CASE OF ARREST UNDER HP POLICE ACT
1. On 22/08/11 at about 5 pm one person namely Babul al S/o Sh. Munna Lal R/o Khini PO Bala Vali District Bijnour (UP) age about 50 years has been arrested under section 114,115 Police Act in PS Manali by HC Rakesh Kumar I/O PS Manali near Gompa road Manali , as he was found in drunken condition.
CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST
2. On 22/08/11 at about 7. pm. one person namely Ram Bhadur S/o Sh. Lal Bhadur R/o Bhayaba Pokhara District Gumli Anchal Nepal age about 55 years has been arrested under section 107/151 Crpc in PS Bhunter by ASI Nirmal Singh I/O PS Bhunter at parla Bhunter , While he was trying to commit cognizable offence.
