1. Case FIR No 229/11 dated 07.8.11 U/S 376, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the report of Radha (Fictitious Name) Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla age 27 years alleged that on 04.8.11one Pratap Chand R/o JhiyaraTehsil Nirmand distt Kullu called her on Mobile phone to met with at Rampur and after he brought her in pvt bus to village Deem and he raped with her with out her consent and beaten her. Accused has not arrested and case is being investigating by ASI Mohan Singh I/O PS Niramnd.
2. Case FIR No333/11 dated 07.8.2011 U/S 341, 323, 382, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Thakur Dass R/o VPO Prini stated that 07.8.2011 at about 08.15 PM when he was going to his home from Prini bazar in the mean time two person Namely Prakash Chand & Manoj R/o Shuru restrained his way and beaten him with stick and snatched his golden chain.Case is being investigated by HC
Dhani Ram I/o PS Manali.
3. On 07.8.2011 one person namely namely Peter S/o Josef R/o Tanda road Gupat ganga Kangra has been arrested by Manali Police in case FIR No 87/11 dated 7.6.2011 U/S 379, 34, 411 IPC PS Manali as he purchased stolen 10 sheep’s.
4. Two person namely Lal Chand S/o DabeRam R/o ShanagPO Bahang and Ganga Ram S/o Ruldu Ram R/o Shanag PS Manali has been arrested U/S 107/151 Crpc By ASI Orender Singh I/O PS Manali.
