1. Case FIR No 533/11 dated 22.10.2011 U/S 325,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu the statement of Pradeep Modgil S/o Sh. Hari Prakash R/o upper Sultanpur Distt Kullu stated he was working near boundary wall with his labors. In the main time Jayant Kumar and his wife came there and started to beaten him . As a result of which he sustained grievous injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Netar Singh I/O PP City.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No 534/11 dated 22.10.2011 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Satpal Singh S/o Sh Roshan Lal. R/o Rodi Khodi PO Chanor District Kangra stated that when he was driving his truck No HP-11A-4221 and reached at near Jia in the mean time one M/C came rashly and collide with truck. Case is being investigating by LHC Maya I/O T/W Kullu.
CASE OF INQUEST
3. Today at about 8.30 AM one Moti Ram R/O Kharga informed to PS Brow that one Raja Ram S/O Chet Ram R/o Naal Tehsil Nirmand district Kullu aged 28 yrs fell down from edge near Kajukhad. On this information police party rushed to the spot and verified the facts. On inquiry it reveals that on 22-10-11 after performing his duty at donga company Khajukahd while he was on way back home he slipped from edge and died on the spot. Post-mortem of dead body conducted at M.G.M.C Khaneri. After post mortem dead body handed over to kith & kin. No foul play found so far, however inquiry is continue.

These persons have been produced before SDM Court and they are released on bail bond today on 23.10.11.
