CASE OF THEFT
1. Case FIR No 460/11 dated 13.8.2011 u/s 379,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S Kullu on the report of Sh Jeevan Sharma r/o Bradha
district Kullu, reported that on 13.8.11 Sh. Jagdish Chand and Om
Prakash both resident of Bradha entered in to his apple orchard and
had stolen away apple from his orchards. The cost of stolen apples isRs. 9000/-Case is being investigated by ASI Dheerj Singh I/C PP Jari.
Both the accused persons have been arrested.
CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH
2. Case FIR No 232/11 dated 13.8.11 u/s 279,304A IPC has been
registered in P.S Nirmand on the statement of Puran Chand s/o Brastu
Ram village katiur P.O & tehsil Nirmand district Kullu ,stated the on
13.8.2011 when he was going in morning, he saw a car No HP-02A-0511 at
Stangidhr , about 100/120 mtrs down from road and saw a person near
the car. He immediate informed to Police telephonically and went to
spot with police party after arrival of police and saw Jiwan Singh
Driver of vehicle dead. It appeared that this accident occurred
due to the rash & negligent driving of Driver. Case is being
investigated by ASI Mohan Singh I/O PP Nirmand.
