Case FIR NO - 321/11 DTD 22-7-11 U/S 302 IPC has been registered on the statement of one Sarita Thakur D/ O Sh. Ram singh Thakur R/O Village Khopani P.O Khakhnal tehsil Manali Distt kullu that she and her sister sushila reside at above address and one Parimal from Nepal a/w his wife Parvati and his family also live there as watchman of orchard in a separate house near her house . On 21-7-11 at around 8 P.M. one lady namely Sita Devi came to her house and informed her that Parimal was beating his wife parvati on this she and her sister sushila went to the house where Parimal reside and they saw Parimal was beating his wife with kick and punches . they both saved Parvati from the clutch of Parimal and advise not to scuffle with each other and both person were sent to separate rooms to sleep . In the morning 22-7-11 at around 5.30 AM she and her sister heard the sound of knocking door from inside of the residence of Parimal on this they both went to the door and found that the hasp of the door was closed from outside , she opened the door by removing hasp and found that Parvati was lying on the floor and sita devi was standing with her child on the lap who disclosed that Parimal has beaten his wife Parvati again today . after that Parvati devi was brought to mission hospital Manali for treatment and she came to know that Parvati has died . Parvati has died due to the beating of Parimal . case is being investigated by Insp/ SHO Lalman P.S.Manali . Accused Parimal Burathoki s/0 Ram Bhadur R/O Nepal a/p tenant Prem singh R/O Khopani P.O .Khakhnal Tehsil Manali Distt Kullu HP has been arrested today in this case U/S 302 IPC.
UPDATE ON FLASH FLOOD NEAR DHUNDHI
2. The rescue and search operation for the missing persons continued today. Dead body of the missing person Gotam Mandal S/O Tarni Mandal Village Sarsakhari P.O Kurmahat Tehsil Hasdiya Distt. Dumka (Jharkhand) was found at the site where the incident happened yesterday and Dead body of Dole Ram S/O Sher Singh R/O Jander P.O Kalehnder Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi age 23 Year was found near Patlikuhl in Beas river. Rescue /search operation of missing persons continues. Police is in the process of registering FIR in the whole matter.

Case FIR No 425/11 dated 21.7.2011 U/S 448, 427, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the complaint of Tirath Ram R/o Kadnon PO Bhuti Distt Kullu at present sales man Bhutti weavers AB Kullu alleging that on 21.7.2011 when he was on duty at above show room at about 11 AM in the mean time Smt Suman and three others ladies came in his room and threw his domestic articles from his room and also threatened him with dire consequences.
