CASE OF BIKE THEFT
1. Case FIR No. 471/11 DATED 19/08/11 u/s 379 IPC has been
registered in PS Kullu on the complaint of Sh. Happy Verma R/
O Sarwari bazaar Kullu stated that on 10/08/2011 at about 9.30.pm he
parked his Bike bearing No. HP 34A-7919 at Sarwari Bazar Kullu.
On 11/08/201 he found that his Bike was missing from the parking.
He searched his Bike every where but could not be traced. He have
doubt that his bike was stolen by some unknown persons. Case is being
investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 232/11 dated 19/08/11 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been
registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Smt. Lata Devi W/o Sh.
Kehar Singh R/o Teel PO Bachoot PS Banjar District Kullu stated that
on 19/08/11 at about 4.15 pm he along with her relative coming to home
from local fair . On the way one Roshan lal obstructed her way and gave
beaten to her . Case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal I/O PS Banjar.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 234/11 dated 19/08/11 U/S 341,323,427,506,34 IPC has
been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Shyam Lal S/o Sh.
Dahlu Ram R/o Deem PS Nirmand stated that on 18/08/11 at about
9.30.pm he along with his labour loaded the apple box in a truck, in the
mean time Jai Singh and Lal Chand came there and obstructed his way
and beaten him up. They also damaged his currency notes of Rs. 1500/-..
Case is being investigated by ASI Tek chand I/O PS Nirmand.
CONVICTION IN NDPS ACT CASE
4. Today on 20/08/2011 one Sher Singh S/o Sh. Thakur Das R/o Jindi PS
Kullu district Kullu has been convicted and sentenced for a period of 8
years imprisonment and fine Rs. 80,000/-. By Ld District & Sessions
Judge Kullu Sh. Baldev Singh (Special Judge ) in previous case FIR
No. 439/09 dated 23/11/09 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act was registered in
PS Kullu, as 3. Kgs. Charas was recovered from his possession during
patrolling near Badhai Nala.
