1.Mr. Poroshin Evgeny s/o Mr. German Evgeny r/o Vich Mazor Luknina Rena C/o Emiu Novno Russia was arrested in case FIR No 186/2010 dated 21.8.2010 u/s 14 of Foreigners Act in Police Station Manali as he was found without valid Visa. and tried by the Ld. Court of JMIC Manali and convicted U/S 14 of Foreigners Act with simple imprisonment for a period of six months and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/-. After completion of sentence he has been released from Model Central jail Nahan on 20.2.2011.
2. Mr. POMERANTSEV KIRIL S/O MR. URIY R/O RUSSIA CITY MOSCOW KRASNOHOLMSKAYA NABEREZNAYA 1/15 FLAT 287 was arrested in case FIR No 20/11 dated 5.2.2011 u/s 14 of Foreigners Act in Police Station Manali as he was found without valid travel document. And tried by the Ld. Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Kullu. He has confessed his guilty before Ld CJM Kullu on 21.2.2011. and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period which he has already undergone and to pay a fine of Rs.5000/-. The Court has further ordered to deport him to his country
Today both the foreigners are being sent to concerned Embassy Delhi for deportation to their country under Kullu Police Escort.
