VIDEO CONFERENCING FACILITY OF SESSIONS JUDGE KULLU ACTIVATED
Video conferencing facility of Ld. Sessions Judge Kullu District was used for witness evidence in trail of case FIR No. 3/2005 of State Vigilance Kullu. Ld. Sessions Judge Kullu Shri Baldev Singh presided the court and DA Kullu Shri Verma examined the witness.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING FOR MARRIAGE
Case FIR No 181/11 dated 28.7.11 U/S 363,366 (A) IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Payar Singh S/o Sh Luder Chand R/o Village Tharas PO Hurla Tehsil and Distt Kullu stated that on 22.7.2011 his daughter Aasha (factious name) went to school but she did not returned. He searched his daughter everywhere but she could not be traced till date. He has suspected one Shalu@ vishal s/o late Sh Deva Village Ruadu PO Pipla age distt Kullu kidnapped his daughter with the intention to marry her. Case is being investigated by ASI Naresh Chand I/O PS Bhunter.
CASE OF ARREST OF STRANGERS
On 28.7.11 following persons have been arrested u/s 41(2) 109 Cr.pc in PS Bhunter namely--
(1) Amodh kumar S/o sh. Parvesh Mehata vill. Vadhri distt.Sarsa PS Sor bazar Bihar age 21years
(2) Santosh Kumar S/o Sh. Kamlesh Kumar Parsad Yadav Vill. Vokha PS and distt. Shirpur Bihar age 21years
(3) Bablu Kumar S/o Sh. Khakhar Yadav vill. Vishanpur PS Behra distt. Saharsa Bihar age 30 years
(4) Rakehs Kumar S/o Sh. Moti Ram Chandran vill. Sohalepur PS Bisamverpur Bihar age 27 years
(5) Mukesh Ram S/o Sh. Suresh Ram VPO Sohalepur PS Bisamverpur distt. Gopalgoach Bihar age 26 years.
(6) Kamal Kishore Thapa r/o vill. Line Jeevangarh PO Vikasnagar Distt. Dehradun age 38 years.
(7) Biroj Kumar S/o Sh. Shatruhgan Yadav VPO Fulkaha PS Hamandia distt. Madhepura Bihar age 20 years,
(8) Raghu S/o Sh. Rajender Mukhia VPO Fulkaha PS Hamandia distt. Madhepura Bihar age 30 years,
(9) Dinesh S/o Sh. Radheshayam VPO Dyaura patti PS Taroulia tehsil Bhuganpur distt. Aajamgarh U.P age 25 years
(10)Amrender S/o Sh. Bathga Yadav VPO Fulkaha PS Hamandia distt. Madhepura Bihar age 20 years.
CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
Case FIR No. 435/11 dated 28.7.11 U/S 447 IPC &33 IF Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Sh. Pyare Chand Range Officer Kasol Range that one Smt Nazra Devi r/o Tosh has encroached upon more then 10 bigha of forest land in Kanawar -111 Manikaran .investigation of case is being investigated by I/C PP Manikaran
Case FIR No. 436/11 dt 28.7.11 U/s 447 IPC &33 IF Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Sh. Pyare Chand Range officer Kasol Range that one Kushal Chand has encroached upon more then 10 bigha forest land in kanawar -111 Manikaran.
Case FIR No. 437/11 dt 28.7.11 U/s 447 IPC & 33 IF Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Sh. Sudershan Lal Mishra A/p Employee Mid Himalayan Water Shed Kullu that one Moti Ram and Mahender r/o Raugi has encroached forest land where they planted the plants of Robiniya, Koesh etc .investigation of case is being carried out ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH
Case FIR No. . 438/11 dt. 28-07-11 U/s 279,304A IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of PSI Mukesh Kumar I/O PS Kullu . that on dt. 28-07-11 about 7.15 pm when he was coming along with staff after investigation case FIR No. . 422/11 u/s 365 IPC during on his way back to PS Kullu near Khalara nala at about 7.15 pm at the same time one information from PS Kullu. one tractor mat with accident on the link road Khalaranala to Dhugilag road .when on reaching there when tractor fell down on the which one person was lying dead . investigation of case is being carried out I/C TTR Kullu
