CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

1. On 12.8.11 one person namely Dalip Singh s/o Tule Ram r/o Bagicha
P.O Bhunter tehsil & district Kullu has been arrested u/s 107/151
Cr.P.C while he was trying to commit a cognizable offence.


CASE OF ACCIDENT


2. Case FIR No 459/11 dt 12.8.11 u/s 279,337 IPC, 184 MV Act has been
registered in P.S Kullu on the statement of Sandeep S/o Hukam Ram R/o
Jia tehsil &district Kullu stated that on 12.8.11 at about 12PM one
m/cycle no HP21A-5710 came from Manali side in a rash & negligent
manner and hit his servant Anil. The name of m/cycle rider is also
Anil Kumar s/o Kuldeep chand district Hamirpur. Case is being
investigated by HC Maya I/O Traffic Wing Kullu.


CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST


3.On 12.8.11 one person Chaman Lal s/o Lot Ram r/o Badah P.O Mohal
tehsil &Distt Kullu has been arrested under section 107/151/145 Cr.P.C
at 6.30 PM near badah while he was trying to commit a cognizable
offence in r/o of dispute pertaining to  land  which was likely to
cause a breach of peace.


CASE OF KIDNAPPING OF MINOR FOR MARRIAGE


4. Case FIR No 231/11 dated 12.8.11 u/s 363,366 IPC has been
registered in P.S Nirmand on the statement of Ram Lal r/o Baghir PO
Jaon tehsil Nirmand District Kullu stated that on 11.8.11 one Raju r/o
Lanj PO Urtoo Nirmand has kidnapped his daughter Neelam (fictitious
name) with intension of marriage with her. Case is being investigated by
SI/SHO Gulam Akbar P.S Nirmand.


CASE OF ATTEMPT TO THEFT


5.  Case FIR NO 334/11 date 13.8.11 u/s 379,511, 34 IPC has been
Registered in P.S Manali  on the statement of Sh. Chuni Lal s/o Sonu
Mapal r/o Jatehar Bihal Patli Kuhal P.O Katrain  distt Kullu A/P
tenant Sh. Dile Ram Nagger road Patli kuhal, stated that today morning
at about 3AM when he was sleeping in his room, suddenly he heard a
noise from out side, then he came out to watch, then he saw  two
person are trying to open the bolts of  front left side of tyre of his
vehicle no HP-01K1659 Alto Car. As they saw him they ran away from the
spot and they left there own  Alto car HP-58A-0795  in which he found
three more stolen tyres. Case is being investigated by HC Mahinder
Singh I/O PP Patli Kuhal.
