Case of Excise Act
1. Case FIR No. 470/11 dated 18/08/11 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of SI Het Ram I/C PP City Kullu against Jagar Nath S/o Sh. Lubtu Ram R/o Chansari P.O Bari Tehsil & District Kullu, as recovered 12 bottles English wing (mark Green Label ) from his possession during patrolling near Tapu.
Case of hurt and obstructing way
2. Case FIR No. 336/11 dated 18/08/11 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Smt. Ram Kali W/o Sh. Lahula Ram R/o Sachyon PO Thertukhod Tehsil Padhar District Mandi A/P residing with her family as a chowkidar in the orchard of Palden Singh R/o Dobhi stating that on 17/08/11 at about 11 am she was coming from Simsa to her residence on the way one Manoj Nepali obstructed her way and gave beaten to her. Case is being investigated by HC Dhani Ram I/O PS Manali.
Case of accident
3. Case FIR No. 194/11 dated 18/08/11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sange Lama S/o Sh. Pemba Lama R/o R/o Vishu Distt. Dolakha Aanchal Janakpur Nepal A/P servant C/o Boby R/o Bhunter stated that on 18/08/11 at about 6 pm he was going to his quarter after selling pomegranate from market. When he reached near Airport Bhunter in the same time one scooter bearing No. HP-34-3212 came rashly toward Sarabai and hit to him, as a result of which he sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by PSI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Bhunter.
