CRIME DATED 02.08.2011 UP TO 4 PM

CASE OF KIDNAPPING OF MINOR

1.     Case FIR NO 81/11 DATED 01.8.11 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the report a person r/o PO Kharga Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu alleged that on 25.7.2011 one Des Raj S/o Shayam Chand R/o Narku Tehsil Nirmand has kidnapped his daughter namely Lata (fictitious name) aged 16 years with the intention of marriage without her consent. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Brow. The accused has been arrested and the victim has been rescued.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No 443/11 dated 01.8.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Jhabe Ram R/o Nalban (Banjar) stated that on 01.08.2011 when he along with his grandson Omi Chand were going to RH Kullu and when they reached near main gate of RH Kullu at the same time one vehicle no HP34B-2803 hit his grand son. Case is being investigated by HC Lokender Singh I/O Traffic wing Kullu.

CASE OF HOUSE TRESPASS AND OUTRAGING MODESTY

3.     Case FIR No 444/11 dated 01.8.2011 U/S 452, 354 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Miss Lata (factious name ) R/O P.O. Dhara Teh.& Distt.Kullu age 14 years stated that on 31 .7.2011 at about 10 PM one person namely Rakesh Kumar R/o Shouch entered in her room and tried to outrage her modesty. Case is being investigated by I/C PP Jari.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No 327/11 dated 01.8.2011 U/S 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Ramesh Kumar Sharma R/o Jawali Dist Kangra at present Manager Indian oil Patrol Pump Dawara stated that on 01.8.2011 one person namely  Bir Singh came to filling station and beaten him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Vivek Kumar I/O PP Patlikuhal.

CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND

5.     Case FIR No 300/11 to 316/11 dated 01.8.2011 has been registered in PS Anni on the application of Sh. Ishwar Singh Forest BO Khanag against 17 persons who have encroached more than 10 bighas in forest land. Case is being investigated by I/Os PS Anni.
