CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
1. Case FIR No. 339/11 dated 25/08/11 U/S 341,323,509 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the report of Smt. Leena w/o Sh. Sudarshan R/o VPO Nagar stated that on 25/08/11 at about 4.30.pm she was going to her home from Nagar. When she reached near Nagar curve, in the mean time one Gopal Krishan R/o Nagar obstructed her way and beaten her also used filthy language to her. Case is being investigated by HC Mohinder Singh I/o PP Patlikuhal.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 340/11 dated 25/08/11 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Chhape Ram S/o Sh. Hirdu Ram R/o Dharsha PO Pangan district Kullu stated that on 25/08/11 at about 5 pm he along with Ram Dayal and Paras Ram were coming in a truck bearing No. HP-34-7350 after loading the apple cartons from Pangan . When thay reached near zero point of Pangan, the truck driver Vikrant Rana S/o Sh. Kuber Singh R/o Sultanpur Kullu has lost his control on truck and truck fell down from the road, as a result of driver Vikrant Rana and Ram Dyal died on the spot and Paras Ram died on the way when he was brought to the hospital. The accident took place due to negligent driving . Case is being investigated by SI Shiv Singh I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 475/11 dated 25/08/11 U/s 504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Smt. Kuvaja Devi W/o Sh. kuram chand R/o Bashing PO Babeli district Kullu stated that one beli Ram R/o Balichowki is continuously threatening and using filthy languages to her by his mobile phone since one year. Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF CONVICTION IN NDPS ACT CASE
4. Today on 26/08/2011 one Sh. Budh Ram S/o Sh. Lal Chand R/o Chowki Dhobi PO Neuli Tehsil & District Kullu has been convicted & sentenced for 10 years imprisonment and fine Rs. 1 Lacs by District & Session Judge Kullu Sh. Baldev Singh in r/o previous Case FIR No. 179/08 dated 21/03/2008 U/s 20 of ND&PS Act as 4. Kgs chars was recovered from above Budh Ram during traffic checking at Sarabai .
