One person namely Lal Babu Kumar s/o Late sh. Ganesh Prasad R/O Dhabla Dan P.O Dhabla Dan P.S Motihari Distt. East Champaran ( Bihar) has been arrested in Case FIR No. 237/10 U/S 420,34 IPC P.S Manali. This person has made transaction for online purchasing by misusing ATM card of other person after stealing ATM card No. and ATM PIN No. Above accused has made transaction through his following E-Mail I.D’s. (1) lb-jaiswal@reddiffmail.com (2) muskaan-lb@yahoo.com (3) mdsafulahmansur@gmail.com (4) lb.inglife@y mail.com. Above accused is in police remand till 8-2-11.
His modus operandi was to stand in queue of ATM and see the details of card including 19 digit number and PIN while the person is transacting. He then used the card number and PIN to recharge his mobile phone through website www.rechargeitnow.com
