CASE OF ACCIDENT

1.                 Case FIR No. 476/11 dated 26/08/11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been reguistered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Tharban lal S/o Sh. Kurmi lal R/o village Virni PO Chhaiuer district Kullu A/p JBT teacher in GPS Chhalal  stated that on 26/08/11 at about 9.45 am he was going to school in a bus No. HP-66-0101, when the bus reached near Dhunkhara   the driver Dhruv Kumar has lost his control over the bus and the bus fell down.  Due to this the pasangers sustained injuries. The accident took place due to negligent driving. Case is being investigated by HC Brij Bhushan I/O PP jari.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2.                 Case FIR No. 477/11 dated 26/08/11 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Savroop Lal S/o Sh. Uttam Ram R/o Shuru PO Prini mdistrict Kullu stated that on 26/08/11 at about 9.15 pm he was going to  home in Alto car No. HP-58-3539 when he reached near Bandrol , in the mean time one Motor cycle bearing No. HP-34B-1136 came in rash and negligent manner  from Manali side and hit to his Alto car. Case is being investigated by SI Om Chand I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH

3.                 Case FIR No. 321/11 dated 26/08/11 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the rukka of HC Chaman lal I/O PS Anni that on 26/08/11 one Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Gian chand VPO Rakar District Kangra A/p shopkeeper at anni was coming from Rampur to Anni in a Maruti car bearing No. HP-OIK-0967 . At about 5.15 pm when he reached near Behna above vehicle met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving, as a result Sunil Kumar died on the spot. Case is being investigated by HC Chaman lal I/O PS Anni.

CASE OF ARREST OF STRANGER

4.                 On 26/08/11 one person namely Goury Shankar S/o Sh. Bachain Prased Yadav R/o Pulka PS Dhamria district Madhiapura Bihar age about 26 years has been arrested under section 41(2) 109 Cr.P.C in PS Kullu , as he was found in suspicious condition .

CASE OF ARREST UNDER HP POLICE ACT

5.                 On 26/08/11 one Shyam Lal S/o Sh. Amrit lal R/o Sultanpur ward No. 4 district Kullu age about 36 year has been arrested under section 114,115 Police Act in PS Kullu, as he was found in intoxication .
