CASE OF ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 85/11 dated 24/08/11 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the report of Sh. Sunder Singh S/o Sh. Banki Ram R/o Dashmala Tehsil Rampur District Shimla stated that on 24/08/11 at about 8.30.am he was going from Nogli to Jagatkhana on his motor cycle .When he reached near taxi stand Jagatkhana, in the mean time driver Mukesh Kumar came rashly in reverse direction with his Jeep bearing No. HP-06A-0502 and hit his motor cycle. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO Nirmand.
CASE OF TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF
2. Case FIR No. 338/11 dated 24/08/11 U/S 447,427 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Harish Kumar General Manager Hotel Chander Mukhi Manali alleging that on 24/08/11 at about 8 pm one person namely Neel Chand entered in the land of Hotel Chander Mukhi with the intention to illegal possession and damaged the boundary wall of the hotel using JCB. Case is being investigated by ASI Orinder Singh I/O PS Manali.
