CASE OF GRIEVOUS HURT
Case FIR No 433/11 dated 25.7.2011 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sewa Ram S/o Dito VPO Bishana (Jammu) J&K stated that on 23.7.2011 when he entered in the shop with intention of theft and he picked some article from the shop at the same time some unknown persons gathered there and beaten him. On 25.7.2011 he was medically examined at RH Kullu and MO RH Kullu gave grievous hurt in left ear. Case is being investigated by HC Jai Singh I/O PS Kullu.
