CRIME DATED 15.02.2011 UP TO 4 PM

1. Case FIR No 13/11 dated 14.02.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Nirmand on Rukka of HC Lal Chand alleged that during patrolling/Nakabandi at 2.30 PM at Jaon Sarahan By frication road he has recovered 400 gram Charas from the possession of Sultan Singh So/ Sh. Nathi Ram R/o VPO Panava Tehsil & distt Kainthla (HR) and Raj Kumar S/o Sh. Jeet Singh R/o VPO Panava Thesil & distt Kainthla (HR) Case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand I/O PS Nirmand.
2. Case FIR NO 22/11 dated 14.2.11 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Sunil Dutt Sh. Ram Singh Village Dhungri Tehsil & PS Manali stated that on dated 14.02.2011one person namely Tara Chand S/o kancha Ram R/o Vashisth had broken his shop lock and stolen away two no of mobile sets. On the same time he was captured by Shayam Sharma. Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Swaroop I/O PS Manali.
3. Case FIR 10/11 dated 15.02.2011 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the statement of Smt. Tinu Devi w/o Sh.Singhi Ram R/o Philioyl Po Sugha Tehsil Nirmand stated that on dated 14.02.2011 at about 5 PM while she was came back to her house Smt Jhalu Devi and Mohar Singh restrained her way and beaten her way & abused her. Case is being investigated by ASI Jagat Singh I/O Ps Brow.
4. Case FIR No 28/11 dated 15.02.2011 U/S 447, 147, 149, 504 IPC Has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Sh. Girdhari Lal S/o Dot Ram R/O Parari PO Jalugran Distt Kullu alleged that today at about 9AM when he was working in his pear orchard in the mean time Dola ram , Ved Prakash, Anand Kishore, and Ishwar dass and their wife’s entered his orchard and abused him and beaten him .
5. Sh. Sansar chand s/o sh. Mahinder pal village thapkor post office badroha tehsil and p.s. nurpur distt. Kangra age 32 years and surender singh s/o sh. Fangna ram village thapkor post office badroha tehsil and p.s. nurpur distt. Kangra age 42 years has been arrested u/s 107/151 cr.p.c. on 15-02-2011 at 9 a.m. (.)
