1. Case FIR No. 332/11 dated 18.10.11 U/S 336,304A IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Sharu Ram S/o Sh. Ram Lal R/o Shiv Dutt District Salyani Nepal stated that on 18.10.11 his brother Roop Singh was on the way towards Anni to Sainj in the roof of KTC bus. When the bus reached near Anni Bazar, suddenly his brother Roop Singh fell down from the roof and got injured. He was brought to CHC Anni for treatment where MO CHC Anni declared him dead. Case is being investigated by HC Tain Singh I/O PS Anni.
CASE OF THEFT OF MOTORCYCLE
2. Case FIR No 90/11 dated 19-10-2011 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the statement of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/o sh. Sukh Dass R/o Brow Teh. Nirmand Distt Kullu stated that on 18-10-2011 intervening night some unknown person has stolen his Motor cycle No HP-35-1118.Case is being investigated by ASI Tek Chand I/O PS Brow.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTION OF WAY AND HURT
3. Case FIR No 217/11 Dated 19.10.2011 U/S 341,323,324 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of one Sh. Pari Dutt S/O Sh. Koyalu Ram R/O Sh. Village Sharan PO Railla Sub Tehsil Sainj Distt Kullu against one Sh. Sunil at present teacher in GMS Pashi stated that his son who is deaf and dumb was coming from Railla towards his house. On the way above named sunil caused obstruction on his way and beat him with knife. The case is being investigated HC Dalip Singh I/O PS Bhunter.
ARREST OF STRANGERS
4. Eight persons namely :- Ansar S/o Sh. Manu age about 26 year , Aaseef S/o Sh. Ifran ali age about 27 years, Naseebu Deen S/o Sh. Mehar deen age about 28 years, Mohemend Ahmend S/o Sh. Shaphi age about 22 years, Mohemend Baseem S/o Sh. Haneef age about 25 years, Bajeeb S/o Sh. Abdul age about 30 years, Mustkeen S/o Sh. Asharaf Ali age about 29 years and Muhemend Kaseem S/o Sh. Rahis age about 25 years all resident of village Popal PS Bhojpura District Muradaban (UP) have been arrested under section 41(2) 109 Cr.pc at Dhalpur Kullu on 18.10.11 by SHO PS Kullu.
CASE OF INQUEST
5. One Sh. Permanand S/O Bangali Ram R/O Thuyari PO Garsa Tehsil and Distt Kullu aged 52 years died due poisoning at R/H Kullu on 18.10.2011. The body of the deceased handed over to the legal heirs for cremation. It is found that deceased had taken poison unknowingly. Nothing is found action able. The inquiry U/S 174 of Cr.P.C. Conducted by HC Dalip Singh I/O Of this PS Bhunter.
CHALLANS UNDER MV ACT & SMOKING ACT.
6. One Challan and fine Rs 200/- under MV Act has been done by SHO P.S Anni on 18.10.11. Five Challan & fined Rs 100/- under MV Act has been done by SHO PS Kullu on 18.10.2011. Eight challan under MV Act and two challan under Anti smoking Act has been done by SHO PS Bhunter.
