CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 162/11 dated 8/711 U/S 323,341,506,34 has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Smt. Goodi Devi W/o Kishan chand R/O Dabri Ps Bhunter stated that on 5/07/11 she were called PS Bhunter along with Allu etc for enquiry of application . After enquiry outside of P  S  Allu,.Shiv Ram,Dharma Dass and Chonhaku Ram obstructed her way and beaten her. Case is being investigated by PSI Kamal Kant I/O PS Bhunter.

CASE OF SEIZURE OF CHARAS/HASHISH

2.      Case FIR No. 163/11 dated 8/711 U/S 20 of NDPS  has been registered in PS Bhunter on  rukka of ASI Orinder Singh against  Arjun S/o Deepak R/o Nepal as recovered 1.700 KG Charas from his possession during checking Bus NO.Dl-1PC-0805 at Bajoura check post .Case is being investigated by ASI Orinder Singh I/O PS Bhunter.

CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND

3.      Case FIR No. 208/11 to 221/11 dated 8/7/11 U/S 447 IPC, 33 of IF Act   has been registered in PS  Nirmand  on the application  of Nikka Ram Range Officer.  Nirmand against 14 persons as they encroached more than 10 bigha  forest land at Nirmand.

4.      Case FIR No. 187/11 to 200/11 dated 8/7/11 U/S 447 IPC, 33 of IF Act  has been registered in PS  Anni  on the application  of Balbeer Sigh Range Officer  Nirmand against 14 persons as they encroached more than 10 bigha forest land at Anni.

CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION ON FOREST LAND

5.      Case FIR No. 403/11 dated 8/711 U/S 447 IPC and  20 of NDPS  has been registered in PS Kullu   on  rukka of ASI Dheeraj Singh against  unknown person as he found illicit cannabis cultivation in 150 Bighas at Kurchi Thach.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTION OF WAY AND HURT

6.      Case FIR NO 400 dated 7/11 U/S 341,323 IPC has been regd. In PS Kullu on the statement Miss Sonia D/O Sh. Jai Krishan R/O Trambli PO Bari PS Kullu stated that wheh she was going to hospital on the way Mr. Deepak R/O Sultanpur obstract her way and slapped her .Case is being investigated by SI Mukesh Kumar I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF MISCHIEF AND ENDANGERING LIFE

7.      Case FIR NO 401 dated 7/11 U/S 336,427 IPC has been regd. In PS Kullu on the statement Smt. Radha Devi w/O Sh. Ram Lal R/O Batiseri PO Jalugran Tehsil & Distt. Kullu stated that Mr.Rajesh threw stone on her house and abused her and threathened with dire consequence.Case is being investigatied by HC Brij Bhushan I/O PP Jari.

CASE OF THEFT

8.      Case FIR No 402 dated 8.7.11 U/S 379 IPC has been Regd. In PS Kullu on the application of Sh. Krishan at present driver of ambulance R.H. Kullu. Alleged that on 7.7.11 when he parked his ambulance in Hospital complex on dated 8.7.11 when he came to Hospital , he found that the ambulance was missing from complex. Case is being investigated by SI Mukesh Kumar I/O PS Kullu.
