CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST

1.     Case FIR No 335/1 dated 14.8.2011 U/S 406, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the complaint of  Prithawi raj S/o Sh. Devi Ram VPO Jagat Sukh Tehsil Manali Distt Kullu alleged that two persons Namely Gaush VPO Nariya Distt Ambedkar Naggar (UP) and Jaiaz Verma also from UP took away his Motor Cycle No HP-58-4365 on rent basis on 29.7.2011 and did not return back till date. Case is being investigated by ASI Orinder Singh I/O PS Manali.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No 416/11 dated 14.8.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 184 MV Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of  Amit Chandok R/o Kalehali Distt Kullu stated that on 14.8.2011 when he was travelling via left bank in his Santro car towards Seobag and when he reached near Jawani Ropa then a Motor Cycle No DL-3SAR-7400 came towards Manali and hit his car. Case is being investigation by HC Shayam Lal TTR Kullu.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTION OF WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.      A case FIR No. 191/11 dated 15/8/11 u/s 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Pawan kumar S/o sh. Lot Ram Tehsil and Distt kullu a/p pradhan gram panchyat parli alleged that on dated 14.8.11 at about 9.30 pm he was in tea shop at Thela. When he came out from tea shop in the meantime Harish Kumar and Pardeep Kumar obstructed his way and start to beaten him due to this he got injured. They also intimidated him to cause death. Case is being investigated by HC Dalip Singh No.74.I/O.P.S.Bhunter.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTION OF WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.      A case FIR No. 192/11 dated 15/8/11 u/s 341,323,504 IPC has been registered on the statement of Lar singh s/o Sh. Thakur singh r/o vpo Raila sub tehsil Sainj Distt Kullu alleged that on dated 14.8.2011 at about 8 pm when he was came to his home with Inder chand at the same time Tej Ram s/o Dot ram r/o Raila came and obstructed his way and started to bitten him and teased him . In this matter Lar Singh lost his 40000/- Rs. case is being investigated by PSI Kamal Kant I/O PS Bhunter.
