CASE OF ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 196/11 dated 22/08/11 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 M.V Act has been
registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Bharat Singh S/o Sh. Raj Singh R/
o Ossan PO Diyar District Kullu stated that on 21/08/11 at about 10.15 pm he along
with Prem Singh, Fathe Singh and Tarjan were going on foot from Subzi Mandi
Bhunter to home. When they reached near Manikaran chowk Bhunter , in the mean
time one vehicle Pick up bearing No.PB-07AB-1092 came rashly from Manikaran
side and hit Prem Singh, as a result of which Prem Singh sustained injuries. The
vehicle run away from the spot. Case is being investigated by HC Uttam Chand I/O
TTR Bhunter. The vehicle was later caught by Police.
CASE OF ARREST UNDER HP POLICE ACT
2. On 21/08/11 at about 8.15 pm one person namely Sanju @ Shampi S/o Sh. Shadu
Ram R/o Buai PO Barhai District Kullu age about 30 years has been arrested under
section 114,115 Police Act in PS Kullu by ASI Mohan Lal I/O PS Kullu near Rock &
River Guest house Kullu , as he was found in drunken condition.
CASE OF ARREST OF STRANGER
3. On 21/08/11 one person namely Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Bihari Lal VPO Nangal Dam
District Ropar age about 48 years has been arrested under section 41(2) 109 Crpc
in PS Manali by HC Rakesh Kumar I/O PS Manali, as he was found in suspicions
condition.
