CASE OF ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No.463/11 dated 15-8-11 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 MV Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Jony Ram S/o Sh. Krishan Chand R/o Chajad PO Puid Tehsil & Distt Kullu stated that when he was going by road with his brother at the same time one Balero car No HP-65-2521 came towards Ram Shilla and hit his brother. Case is being investigated by ASI Mohan lal I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF BURGLARY
2. Case FIR NO 462/11 dated 15.8 2011 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Suman Kumar S/o Sh. Vishan Dass R/o Lower Dhalpur stated that in the intervening night of 14/15.8.2011 some unknown person has stolen away TV, CD palyer, DVD Player, 12 No of Remote control from his video shop at Lower Dhalpur Kullu. Case is being investigated By ASI Balak ram I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
3. Case FIR No 231/11 dated 15.8.2011 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IOPC has been registered in Ps Banjar on the report of Padam Singh S/o Sh. Alam Chand R/o Goshani Tehsil Banjar Distt Kullu alleged that on 15.8.2011 when he was in local fair at Bathahad then one Het Ram along with 2/3 person obstructed his way and beaten him. Case is being investigated by ASI Yashwant Singh I/O PS Banjar.
