home near 6 or 7 persons came & beaten him . They also put up him in a vehicle and after beating thrown him near 16 Mile Nala . They also threatened to kill him. After that he told the whole story to his mother by mobile phone & then after he reached CHC hospital Manali for the treatment purpose . Case is being investigated by I/C PP Patlikuhal .

CASE OF CHEATING

(4) Case FIR No 228/2011 dt. 2-8-2011 u/s 420,467,468 471,472 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand  on the written application endorst by Ld. JMIC Anni  of Bittu s/o late Sh. Shauju Ram r/o Nava Sharai  P.O and Tehsil. Nirmand distt Kullu that the complainant father was absolute owner of land denoted in khata no 1539/1750 khasra no 5713 measuring 5 bighas in mauja phati and tehsil nirmand distt kullu hp [.] long back shauju ram died atage of about 54 years on 18-10-1995 and he reported to executed a general power of attorney in f/o sh. lobha ram s/o kutu ram r/o nava sarai on31-10-1987 [.] it was found that the lobha ram has got the land of his father gifted vide registered deed on 13-10-1998 in f/o cheeni s/o dassu r/o kunda kod about three years after the death of  the  executant [.] the gift was started to have been made in lieu of maintenance of a dead person shauju ram who has died three year back already [.] cheeni and lobha ram knew that such attorney is not enforceble and that executant has died [.] they also  knew that Shauju Ram has one son and one daughter similarly  the Kesi Ram s/o Kutu Ram is a witness to the gift dead and Gopal Dass Nambar dar fati Nirmand being of same village also knew that the executants of the GPA. had died and they all conspired to sell the land of the complainants father .Case is being investigating  by ASI Narender Singh I/O PS Nirmand .

(5)        Case FIR No. 445/11 dated 02/08/11 U/S 447,IPC & 33 IF Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Sh. Pyare Chand Guleria Range Forest officer , Forest Range Kasol against Bhale Ram S/o Sh. Khim Chand R/o Lapas Manikaran has encroached forest land more than 10 bighas at deodani. Case is being investigated by SI Jamer Singh I/C PP Manikaran.

(6)        Case FIR No. 446/11 dated 02/08/2011 U/S 279, 337, 34 IPC and 18, 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Mohan Lal S/O Sh Kunj Lal R/O Chanaugi Distt Kullu stated that he was coming from Manali to Kullu when bus reached near Ramshilla and he was coming down from bus, in the main time bus driver start the bus and he fell down from the bus. Case is being investigated by Lady HC Maya I/O Traffic Wing Kullu.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING OF MINOR

1.     Case FIR NO 81/11 DATED 01.8.11 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the report a person r/o PO Kharga Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu alleged that on 25.7.2011 one Des Raj S/o Shayam Chand R/o Narku Tehsil Nirmand has kidnapped his daughter namely Lata (fictitious name) aged 16 years with the intention of marriage without her consent. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Brow. The accused has been arrested and the victim has been rescued.

2.     Case FIR No 443/11 dated 01.8.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Jhabe Ram R/o Nalban (Banjar) stated that on 01.08.2011 when he along with his grandson Omi Chand were going to RH Kullu and when they reached near main gate of RH Kullu at the same time one vehicle no HP34B-2803 hit his grand son. Case is being investigated by HC Lokender Singh I/O Traffic wing Kullu.

CASE OF HOUSE TRESPASS AND OUTRAGING MODESTY

3.     Case FIR No 444/11 dated 01.8.2011 U/S 452, 354 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Miss Lata (factious name ) R/O P.O. Dhara Teh.& Distt.Kullu age 14 years stated that on 31 .7.2011 at about 10 PM one person namely Rakesh Kumar R/o Shouch entered in her room and tried to outrage her modesty. Case is being investigated by I/C PP Jari.

4.     Case FIR No 327/11 dated 01.8.2011 U/S 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Ramesh Kumar Sharma R/o Jawali Dist Kangra at present Manager Indian oil Patrol Pump Dawara stated that on 01.8.2011 one person namely  Bir Singh came to filling station and beaten him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Vivek Kumar I/O PP Patlikuhal.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND ROAD RAGE


1.    Case FIR No 442/11 dated 31.7.11 U/S 279, 504 IPC & 184, 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Kiran Kumar S/o Durga Dass R/o H.No 54 Bayasa More Kullu stated that on 31.7.2011 at 7.25 PM when he along with his family were going to Manali in his vehicle No HP58-2747 and he reached near Gammon bridge ant the same time one vehicle no HP58- 1551 came towards from RamShila and hit his vehicle and used filthy language and ran away from the spot. Case is being investigating by HC Lokender Singh I/O Traffic wing Kullu.


CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND


2.    Case FIR No 227/11 dated 31.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC & 33 Indian Forest Act has been registered in PS  Nirmand on the complaint of Range Forest Officer Arsu at Nirmand alleged that one Gurdayal Singh R/o VPO Deem PS Nirmand encroached more than 10 Bighas in forest land in UPF forest. Case is being investigated by ASI Narender Kumar I/O PS Nirmand.
