1. Case FIR No. 23/11 Dated 25-2-11 U/S 14 of Foreginers Act has been registered in P.S. Bhunter on the Ruka of SI /SHO Narayan Singh against Lemaire Pascal a Belgium National holder of Passport No EG 215466 valid up to 30-07-2012 bearing visa No AH266828 valid up to 15-07-2009 as he was found over staying since 15-07-2009
CASE of Hurt and criminal intimidation
2.Case FIR No. 24/11 Dated 26-2-11 U/S 323.341,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Arvind Kumar S/O Sh. Dudh Nath Ojha R/O Katholia Bihar A/P Civil foreman Gammon India company Sainj Stated that on 25-2-11 while he was going to his duty at RD 10700 one person Sh. Yog Raj R/O Tamaul obstructed his way and beaten him with stick and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Chaman Lal I/O P.S. Bhunter.
