CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
1. Case FIR No. 473/11 dated 20/08/11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been
registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of ASI Dheeraj Kumar I/C PP Jari
that on 20/08/11 when he along with Police party were on patrolling to
destruction of special cannabis campaign, as found 100 bighas illicit
cannabis cultivation by some unknown persons in Bishanu Thach. Case
is being investigated by ASI Dheeraj Kumar I/C PP Jari. .
CASE OF CHEATING
2. Case FIR No. 472/11 dated 20/08/11 U/S 420 IPC has been registered
in PS Kullu on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh chand Rana S/o Jhonphi Ram
r/o shamshi (NHPC) alleged that Mr. Aditya running a H.R. Care
Recruitment agency Lajpat Naggar –II New Delhi -24, assured the
complainant in year 2007 that he can provide Job to his son Mr. Rovin
Rana in abroad but for this he has to be deposited money/sum of Rs
207500/- The complainant had gave him Rs 47500/- cash and
1,60,000/-was deposited by online account no 0647002100026884 in
National bank Kullu, but neither he provide job to his son nor he
returned back his money. Case is being investigated by SI Anil KumarI/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF HURT
3. Case FIR No. 337/11 dated 20/08/11 U/S 323,324 IPC has been
registered in PS Manali on the report of Krishan S/o Sh. Dhani Ram VPO
Malana stated that on 19/08/11 at about 9 pm he along with other
people of Malana village were dancing in village Malana, in the mean
time one Hippi Lal r/o Malana came there and beaten him, due to his
beatings, he sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Ram
Lal I/C PP Patlikuhal.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4. Case FIR No. 195/11 dated 20/08/11 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been
registred in PS Bhunter on the rukka of PSI Kamal Kant I/O PS Bhunter
against Rajinder Bodh S/o Sh. Norbu Bodh , as 5 liters illicit liquor
recovered from his Dhaba near truck union Bhunter as on secret
information. Case is being investigated by I.O P.S Bhunter.
CASE OF HOUSE TRESPASS AND HURT
5. Case FIR No. 233/11 dated 20/08/11 U/S 452,323,34 IPC has been
registered in PS Banjar on the application of Hans Raj Thakur NSUI
President Banjar college alleged that on 20/08/11 at about he along
with other NSUI students were celebrating college election result
party in his room in the house of Tek Singh R/o Sheglu Bazar Banjar at
about 6.30 pm. three ABVP students namely Beli Ram, Teja Singh and
Nishant forcibly entered in his room and they have beaten Sanjay
Thakur . Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Banjar.
